I found her on instagram and was a lash model for her, so I didn't get to choose what I wanted, but Celine went for a more natural look, which I actually secretly wanted. Celine is AMAZING. I do Love the work Han has done for me! I had microblading & eyeliner done on the same day in 12/2019. I had a friend recommend Han to me after seeing her work on IG. I looked at Han's IG, read through her website to get an idea of pricing, & started saving up. Originally, I wanted to do (1) "microblading & shading" and (2) eyeliner, but when I went to see Han, she recommended microblading only because I had eyebrow hairs still. Plus, it would be cheaper for me. Oct 2019 - I text Han to ask for an appt. She was very responsive to all my questions which I appreciated & I text her a picture of my face. Also, I asked about doing a "patch test" to make sure I wasn't allergic to the ink she uses ($30 for patch test). It would suck to have an allergic reaction after paying all that money! Nov 2019 - I came to see Han for the patch test. She pricked the ink on my face as a small dot for both colors. 1 color ink for eyebrow & 1 color ink for eyeliner. I text her pictures for the next 3 days to make sure I didn't have an allergic reaction. Then, Han made an appt in Dec 2019 for Microblading & Eyeliner. I paid Han $100 non-refundable deposit to hold my Dec 2019 appt. Dec 2019 - My appt was 1100 AM to 300 PM. The eyeliner was more painful than the eyebrows. I told Han my eyes water alot & were very sensitive, so she took the time to put more numbing cream. She is so patient, sweet, caring, & made sure I felt comfortable. Feb 2020 - My touch up appt was a little delayed because of Chinese New Year & I found out she moved into a new space which looks so nice! The touch up was not as long as the original appt, but was still painful even with numbing cream, but definitely Worth it! I have gotten many compliments about how natural they look, which is what I wanted. I am so happy with the results and now I can say my eyebrows are "on fleek"! read more

It took me a while to finally decide to get my brows tattooed. After looking at the works of so many artists around the Bay Area, Han's work resonates with me the most. I've followed her for over a year before deciding to book with her. She was quick to respond since the beginning. I sent her a photo of myself without makeup so she could tell me whether I'm a candidate for microbladding or not. She gave it a yes and booked my appointment for me after I gave her my info. She sent me an invoice to deposit for the slot ($100 non-refundable). Han's studio is simple, bright, clean and nice located within Sola Salons. Her studio is on the right hand side down the hall after you walk in the entrance. There is plenty of parking in the plaza. Han is meticulous and gentle. She took her time to work on my brows. Her strokes are precise and consistent. The whole process took two hours, after she finished she allowed me to see if there is anything I wanted to fix. I am particular when it comes to my brows, so even a hair strand in the wrong place bothers me. She was so patient and fixed my brows to my liking. Overall, the pain level for the microbladding was 3/10 for me and shading was 6/10. They aren't bad though. Afterward, Han explained the after care process and booked my follow up appt for me. I left without the after care and Han was so nice that she went looking for me to give it to me. It will take 7-10 days to heal, so I don't know how my skin will react to the procedure yet. One thing I can say is that, Han cares about her work and that's enough for me to give her 5 stars and recommend her to anyone who's interested in microbladding. Han was highly recommended to me by a friend who had gotten her brows done by her as well. I initially scheduled an appointment with Han in 2018, but had to postpone because I got pregnant. When I was ready to schedule with her again, we had an appointment in March of 2020. Then, COVID hit. After multiple reschedules due to the fluctuating county rules, I was finally able to get my brows. And let me tell you--it was worth the wait! I've always had naked brows (really light hairs and very thin), so I've always been self conscious about them. I drew them in every day, but they were inconsistent in color and shadow. Han shaped my brows and we talked about doing a lighter color for my pigmentation because I don't wear a lot of makeup so I didn't want really emphasized brows. The result was wonderful. At my follow up, Han said my skin type helped retain the color really well so that helped a ton. It was also fun to chat with Han during my sessions to get to know her. She's a wonderful artist and an expert. At my follow up, I asked about getting eyeliner done and she recommended me not to do it because my eyelids were too thin for the result to look good. So I was referred by a friend....okay she's good but I'm sorry NOT that good...not good enough for me to drive 1 hr & 15 min. I thought the drive was going to be worth it because of her IG posts of her clients/customers BUT nope it sure wasn't for the kind of service I got. I feel like she picks & chooses who she wants to do her good work on and also picks who she wants to touch up or let me say come back to fix somethin. So here's what happen and I hope you guys really read this before booking an appt with her.... So of course the first time I went it was amazing right and after the peeling & healing it was faded almost like it wasn't there so I was thinkin to myself "okay this must be normal". Then went for the 2nd touch up which was amazing too BUT after the peeling and healing it was spotty in my inner eyebrows and kinda faded on my right eyebrow. So I texted her to book another touch up and when she seen my brows in person she kept tellin me "oh ur eyebrows look fine...I don't know what ur talking about!?!?" Mind you she was NOT too nice about it when she said it...she was actually giggling at what I was trying to show her as if I was seeing things. She just wasn't pleasant about it, but of course she went ahead and did my touch up since I was there and drove so far. Then AGAIN after it all peeled & healed up (mind you that was my 3rd time going back to her) it was spotty still in the inner eyebrow part again and so I texted her to go back and she told me that my