I'm so grateful I found Crystal Brow. I previously had my brows done somewhere else and they were badly done, but she helped remove the old work and completely redesigned them for me. It has been 2 years and I only needed a touch-up -- they still look beautiful. I absolutely love the shape because it fits my face perfectly, and the color has not turned blue over time. She is truly talented and very professional. Highly recommend! Rất đáng để giới thiệu! read more

I found Crystal through her brow work and really liked her style. Her PMU looks a lot more natural and soft compared to the typical Western style. I've had lip blush done before and it healed pretty patchy, so I was a little nervous going into this. I ended up choosing her even though she's about 3 hours away because I couldn't find anyone locally who does this stylof work. I also chose her because she's an award-winning artist and educator, which felt important to me when looking for someone experienced and confident. Her studio is upstairs with a large waiting area and private rooms, which made everything feel clean and comfortable. I showed her a reference from her work and trusted her with the color and shape. She chose a coral/orange tone and I like how it's looking so far. She checked in on me during the appointment and reapplied numbing when needed. I did have a lot of swelling right after, but no bruising. I'm still healing, but I can already see the gradient and it looks way more even than my last lip blush. It also seems to be healing faster and more evenly compared to my previous experience, so I'm excited to see the final result. Overall I'm really happy I made the trip and would go back again. read more

I've had my lips and eyebrows done at several places before, but I'm truly the most satisfied with this studio The owner is incredibly dedicated, gentle, and gives very detailed consultations. My lip color turned out natural--not too bold or fake-looking at all. The eyebrow shaping is beautifully done and perfectly suits my face. What I love most is the cheerful atmosphere and the careful attention to every step of the process. After the procedure, they also gave me thorough aftercare instructions to help maintain the color beautifully for a long time. The staff here are all sweet, friendly, and make you feel very comfortable. If you're looking for a trustworthy place for natural-looking lip and eyebrow tattooing, I genuinely recommend this studio! read more

Crystal is one of the most valuable PMU teachers, with over 15 years of experience. She knows exactly how to help beginners understand the process and overcome their struggles. She answers every question with patience and clarity, making sure her students truly grasp what they need to know. What I appreciate most--and what keeps me coming back to her courses--is that students are always welcome to return to the studio to observe her work and ask questions. Not many places offer this kind of continued support. PMU takes time and a lot of practice to master. In my opinion, 3-7 days of training is not enough for beginners. That's why I believe it's important to find a mentor who provides ongoing guidance and is always there when you need help. And Candy--she is the sweetest and most supportive assistant teacher. She's incredibly helpful, and I've learned so much from her. Her support is always easy to reach, and I truly wouldn't be where I am today without her. Both Crystal & Can helped me build the strong and proper foundation that every PMU artist should have. I'm so thankful to Crystal & Candy for everything they've done for me Hailey's Brow & Beauty read more

Crystal is absolutely amazing and so talented! She has such an eye for detail and I really appreciate that she never rushes the process. I explained exactly how I like my brows and even showed her a few pictures. From there, she started sketching and what I loved most was how she checked in with me after every small adjustment. She makes sure you are 100% happy with the shape before moving on to the inking. Even during the inking process, she continues to check in, making sure you're comfortable and satisfied every step of the way. I honestly love my brows so much. This is probably one of the best decisions I've ever made! Zoe is so kind, professional, and talented. After my consultation with her, she recommended me to do ombré shading because I had almost no brows. The healing process took about 3 weeks but it took ~5-6weeks for the real color to show so be patient!! Zoe really took her time during my sessions to explain each steps and to make sure everything is perfect. It's been almost 2 years now, and I'm still super happy with my brows! read more

Don't do micro blading for your eyebrows if you have oil y skin. My eyebrows can not keep its shape color turns to somewhat blue . Plus a slight expansion of the hair strokes of eyebrows. I am perfectly fine if my eyebrows faded after one year . However a blurry pigment , thicker strokes and blueish color eyebrows are not what I expected nor informed during consultations. read more

I did my eye liner and lip color, although I had to schedule way before but that's because she's great at her job so you need to book in advance and just put on the calendar. She communicated very well from beginning to end and I feel very comfortable about her techniques and her sense of beauty. Her studio is newer and clean and private. She will schedule follow up touch up as well which is nice most others may charge extra, that was thoughtful and great service in my opinion. Very happy with the experience. read more

I was introduced to Crystal by a few friends. I was hesitated as first since I have never had permanent makeup done before, but thanks god I found her. She has saved me plenty of time in the morning to get ready and the best thing is that my permanent makeup look totally natural. I got both my brow and lips color done by Crystal. She spent plenty of time on drawing, consulting on what shapes, colors would work best for my face. She listened to what I like and don't like and make sure I was totally comfortable with the color and shape before she started. The whole process was pain free with clear instruction of what to expect after. She followed up with me after my appointment to see if I had questions. Crystal provides professional and expertise services. I went to Crystal for microblading and ombre after my previous microblading experience failed (done by someone else). I wasn't a believer in the face feng shui but when I came in for my appointment, Crystal provided me the options to wait out my previous tattoo to fade so that the brows she can give me the more suitable brows for my face OR proceed and deal with having a faded shape and have 2 tails looking brows. I've went ahead and asked her to proceed. She said she wouldn't charge me anything if I decide to wait it out and come back to her for the work. I appreciate her sincere input and what I liked about my experience was how patient she is with me. She would not start preparing for the official work until she knows I am satisfied with the shape of my sketched brows. Ever since my new brows, I've started a new job, better living situation, better life. I strongly recommend Crystal! read more
