Just had my first experience with CSI and will definitely use them again in the future. I had them strip, clean, and seal slate floors in our kitchen and ceramic tile and grout in our bathroom. The tile and grout were both very dirty. First, I really liked their website and how they introduce you to all their employees. A company that spends the time showing off their employees definitely cares about them. The estimate guy, Earl, was very nice. He seemed to be very knowledgeable. I do wish he would have explained my options for sealants more, as I knew nothing about this. I received the estimate a few days later and was actually able to schedule the work the next week. When the technicians showed up I saw that they held true to what the website showed -- they really were friendly and passionate about the work they were doing. They spent time talking to me and showing me the options. They even did a few example test areas on my floor so I could see what it looked like. I learned so much from talking to them that I decided to use a different type of sealant. The job ended up looking better than I expected. Plus, they finished 4 hours earlier than expected. The office promptly gave me a credit for the difference in labor and supplies. I would definitely use them again. My only advice would be to make sure you do a little research ahead of time if you are getting your floors sealed like I was. These guys know what they are talking about and you will definitely be able to get exactly what you want done at a good price. Also, I was really impressed too with how clean they were. They noticed there was some dirt left on the floor and they cleaned it up right away without me having to even ask. They were super polite too. Great job and great company to work with! read more

The Mrs. and I finally had enough with the two dogs having their way with the bedroom carpet so we decided to give these guys at CSI a shot at removing the stains and odor left by these couple of crazed canines. I was very impressed from the moment I opened our door to them since I respect the fact they respected my home by putting on boot covers even before entering. Secondly, I loved the free in home carpet assesment and consultation which opened my eyes to the true condition of my carpet. Burning carpet fibers, smell test to determine which chemicals can and cannot be used for treatment, a sweeping black light over affected areas not seen with the naked eye, a microscopic inspection of carpet fibers also helped determine there was no further damage - all done before an estimate was even written! And, all the while Free!! Any other company would have easily charged at least $100 just to let them through my door to inspect!! These guys were very honest in educating us on what we really needed done. They're very confident in the job they can accomplish and their work showed in the end result. The dog made, lightly brownish - yellow, polkadot carpet (*insert vomit sound*) is now white again!! Whoohoo! These past few nights, sleep has been the best in a long time. Recently, we had a master bathroom updated and an expensive marble floor and shower surround installed. The contractor did a horrendous job and scratched, scraped and gouged the entire surface of the tile, both floor and walls. Cesar Reyes, CSI Field Operations Manger, came out to the house to assess the situation. He suspected, along with the mishandling of the tile by the contractor, that the tile itself had some type of coating on it. He took a tile back to the workroom to perform testing on it, so he could assess what action to take next. After performing several different tests, Cesar made a second appointment to meet and provide us detailed explanations of his experiments and findings. Unfortunately, the findings provided to us confirmed the tile is irreparable due to a baked coating the manufacturer used on the marble. I can't think of any other situation where a company and its employees would go to this extent of service; filming the experiments on the product, providing a written summary and simply spending the amount of time they did, knowing there was an issue with the product that is unsolvable. We were so impressed that they were honest and did not try to sell us on a repair attempt because they knew it would not work. We very much appreciate the time and efforts and will be sure to recommend and use them for any future projects. read more

It's so hard to find good servicemen nowadays. I must've made mutliple calls to different carpet cleaners before i received a straight answer. A friend suggested I called CSI. So i did. At this point what did i have to lose? I'm glad I did. I provided them with a guesstimate of the sizes of the rooms I needed cleaned and I was given a rough estimate. At first the price kind of struck me as high, because of all of the advertisements given by other cleaners, but then I was informed of no extras. The price they gave me included everything the other companies were trying to upsell me. Their price was all inclusive. Long story short, I gave them a shot. They were very courteous, polite, communicated very well, answered all my questions and concerns, and if that wasn't enough, they were on time! The service provided was phenomenol. CSI-Absolute Clean services are excellent! We have a full house of kids and pets that's run down our floors & carpet to a desperate need of a very good cleaning. I have come across their website that was recommended from a coworker which in turn lead me to try them out. When I had contacted them they were professional about explaining what services they can provide and very patient and flexible in scheduling an appointment. When they arrived at my home the workers were very proficient and skillfully sharp with the job. Since then I have been needing their services for just about everything they can accommodate. He is one fantastic contractor! He's meticulous about cleaning up after working each day. He's courteous and explains what and why he's doing what he's doing. He goes the extra mile to do things right the first time...so you don't have trouble later on down the road. I just had a really positive experience with this company and I am writing my first yelp review! They came to clean the slate tiles in my bathroom but when they got here they discovered that the tiles could not be cleaned until a wax coating was stripped off and then the tile would need to be resealed. They were very honest with me and explained that what I needed done would be more expensive than what I had expected. Although I decided to wait on getting the tile stripped and sealed, they still cleaned up the shower tile free of charge. I will certainly call them back when I save up a little to have complete job done. read more

These guys are great! Very proffesional, upfront with pricing, no pushy sales, excellent craftmanship. I've never seen any cleaner come in the way they do, they are very passionate about their work. I used them for carpet cleaning, but ended up purchasing the anti-allergen package due to my asthma, and it is definately effective. I have 3 dogs, and a baby. I was most impressed by their pre-inspection, cause they show you exactly what conditon your stuff is in. Not to mention the queen mattress they cleaned for me. Thanks CSI! Andre was outstanding. The actual price he charged was significantly lower than the estimate due to the condition of my marble bath (talk about honest). He was right on time, super efficient, thorough and careful (put up lots of plastic and covers on his shoes). The results exceeded my expectations, so I asked him of he could squeeze in the kitchen before he left. For a nominal fee he polished up my kitchen counter & island. Great experience. As promised, I received great service at a great price. My 50-yr. old marble floor has been restored to a beautiful shine. had some acid-etched spots on our marble floor tiles in two bathrooms. Called the company, they responded quickly, set up a time, and I was met by Carlos this afternoon. He was good about calling ahead of time to coordinate (I was coming from down town). He spent a lot of time with the areas and was careful in taking off his shoes in our house. He did a very nice job and got the spots out and re-sealed the tiles. The service and quality were top notch. I would use them again. read more

CSI is Great! They cleaned and buffed my travertine tile and grout and the result was a beautifully restored floor. I don't usually take the time to leave reviews but Angel and Saul absolutely deserve praise for their expertise and hard work. I have a marble bathroom floor and large tub surround that has been in place 24 years that had some spots and cloudy areas.
