Sandy has the cutest setup first of all. I was instantly impressed when I walked in. Chic, cozy, clean. She walked me through a thorough consultation and helped pick what lashes would work best for me. I have sensitive eyes and one of the biggest things for me when getting lash extensions is how careful they are going to be so that I don't have swelling, redness, etc. Sandy was SO careful and I had very little irritation. Honestly, I was shocked how little given that I have been getting lashes for 10+ years and they never have felt that good. Retention? Amazing. Again, I was shocked after getting lashes for so long that this type of retention was even possible for me. Not only is this going to save me time, but of course money too and we love that! Really disappointing customer service. Even if you find a nail tech you like, it seems like booking and management can be an issue.
