Man, am I happy this place is here. I have been coming at random intervals for cookies here and it is worth it every single time. One day I will have self-control but until then I will continue to buy 6 cookies every time I come (about $25). I love trying every single cookie I can and I do. I have done sugar, strawberry lemonade, PB, chocolate, chocolate chip, and more cookies. I have loved every single bit of all of them. We call this place the frosted cookie place because they almost all have frosting. The frosting is amazing and flavorful but not too rich that your cheeks start to tingle from the sugar. The cookies are always warm and perfectly gooey in the middle when we get them. They are large cookies so I always cut them in pieces so we can easily split them between family members. I do know they also sell a cutter that will cut the cookies in 4. In the future when my kids are older and will care about equal serving sizes, I will likely buy this but for now I can get away with just doing it on my own. The store front is very small with just enough space for a couple of people to order at their kiosk and one at the main register as well as a spot on the side of a couple of people to wait for their cookies. When I have my kids with me we are a bit too much in the small place but thankfully the staff moves very quickly and we are generally in and out in about 3 minutes. When your cookies are ready the bring the box over for you to view your cookies and then close it up and you can head on out. The pick up counter also has paper towels and plasticware so you can go to some of the tables outside to dig into your cookies (which I always do when with my kids). In addition to going in to order you can order through their app for pick up in the store or drive up and the staff will bring your cookies right out to you. Overall, I just love these cookies so much and suggest you try them so you can love them too. read more

I had ordered a cookie for my friends who don't live near me as a little pick me up. Since they work they were going to be unable to pick it up until 10pm so I set up the pick up time accordingly. But around 8pm my app suddenly alerts me to enjoy my cookie that I had pick up so I was a bit confused and asked my friends if they had go early but they did not since they were still at work. So I try to call the store on their behalf to try and figure out what is going on but get no answer. I proceed to attempt a call about 15 TIMES without a single response on the other line so I attempt to contact customer support that also tries to instruct me to call the store for faster assistance (straight up BS). I left a voice mail hoping to get a call back or something but have not received anything yet. Please do better at answering the phone, I understand it can get busy but if it is recommended by the app and customer service to CALL the store for any questions or concerns I would assume that implies that the phone would get answered. read more

We love Crumbl and so excited for the Dubai chocolate brownie. Always friendly service and love ordering on the app

Never order delivery from here if you actually want your cookies! It should be simple enough, to click delivery from their website. They charge $12 for delivery which is insane, and they failed to mention that they are not the ones delivering it, they use a third-party delivery service. I waited over an hour and a half for my 4 cookies to be delivered to work and after going back-and-forth with them on the phone, they told me no driver ever showed up to pick them up . Not my problem, I paid for delivery. They said they would reach out to the delivery service "for me." But it's not actually doing it "for me," it's a service they offer on their website and I paid for it... and I didn't order the cookies through a DoorDash or Uber delivery service, I used only their website. Then I get a text message saying that Crumbl canceled my order. I call back and just ask for a refund and they said they would give me the refund. I thought the charge would just fall off, but nope, it actually posted to my account, and 3 days later no refund. I opened a claim with my bank to get my money back. Horrible customer service! read more

I'm not sure if it's just this location but every single time that we've ordered online for pickup it's a nightmare. The employees refuse to acknowledge anyone waiting. What's the point of ordering online if you still have to wait more than 40 mins? Something has to be done. Look at all the comments!! read more

Amazing service, best cookies ever. I go on the app weekly to see new flavors they are so good

Fast and easy service when using the app, my order was ready in about 10 mins after ordering. Cookies were delicious

Long lines. Small front store and most times they ignore you at the front. But forced to go in because curbside wait is even longer.

