They got back to me right away and I jumped to hire them because they offered to come to my place SAME DAY and they also offered $80 while other companies were quoting me $165 - $200. When they got to my apartment, it was a super quick and easy process. They were 2 men and had a pickup truck ready and were very nice. I'm not sure where it goes to, unfortunately; I hope that they try to donate it first before it ends up in a landfill. I highly recommend them if you're out of options in getting rid of old, unwanted furniture. They don't ask for a tip but please consider giving a little bit of cash for each guy. Each transfer, "Let me research your information...I'll just look up your information..." They were polite, but it indicated that my info did not flow with the "transfers". Finally, I was told a manager would contact me. The manager did call on a broken phone system, and I couldn't make out much of what he was saying. He called back using his cell to provide an estimate over the phone. We discussed the logistics and I received an emailed estimate. I specifically asked if I would be able to respond to the email and the manager said "Yes". Well, he was wrong. The next day, I find myself on the phone, repeating information each time I was transferred and finally landed with customer service who set an appointment date and time. I was told a manager would contact me. My frustration level at this point was through the roof. After a couple of days and still no phone call or confirmation email for the new appointment date and time, I called again. I was told, "No, we don't show you on the schedule."
