On the top, Kimberly rushed and did work that was uneven with a cat eye on one eye and not on the other. I specifically said no cat eye. It left a very thick and dark mark on my left eye. She admitted she rushed and that both eyes were not done evenly. I requested a refund which she gave a partial one. I have went to a new place this year who also confirmed that this dark black cat eye dot on one eye was a mistake and did not look good. She also said my eyeliner faded funny. I got my eyeliner touched up 5 years later by someone else and it looks great however the dark black dot is still there and it is costing me $500 to remove. I started one session of the removal with a different person. I can't wait to have it gone. I would wish Kimberly would pay for her mistakes when customers have to get them fixed. She rushed and made uneven eyeliner which I've lived with. I do not recommend this person to do your permanent make-up. I had the deep pore detox. Lynn is ok, but I won't say she is super sweet or nice. The place looks modern and cozy, which is a plus. For the facial, this is what bothered me: 1. Lynn did not tell me what she is going to do, what machine will be used or what skin care products will be applied to my face. She is just doing her own thing. The only time she told me about is the mysterious serum thing that she put on my face. She said it will tickle, but it was not only tickling, it was burning. When I asked what is this, it burns, she only said it burns but it deep cleans. At that time I thought maybe that's normal. 2. Let's talk about that mysterious serum. That kind of burn is not normal, my face was hurting from the burn. When I got home, I immediately washed off my face twice, whatever toner or moisturizer I put on my face burns. My whole face was burning and my right cheek had reddish dots. It burns until the following days and leaves a very rough texture on my face. Now it's the 4th day and my face still burns when I put on my skin care products. It starts to peel off a bit. I would like to see a picture of the product used. The brand and the name. 3. Lynn was talking on the phone during the process. Usually I'm ok with that and won't mind if you at least tell me. She didn't even ask and suddenly starts talking on top of my head. My skin texture is worse than before. It might take a couple more days until the roughness goes away, but I'm sure I will not go back.
