Rather than addressing them, she became visibly flustered and ended our appointment early. I want to be clear: I'm considering getting a tattoo on my face. That is not a decision I'm taking lightly, and naturally I'm going to have questions. Any professional in this space should understand that this work carries real, semi permanent consequences -- a client who asks questions isn't being difficult, they're being responsible. If you're going to operate in this industry, patience and communication aren't optional. They're the job. A bad result in this line of work doesn't just fade -- it can affect someone's life permanently. I'd encourage anyone considering this shop to reflect on whether this environment is for them to get this type of work done.

She obviously wants them to be happy. Backstory: I didn't go to see Kimberly for your typical permanent makeup. I am a breast cancer survivor, and I had received what I would call a "mediocre" reconstruction, at least on the surface. I was left with scars and bad discoloration on my left areola, so I essentially needed Kimberly to fix the coloration, if that makes sense. While I do not want to post pictures of my tits here on Yelp, I can testify that Kimberly has done a wonderful job in making my left breast look perfectly normal. She was very intense on color matching, getting the color just right. Her process was deliberate and time-consuming (up to three hours a visit for this process) l, and it has now been several visits, but this achieved really good results. Money and time investments were completely worth it. I think Kimberly did an outstanding job. Speaking of which, Kimberly's prices are fair, and she will work with you to achieve your desired outcome. While most of her clients (like you) see her for much simpler, quicker cosmetic issues; mine was more complex, and she STILL did a fantastic job. You may have several appointments to achieve your desired outcome. You'll have to follow instructions for the healing, as permanent makeup is a specialized type of tattoo. After the process and healing time though, I'm confident that you'll be really happy with the work Kimberly did, so I highly recommend her as a permanent makeup artist.

A Facial That Genuinely Reset Me -- Thank You, Vivienne!…read more My MIL's (Mother-in-law) facial at Vivienne Spa felt like a full reset -- not just for her skin, but for herself. The moment we walked in, the pace of the day softened. There was no rushing, no noise, no "assembly line" feeling. We felt seen, welcomed, and immediately comfortable. That alone already set this experience apart. What really stood out was how intentional everything felt. The esthetician took time to actually listen -- not just to my MIL's skin concerns, but to what my MIL's skin has been through. Every step of the facial felt thoughtful and customized, never routine. The products were beautiful, the techniques were calming yet effective, and the touch was confident in a way that instantly builds trust. At one point, my MIL realized she had completely let go -- something she rarely does. When the facial ended and she looked in the mirror, my MIL's skin looked calm, clear, hydrated, and quietly radiant -- not overdone, not irritated, just healthy and balanced. Even hours later (and the next day), my MIL's skin still felt soft, nourished, and noticeably brighter. Vivienne Spa doesn't just offer facials -- they offer care, presence, and real expertise. It's rare to find a place that delivers both deep relaxation and visible results, but this truly did both. This wasn't just a spa visit for my MIL, It was a reminder to slow down, breathe, and take care of herself -- and for that, she's incredibly grateful. My MIL will absolutely be back!
