Comfortable and relaxing place to enjoy your Pizza Pie! I always stop by when I am in this part of Houston. Had a few SLICES, and then took the rest home. Manager is always, and I mean always friendly. He has personally waited on me each and every time I have visited this location. I do not care for Pizza when it is cut into "Squares". So, I always request it to be cut into (8) SLICES, the way a Pizza should be. (Ha) Of course when the Pizza came to the table, the communication of the "SLICES" instead of "Squares" got lost, because I did not get SLICES. The server informed the Manager, and the Manager came over to tell me that they would quickly get another Pizza started, and that I could keep the other one as well. I appreciate him resolving the situation and giving me a "little bonus" for the mistake. Looking forward to another Pizza from this Pizzeria! read more

Customer Service and care has been lacking in society lately. I would say Crust pizza has given me some hope lol!! This is the only place I know that offers Parmesan cheese and extra toppings without charging the customer!!! The guy that helped me Julian was so nice. When I went into the restaurant, he was attentive to the customers, making sure everything was clean in the restaurant. I love this place. Great for the kids. Amazing food. My kiddo loves the pizza here. I love the Grilled Chicken Alfredo pasta. Very affordable price. The service is always the best. We have been here multiple times and each time as amazing as always. The atmosphere is perfect in or outdoor. Has area for the kids to play around outside. We basically there at least once a week. We've been coming here regularly since they first opened. In the beginning, they offered a special where you could buy one medium and get the second 1/2 off. They have since stopped offering a medium, and no special pricing for multiples. The last few times we've been, the quality was off. This time I mentioned the sparseness of toppings toward the edges to our server. She was kind, courteous and apologetic. She offered us coupons for free garlic knots which was a nice gesture except they expire in less than a week, so won't be used. Pro: Other than Pizza Hut, this is the only place that I know to have stuff crust pizza. And it is delicious. Con: I've eaten here 3 times so far. And every time, they mess something up with my order. Either they make the pizza crust regular instead of stuffed, or they forget to add a topping. Something is causing the staff to make easy mistakes of forgetfulness every single time. For the food, they are great. But be prepared for something in the order to go wrong. read more

UPDATE: So I got an email I assume from the owner/manager of this location and was told that if I ask for the pizza to be cut into slices (aka triangles) we can get it done as per my request. So ordered the pizza. Requested "triangle" slices. Still messed it up... Am I shocked? No. With the way things are going these days you can't expect much from establishments like this as to "special requests". Obviously the cut of the pizza isn't going to make or break the quality/taste of the pizza. It's just a silly way to cut pizza. I mean imagine you're in the corporate world and do a pie chart presentation where a percentage of the middle of the pie graph represents a value.. your co-workers would suggest you take time off for mental health leave. The pizza is okay. On a 1-10 scale it's a 6.3. Pretty average. Definitely better than one of the major chains of pizza restaurants. When your pizza is cut into squares you're off to a bad start. The pizza flavor is okay. Half a step above a dominos or a Pizza Hut. The price not too bad. But the "large" square cut pie is a little on the small side. Garlic knots. I had the Garfield pizza twice and I've had the cheese sticks once. I can say with 100% confidence that this is one of the cheesiest, most flavorful, and out of the ordinary pizzas I've had....and I'll be back for more! DEFINITELY! We came here because I wanted Italian/pasta and one of my kids will only eat Italian if they can get pizza. This seemed like the best of both worlds. My kid liked the kids cheese pizza. Their spaghetti and meatballs were clearly an afterthought on their menu. It tasted like they just opened a jar of ragu and poured it over noodles. The meatballs, which I'd be willing to bet come frozen, were just placed on top, not sauced, just three brown, no flavor lumps. Those working there were super friendly and helpful and is the only reason it got two stars. Maybe their pizzas are amazing but don't put things on the menu when you put no effort into making them taste at least decent. read more

Came across Crust Pizza and omg it's sooo amazing. Plenty of eating room inside and there's also outdoor seatings. The complex that this restaurants in has such great vibes. I've ordered their pepperoni rolls (5 piece) $8, chicken Alfredo pasta ($10) and Madelyns Alfredo pizza w stuffed crust ($13). Im a huge pizza guy and I'm glad I stumbled upon this area. Got to Crust Pizza at the Cinco Ranch location 5 min before my scheduled pick-up time and was told it was still cooking and they would bring it out. 20 min pass by and I call again only to be told my pizza was given to someone else. Wow, after a weak apology they fired up another pizza and I waited for another 15 mins. This place needs to do better not only with quality control but better customer service. read more
