My daughter got hit by a Geico insured. brought car in as instructed was told 2 days for repairs, took 4. Then when she went to go pick up the vehicle after being told it was ready; the repair tech states her bumper needed some more work could she wait. After waiting 30-45 minutes he comes back to state they need to take the whole bumper off again. Just not professional who is inspecting the repairs once complete? needs to be better system in place as not to waste time. It is already an inconvenience.Now we have to take it back for them to complete the repairs that we were told was already done. read more

After my car was hit by another driver, I was sent here through Geico, their insurance, for repairs. I read reviews first, and was dreading the negative experience others seemed to have. My experience was fantastic, though. Both drop off and pick up were exceptionally quick, and I received the promised text messages all throughout. I was referred to Cubbage Collision by Geico as a one-stop shop to handle repairs on my car and get a rental vehicle after mine was vandalized (damaged hood). Before I could even get outside of my car, Pet (Geico rep) meet me outside to go over what needed to be fixed with my car. The whole experience was very easy and efficient. Once they were set up to begin fixing my car, the staff at Enterprise was very helpful getting me set up with a great rental car. Whole experience took less than 45 minutes. Four days later, I was notified that my car was ready and was incredibly pleased with the work they did. Great work. You can't even tell my car was in a wreck. I dropped off my car and Damon explained the whole process and helped me get into a rental car. Which is on site. That was helpful because I didn't have to burden anyone to help me drop off and pick up my car. They kept me updated with text messages. What a great idea. My car was ready a day ahead of schedule. They wrote the estimate and handled everything with my insurance company directly. When I picked up my car it was clean and looked like nothing had ever happened to it. Cubbage has been telling me "later this week" for FOUR weeks!! I do not have rental insurance (my fault) and after spending $500 in rental fees, I cannot afford to rent a car anymore. So now I am walking everywhere in Houston summer. They never call with updates, and when I call, they are dismissive and give me no clear answer about why it is taking so long. If I could go back in time I would take my car anywhere but here. Even the hassle of having to get the claim filed at another site is worth having my car back in a timely fasion. read more

Picked up my car from this repair shop recommended/contracted by Geico. I was mortified once I had read reviews about the shop two days after I had dropped it off, but was out of state on vacation, so could not get back to rescue my car. Similar to the reviews I had seen online, my car had been rifled through, my phone charger was missing from the front center console - absolutely NO reason they should have been in there when fixing my front bumper. There was mud in my carpet on the floorboards, and the change from my coin holders had been stolen - several dollars worth - I hadn't thought I would need to clear out my penny compartment, but that had been taken as well. I asked them about my phone charger, and they informed me that I had signed a waiver of release of liability if things were missing from my car - guess that means I gave them permission to take whatever they want. The rep went through the repairs that had been done, and added that a new fog light was among the charges. I asked if the light I had bought them was unusable, he said "you brought in a light?" - it was even pictured in their inspection photos. The MOST concerning however was the new damage to my rear bumper. I was only having my front bumper replaced on this visit. My rear bumper had 2 year old damage from a collision with my neighbor. Upon picking up my car, there was new damage, - it was likely from a scratch from that previous collision, however the paint had been picked away, and now there is a lovely large black gash in my rear bumper that was not there when I dropped it off. I pointed it out to them, and they were quick to show me that the pictures they took on the first day show this gash - however, there is a 10 minute difference in the time stamp from when the guy was taking pictures when I left the shop, and when the pictures were taken of rear bumper. My hope is that Geico will remove this place from it's list of repair shops. read more

This place is fantastic! I got in a wreck (accidentally turned left into another car) days before Christmas, and these guys made the repair a breeze. Before I even got there, my Geico adjuster (who has an office at Cubbage) called me to see if I was interested in dropping my car off earlier than my scheduled appointment to get the repair process going - I was, of course! The drop-off couldn't have been more painless, and the guys at Cubbage were very friendly and seemed trustworthy. The next day I got a call from the adjuster letting me know exactly what the repairs would be and how much it would cost. The best part though was that she (the adjuster) told me my car would be ready even sooner than expected because the guys at Cubbage had driven across town the night before to fetch parts for my car (a new door, etc.)! The car had already been taken apart, repaired, put back together, and was ready to go into painting. By the day after Christmas (just 3 days after dropping it off) my car was ready for pick-up. I still can't believe it - the repairs happened in just 3 days, even though 2 of those days were Christmas Eve & Christmas Day! And the car looks perfect!! I had a Geico Express damage inspection done at Cubbage, and was so impressed with the service; I decided to have the repairs done there. Happy I did. Not only did they do a great job, but they replaced a head light and antenna that had nothing to do with Geico's inspection. They even had my car done early, which saved me some money on a rental. I took my 99 Honda Civic to Cubbage Collision and they're awesome team last month, and they were fantastic. They're very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. My car needed repairs that would have left the old paint job mismatched. I'd decided a few months back to give my faithful Honda a makeover and this gave me the opportunity to do so. I got more than I expected from Donny and his crew at Cubbage Collision. It took about a week or so for me to receive my car back (that's good for a whole body paint job) and I was in awe at seeing my faithful Honda looking like the brand new car I bought back in 1999. I was expecting to just get a nice Taffeta White paint job. But, they went above and beyond my expectations. Not only is the paint job flawless in every way, but they had taken the time to repaint blackouts that had turned almost gray from the sun, they got me new hubcaps that matched the make and year exactly. They replaced emblems that were old and rusty, fixed the old grill, replaced mats that were worn with some that matched the interior and make of my Civic, and cleaned and vacuumed my entire vehicle, even in the trunk. There's no doubt that things do happen for a reason as I wouldn't have ended up at Cubbage if it wasn't for being backed into. But, I'm really glad I did. I enjoy and cherish my trusty Honda now more than ever and it's all thanks to Donny and the wonderful crew at Cubbage Collision. read more