touch should be in 6 months and it's shouldn't be sooner than that as if she was brushing me off and didn't want to help me. So I never responded back....SOOOOOO THANK GOODNESS I ended up finding someone else that was much closer and 100 times more AMAZING! You know what too...my new girl had also mentioned that I'm not the first person that came from Han that went to her studio. SMH Oh one more thing.... I also referred one of my sister's/Close Family Friend's BFF to her as well and she got the same treatment too because after she was healed up she told her that her that eyebrows look crooked but Han told her that it's not her work it's her eyebrows! Like she got all defensive! Such a rude thing to say to your client/customer...I've worked in the health care for 14 years and I know what customer service is and that is something you should not say a client or customer or patient. What Han should have said was say "oh I'm sorry you feel that way, but let me fix it for you". That's good customer service! lol! Again...like I said at the beginning she's good, but NOT that good. Han is AMAZING! I've been contemplating getting my eyebrows microbladed for the longest time since I'm very picky with the way it looks especially since it'll be semi permanent on my face. Everyone will see it. I can't wear a hat everyday to cover my messed up eyebrows. I came across her IG and saw all the work she had done and it looked so nice. So finally I decided to cave in and get them done. I booked the appointment 1-2 months in advance. And sent her my deposit. I was super nervous on that day because I don't like pain. When I was there, she took her time to draw out my brows and kept double checking with me to make sure I liked them. It took about an hour for her to draw them. Then she applied numbing cream and we waited a bit longer. For the actual microblading, it was painful. I kept tearing up and trying to suck it in. After a bit, I couldn't feel some of it until she got to the edge of my brows then I started feeling the pain again. This process took about 30-45 minutes. Once that was done, she told me how to care for them and set up another appointment for the touch up. During that time, I had questions so texted her and she was very responsive (which was extremely nice of her!) A month later, I came back for my touch up and it was just as painful (if not, more). She saw what was missing and filled it in. She is extremely nice and helpful. She explained to me that it won't last as long as others if I have oily skin. For the healing process, it gets super itchy and makes me wanna scratch everything off. But I can't! I shouldn't! Now, I wake up with brows and it's such a nice feeling. WORTH IT. Han Tran is truly one of a kind and she is downright masterful at her work. I love supporting a female entrepreneur who takes a lot of pride in being customer first. I have gotten so many compliments and everyone can't tell it's a tattoo. In the first few days, I was giving her information to anyone who asked - they were asking me what eyeliner brand I used and super shocked it was actually a tattoo. I never thought I was the type of person who would do semi-permanent eyeliner. I used to tightline my eyes, mascara, and then used Clio Kill black brand to do a wing eyeliner. After a few years of being makeup free, mostly due to laziness, I decided I wanted the look but didn't want to invest the time into my morning routine. I did a lot of research and despite looking at places on Yelp with a lot of reviews and on Groupon...I was looking for a personal recommendation. I think I found Han through a reddit post. I looked at her Instagram and really liked her work. Being Asian, I was really worried the eyeliner shape (droopy eye was a mistake I made early in drawing my eyeliner) and the overall look (looking like a tattoo). It was easy to make an appointment via her website. I drove down from SF and I didn't anticipate the traffic. She was really kind when I let her know I was running late. She answered a thousand questions...and despite originally wanting an eyelash extension, I opted for the wing eyeliner. She drew the eyeliner initially for an eyelash extension and she was super patient to redraw the eyeliner for a wing. She was super careful and sure enough, I had difficult skin that wasn't taking the ink. I use a lot of skincare so that could be a factor. She switched it out the needle and let me know that it would take a bit longer than usual. She kept me informed throughout the whole process and re-applied numbing cream when it wore off. It was relatively painless. It's been a few days and it looks great like the day she did it. Her website says she does a free touch up within 4-6 weeks and I'll get in touch with her to check in if needed. There was no redness or swelling. I was able to drive and go to dinner afterwards. It was a little tender afterwards and there's an ointment required for a 7 days afterwards. I'm really happy with the results and I have literally given out her information to at least five people interested in the first 2-3 days of getting it done. It's hard to find someone who cares so much about the quality of her work. I'm so glad I made the 2 hr trek from SF to see Han because it is truly rare to find such a masterful, personal touch. I've been hesitant to pull the trigger and get my eyebrows done since it's pretty costly and I'm very, very particular about my eyebrows. My eyebrows alone take me almost half the time of putting on my whole face! I've been waiting to find the right artist and researched for about a year to see if I could find someone with Han's skills, but cheaper if I'm being honest. I couldn't find someone that had the precision and artistry that I saw in Han's work so I finally booked her and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results! HIGHLY recommend Han if you're looking for some amazing pair of eyebrows! I've always struggled doing my eyes brows because the muscle on my eyebrows aren't symmetrical so one eyebrow always tend to look higher than the other eyebrow. But Han really managed to make my eyebrows look symmetrical the best she could despite of how uneven my eyebrow muscles are. I could cry right now as I'm writing this because for the first time I actually feel beautiful just because my eyebrows are amazingly beautiful.
