Kim's team is moving quickly and intentionally, yet nothing seems rushed. The seating is like many people's homes: quirky but special in a way that makes it their home. The menu is like home too, in that it's delivered orally (wait, I was just getting used to QR codes and reading zooming in on my phone!). Kim comes to the table with an easy delivery, one that's straight-forward and metered and quaintly poetic. She doesn't mention the price - just the prize - but fear not: the meals are reasonable and fair, and nobody's getting ripped off (but if you need to see a menu and a price, head to every other place and leave the rest of us to our meals).