Been wanting to write a review about this company for the longest time. I could never remember the name until recently. I had got into a horrible accident with my car being hit in the back. I was told by the person's insurance company that this was the recommend place to go. I went and was greeted by a friendly guy who inspected my car. I would told that my car would be covered and If need..I could get a rental. I then dropped off my car keys got my rental by the lady who was helping me and I had asked her if their was anything I needed to know about the rental as this was my first wreck with my first car. She said no. Then told me that I had to pay for my rental deposit! I was was irate. I had already driven a far distance to drop off my car after being told I was going to be covered. After 5 days my car was finished in a orderly matter and I went to go pick it up. Upon going to pick up my car I had to give back the rental keys and the lady comes back from inspecting the rental telling me that she could not give my money back because my car gas had not been at the same place it was when I drove it. I tried to explain to her that I live a hour and half away and the gas would be depleted as much. She continued to be rude and gave me attitude and told me there was nothing she could do. I grab my car keys and drove off. When I got back in my car I noticed that My car was filthy and there was paint on the floor of my car. My stuff that I had was throw everywhere and it reeked of sweat. Needless to say. This is a shame of a auto repair shop. read more

Cubbage collision has great potential -with great service and a rental car business in the same building, it's extremely convenient for 9-5 workers. However, the last two times I've picked up my car it has had a fine layer of dust over the whole interior. They must keep the windows or doors open on the cars in the shop -which is unusual because the only repairs I had were to the front and back bumpers. Needless to say, I had to take the car in for a full interior detail to remove all the dust. read more

This place is honestly probably the best garage I've taken my car to. Got in a wreck one evening and took my car here the next morning, thinking I would be late for work due to the time needed to look over my car, pick up a rental, etc. I was in and out in about 15 min and made it to work on time. Got my car back within 2 weeks, and it looked like new! A couple very minor adjustments were needed to the car afterwards, including an alarm and headlight issue, so brought my car back to the shop, and they fixed it up for me while I waited (no more than about 30-40 min at the shop this second time). Got into an accident a week ago, a lady ran a red light and I bumped into her causing damage to my front bumper and radiator grill. Geico set up an appointment with Cubbage Collision for 8/12/2013. Yesterday i dropped off the vehicle and today it was already fixed and ready to go. It took the shop amazing 30 hours to get everything done. Since the shop works 24hrs/day technicians put parts on my vehicle as soon as parts were delivered. The car ended up looking better than when i purchased it. Overall i was very impressed with their customer service and work. Geico representative Pete worked with me on the fly and gave me his personal cell phone number when i dropped off the car. Total combined time that i spent at Cubbage Collision was roughly 30 minutes. This was truly the best service i have ever received! Great job Cubbage, from now on my whole family is going to your center in case of a car-accident! read more

Phew I'm not usually someone who gives bad reviews, but this place, jeez! For starters, since I hit two beams in our parking garage, the geico agent told me I needed to file two claims = 2 deductibles. Thanks guy! After waiting for two weeks for minimal damage, I finally called. The woman at the desk told me my car had been ready for over a week and a half but they called one time and my voicemail was full. One time?! Are you serious? I know my voicemail had been cleaned out for at least a week so they definitely did not try again, nor did they try email or text which they also have the contact info for. They called one time and never tried again? What kind of customer service is that? A place of business ship obviously try more than once to reach you. To top it all off enterprise told him I owed taxes on all 14 days I have the rental. After explaining the situation they finally agreed to only charge me up till the day the car was ready, which I think is fair. In fact, Enterprise was the only redeeming part of this entire experience. My car did look good but bad experience overall read more

