Sunday Gravy over spaghetti
Jackie S.

This place has a ton of great reviews so by all means give it a try. With that said we were just underwhelmed. We had manicotti, gnocchi with marinara, and the Sunday gravy. It was all just a little bland and in the sun gravy the meatballs were a bit chewy. Also, when the mini says meat sauce, it truly means meat sauce I had hunks of I'm not sure what in the Sunday gravy when I was just expecting maybe a ground beef and or sausage. The servings were very generous. I'm not sure if the French bread was made in house, but it was really cold. Maybe due to storage in the kitchen. The rice balls were very good, I would definitely recommend getting those. The interior is a little unusual with patio furniture and a full view to the kitchen. It's a small space to work with so I understand. By far the name of the restaurant is the most confusing as their menu does not include pizza currently even though online it states something differently. And I'm not sure why it's called a bakery, but it's really an Italian restaurant. Local seem to love it so like I said, give it a try, the owner is very very nice. Service was only slow because she really handled all tables in indoors and out so be patient but the food did come out quickly.

We dined at Crust Artisan Bakery on the recommendation of my mother in law and finding a good Italian restaurant in the area is like finding a needle in a haystack. Well Crust Artisan Bakery is that Needle in the haystack. We walked in and Kim greeted us with a huge smile and took us to our table. You can tell her restaurant means everything to her and providing great food and service to her patrons. There are no menus, so Kim tells you what the menu is that day. Everything sounded so good, so we ended up on the caprese salad, the blue crab appetizer , and the rice balls. Omg everything was so good and had great flavor. For dinner we had the chicken Parmesan, the eggplant , the lamb, and lasagne Bolognese. What I liked about the meal besides how great it was, but the spacing of the meal and appetizers. It allowed us to talk and enjoy our friend's company that we don't see often. Everyone devoured our meals. We all tried each others and couldn't believe how good it was. Kim you have a great team working for you and your food has so much love in it. The chicken Parmesan crust had nice crunch and was not greasy at all. The toughest critic at our table who is a vegetarian always says the food is average, so when I asked him how his meal was he said it was outstanding. Kim you did good!!! I can't wait to take my friends here early next year when we return. If you want to get a table a reservation I would say is a very good to have. Can't wait to come back!!

Crab cakes!!! Best one I have ever had!!!

The food was wonderful as usual!! We went outside for the first time and it was nice with the fans blowing. Kim was delightful as always and the waiter kept our table clean. Took my daughter and granddaughter for the first time and they loved it.

You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu here. I usually go for the lasagna, but since it's Lent, I opted for the seafood bowl--and it did not disappoint. The grouper was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful in every bite. This place is a true hidden gem, and we make it a point to stop by every time we're in the area. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out! * started to eat before taking pictures lol*

Eggplant Parmesan

Amazing dinner again tonight.... The new additional appetizer's are so good, the Rib eyes are huge and fantastic... Amazed every time ABSOLUTE MUST VISIT WHEN IN TOWN

Gnocchi (bottom), chicken parmesan (left/right), and lasagna (top)

While looking for a place to have dinner, we randomly came across Crust Artisan Bakery, and we were glad we did. They normally take reservations but were able to seat us promptly. The staff was attentive, and the menu had several good options between the appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Interestingly, the menu is delivered verbally. It's a unique experience. The food: very good. I had the lasagna, which was some of the best I have ever had at a restaurant. Something about the noodles made it rise above other lasagna. My wife had the gnocchi, which was tasty, and came with a somewhat spicy sauce. My boys ordered chicken parmesan, which was very good as well. The portion sizes were generous, and we all had food to take home for later. For dessert, we split a slice of the dark chocolate torte. If you like chocolate without the other stuff (fruit, etc) - get this. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Crust Artisan Bakery.

We went to Farm & Fire looking for quality food and we found it there along with bay views and great service. My table had salad, steaks, wagyu burgers and crab and artichoke dip. All were quality choices. We were seated in the inside bar area which was nice from the standpoint of having views of the Choctawhatchee Bay. There is also an indoor dining room with table clothes that feels a bit more refined. In addition to watching the bay, we were also able to do a little people watching. The crowd at the outdoor picnic tables enjoying drinks on the edge of the bay also seemed to be having a good time. Our server was awesome. She said it was her second day but I assumed she was a seasoned server for Farm & Fire. She was friendly and attentive and great with all of our questions. She had clearly studied the menu and knew the restaurant. The building has lots of different levels/elevations and stairs. Additionally, a majority of the parking is across the street. For that reason, I wouldn't take someone with limited mobility there but I enjoyed it and I would return.

We tried the pappardelle with sausage & the chicken piccata as our mains & I loved them both. The pappardelle was soo creamy & saucy! My mouth is drooling just writing this thinking about it The piccata had plenty of capers & lemon and the chicken was very tender We also got the Caesar salad in a large which could be shared with 3 people but we had only 2 eating and one toddler who ate all the croutons ha which meant our pastas came home with us but the salad was very fresh tasting and light. I didn't taste much anchovy but salt level was nice. I also got the peartini and it was great! Very refreshing and heavy on the pear flavor. If you like a sweet drink, get this Our server was excellent - she was amazing with our son and so were all the other servers that were at nearby tables even when a few items made their way to the floor There's plenty of parking in a huge shared lot and reservations are definitely recommended. They also have some outdoor and bar seating

The music accompanies the scene of the restaurant. We arrived at 11:45AM before the lunch crowd arrived. Krisztian was our everything! He greeted us, waited on us and took care of everyone else at the same time. No one was waiting on nothing. He gave us some great recommendations and we started with the garlic rolls. Man, these are some of the best garlic rolls I've ever had. They were hot, buttery and so light all at the same time. We then ordered the Gorgonzola pizza. It came with grilled chicken and onions with no sauce. We added pesto sauce and wow. The pizza was so delicious and had so much flavor. Krisztian then brought us out the best cheesecake I've ever had period! Everything about this dessert was screaming fresh and homemade. The crust was so buttery and the cheesecake had the right amount of sweetness. Also, they have happy hour 7 days a week!!!!! Their happy hour menu is outrageous and has something for everyone. If you haven't been here, you need to get here for the best pizza and Italian food around. I suggest you make a reservation so you don't miss out. We will be back soon!!!!

Huge shoutout to Ivan for the top-tier service -- friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. We ordered our pizzas extra crispy (10/10 move) and tried the parmesan crust -- crispy was perfect, but the parm crust had very limited flavor and didn't add much. The sauce, which is supposed to be lemon caper butter, tasted mostly like oil and overwhelmed the overall taste. I doubt there was much butter. Oil is cheaper, so...? On our second visit, I tried the pizza. It was okay, but nothing to brag about. The pepperoni was sparse, the cheese thin, and the flavor bland. On top of this, it is VERY loud. The restaurant is nothing more than a bar with seating placed around it. It is a hollow shell inside, and the noise carries and reverberates throughout. They have metal chairs that scrape the concrete floors obnoxiously loudly whenever anyone moves them. Not much for the ambiance. They have tried placing tennis balls on the legs of the chairs, but most are missing, and the remaining ones are worn out. As with most restaurants today, they are pricey. I don't mind paying for a truly good meal, but I gave them two shots, and they were below par on both visits. We thought of trying their sister eatery next door, which is Mexican, but after this experience, we opted to pass.
