I placed the order over the phone. Got a unit with doors opening on either side. Was told it was cheaper. Once I got there, I had to buy an additional lock! I said but I'm not gonna use it, Mgr said its our policy. Wtf would've been nice to know over the phone! Unit was clean, spacious. Guy helping us was super friendly and funny with a lot of personality and even let us borrow his hand truck! I know I'm supposed to rent those, but we had one in the bed of our truck and he let us use his just to unload since our tire was flat. All in all, I suppose this is what a storage unit should cost, but I felt like the cost just kept going up. Would I rent from them again? Not immediately, we'd check out their competition first for who has the best price given!

On top of providing great customer service, her interest in what I was working on was what really stood out. I honestly think she was just as excited about the video proposal as I was! The last place I had was purchased by Cube Smart, they are just as bad and provide a 10 page contract covering them from any liability for your loss if one occurs. Take your money you would spend and build a nice storage building at your home... Over a year it will cost the same then you pay nothing. Buy a high efficency thru the wall 110 A/C unit, insulate your walls and reflect your roof and you will still pay less long term. "purge and choose"

I had looked all over town for a good climate controlled building and one that was close to us. When I walked in, I was greeted by David. Such a nice friendly guy! He told me all about the place. How clean it is and they check regularly and there are motion detectors in each unit. That way if someone goes in your unit without your permission it notifies you on your phone. That information and the location, which is closer to where we live is what made me pick this self storage place. We weren't quite ready to get a unit, but knowing the information David gave us it was the right choice. He gave our information to Christa and she called me on the phone and introduced herself. She was so pleasant and sweet. She told me she would keep our name and if a unit popped up that we were looking for she would notify us. So the next month we were in town, Christa had given us another call, so I stopped by yesterday and got to meet Christa. Such a sweet wonderful person. So pleasant and just a downright nice person. David showed me a couple of units and we decided on one and Christa helped me get all set up. This place is so clean and spotless! The inside and so clean too! I would totally recommend this place to anyone that needs a unit. Yes it might be a little more than most storage units, but when you see how clean it is and it has climate controlled units, and motion detectors you might change your mind and get one. Several different managers have been here over time; the current managers (Brian and Sky Womak) are great people and go out of their way to help their customers. Many improvements to the security of the property have been made (security cameras, new gate system, updated resurfacing of the drive areas, new storage units - larger in dimension, seemingly little things, yet still important to the structure as a whole.