I went to Cubbage Collision twice in last 3-4 months. First time they finished the work on time but when I went there to pick my car there were scratches on it which was not present before. I asked the manager Damon there to fix it and he asked me to leave the car for 2-3 more days which I could not afford so brought the car back. Unfortunately, I had to use the same Cubbage Collison for fixing my car(which was highly recommended by Geico) but this time around I asked my Geico insurance adjuster to make sure nothing happens to it. Luckily I took pictures before leaving my car. As expected they took 2+ weeks to fix it (which was suppose to be a 4 days long work only) and when I went to pick up the car to my horror there were scratches in the bumper this time. Another person named Jay said I will have to leave my car for 3-4 days and he will get it polished. I was fuming by this point. How can they repeat the same mistake again. In fact there was another customer who owned an old BMW who was complaining about new scratches on his car too. My car is still with them and they have not even started working on it. Take my advice do not listen to Geico adjuster ...I think Geico cares damn about our car and quality of the work...but do not go to this body shop ever read more

"It'll be ready most definitely by tomorrow" this has been said to me everyday for 9 days. In addition to the initial 2 1/2 weeks I was told it was originally going to take. I feel very foolish for actually believing the reviews on yelp. I am the one who always has to call the shop because they do a very poor job of keeping me up to date with the status of my vehicle. I mean come on, if someone tells you that they will get a shop manager to call you shortly you'd expect a call later that day...well I'm still waiting for that call...oh and I'm still waiting for someone to call me today since I was told my truck was just getting detailed today and would be ready for pick up and that all I had to do is wait to get a call from them later this afternoon.....TODAY. well today has come and gone and no one ever botherd to call me and at least be courteous enough to give me the news that I would have to extend my rental for the third time this week...even when I spoke to the manager Damon who assured me that there was no need to extend my rental to Monday (December 3rd) because he couldn't see why my truck wouldn't be ready by Friday.....well its Saturday...I wouldn't be upset if this shop would have been up front and honest with me. If they had just said on the first original due date, "you know we need another week and this is why......." instead I get from one rep who tells me that the reason my truck is taking so long is because it needs some brackets and bolts...and the next day another guy tells me something totally different. Keep up the great job guys. Oh and don't worry once i FINALLY do get my truck I'm taking my truck along with the estimate to another shop to make sure that you guys fixed it right... read more

I believe the other reviews are written by employees. This place is terrible. They botched a simple repair job and turned a $1K job into a $2K job. I took the vehicle back twice and instead of acknowledging their screw-up, I got attitude from the incompetent employees. They stole a child's football from the trunk, and left it in disarray (there was no damage anywhere near trunk so why they went through it is anyone's guess?) Take your car somewhere else or be prepared for a headache. read more

I brought my car (Toyota Camry 2011 Silver) in on Thursday Morning and picked up my car on Saturday Morning. They helped me save some money since I was paying a rental car out of my pocket. The shop is open for 24 hours! I am very impressed by how quickly they turn around with the the schedule. They were so professional and went beyond my expectation. I would never take my car to this place again. I went by Geico's preferred list, and seriously regret doing so. My car took 41 days to get repaired. I ran out of car rental days, I clearly expressed it to the reps there, and they pretty much gave me a "we don't care" attitude. They moved the completion date 3 times! I went to get my car a day after they said it was finished, and I waited about 40 minutes because they were washing it. I got the car, drove for about an hour, came home and when I tried to start it again, the battery was dead. I opened the hood and saw that they had jump started it to give it to me and did not mention a thing. After I spent money on a new battery (which they killed by having it sit in the shop so long without turning it on), I tried closing my passenger door from the inside, and the door panel FELL OFF! I called the shop and told them what happened, and was given NO apology. I had to go back for them to fix it again, and no apology there either. If you want customer service and your car to get fixed properly, DO NOT bring it here. They don't care about their customers, only collecting revenue. You will just be another number. read more

On Friday November 21st I arrived at your location off of Knight road to pick up my vehicle. After waiting for 40 minutes I was informed that my keys could not be located therefore I could not pick my vehicle up at that time. I was told that I would receive a call by the following day. Well the following day the call never came so I decided to bring my spare key to recover my vehicle. Once arriving and waiting again I was now told that someone attempted to break into my vehicle through the passenger door key entry and my key weren't found. They said they would repair the damages, key and keyless remote. Well here we are today Nov 25th and I pick my vehicle up and noticed that a set of keys for a classic Mustang, along with house keys and mail box keys are all missing from the glove box of my truck I was picking up. At this point I'm very concerned not only with the possible theft of my truck but my classic mustang and home. I'm extremely upset that no one seems to be able to explain what happened. I'm currently in the process of filing a police report along with consulting with my attorney on what I can do on my end to investigate what happened. read more