So the cookies are good! Watch yourselves, someone got in my app and ordered cookies with my card. Manager tells me it was my son or his friends, and I am like well that's not possible. Also she said this has never happened at this store ever which I don't really believe since it sounded like she had told people this over and over again, and was not very sincere at all. I would recommend if you order in the app to delete any payment methods after you order. I still don't know how anyone was able to order on my account. But I was dismissed as if I was crazy to think that anyone would ever commit fraud at Crumbl Cookies. Maybe checking ID's with pick ups would be helpful and protect the public from cookie fraud, which yes is a thing! read more

The app is a must. I haven't been inside this store but have gotten curbside pickup several times and they are prompt and friendly. I've also gotten delivery once. The flavors vary widely but I generally go for the warm ones...they're almost always a hit though a few flavors weren't my cup of tea. The only issue I have with them is that they are misleading about the nutrition facts. I get why but it's not like I'm eating the cookie to be healthy so if anything saying "one serving" is 120 calories is just going to make me look into stuff I don't actually want to know about. Just don't look it up. You don't want to know. read more

Excellent customer service! Cookies are always delicious. Sometimes they sell out of a specific flavor but they are always willing to switch it out for a different one. read more

This is ridiculous. I understand that it is busy and you are not properly prepared for this huge rush. But to take payment then decide to let me know it will be a 1 hour wait. I return for after the 1 hour wait and I am ignored by staff, they didn't greet me so I could ask for my order. The order is still not ready and it's been over 2 hours now. You won't supply me a refund after you didn't fulfill you end of the purchase. I did by paying crumbl but you lied about wait times, staff ignored customer, no one at the front counter. read more

Just stood in line for ten minutes. Employees kept looking at me and then look away. Guy behind me after waiting a couple minutes yells "is anyone going to help us". Some young lady yelled back "systems are down".. thanks for telling me that ten minutes ago. I always get terrible service here. Good cookies, terrible service. read more

Waited over 30 minutes for a curbside order that was pre-placed. What's the point of having the app and curbside pickup if it's not honored? Ended up cancelling my order after waiting too long and left. Absolutely absurd. read more

Customer service is awful. If you order from the app they don't package until you arrive. On busy days you will end up waiting over 30 minutes after the pickup time. There is a reason people pre-order with a pickup time. Cookies are also subpar filled with butter and sugar and no flavor. read more

Employees don't acknowledge you and they are always out of cookies in the evening. No point in ordering ahead because they don't even complete the order unless you're there and then they tell you that they're out of whatever you order. read more

Dismissive, not helpful, and what's the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait behind everyone that ordered in store ?

Hire someone specifically for the counter or at least have a floater that acknowledges the people waiting.really bad customer service

They are always so fast! i placed my order and when i got there I walked in and instantly got my cookies!

always on time when I order online, friendly service and the crumbl cookies are always nice and warm. I highly recommend this one in Santee

Great food great service kind workers and overall great I've never had an issue with them. They are the kindest people and store I've ever been into. The store is so cute read more

The highly anticipated Crumbl Cookies finally opened in Santee! Crumbl is my favorite place to get cookies. I've been going to the Point Loma location, but I'm so excited to have a location closer to my house. This location is tucked back in the corner of the Santee Plaza, close to the Starbucks. The manager Cody was super welcoming and kind at their grand opening event. Just be warned, the lines are long, so if you don't want to wait in line you can order curbside pickup on the app. I highly recommend that you come try out these delicious cookies! They have four new flavors each week, so there's something for everyone! read more

Tasty cookie flavors. Fun for the family and a creative way to purchase a gift or provide dessert for a party. Stopped by with the kids for an afternoon treat and got a box of 6 with a small ice cream. The cookies are a shareable size. Don't take my word for it though, stop by. It's worth at least one visit. read more

I ordered chocolate chip, gingerbread, sugar cookies, and sticky bun cookie. I ordered through the app for curbside pick up an hour later. When I got there, I found out that they had run out of the sticky bun cookie. Disappointing. It's cool that they are warm and fresh. The chocolate chip was okay. It tasted doughy and I think it needed more chocolate chips. I took too many bites of plain cookie. The gingerbread wasn't good. The sugar cookie was good, I think because it was slathered in frosting. I've had better cookies at Paneras and Starbucks. I don't plan to return. I'm bummed. read more

I was very disappointed when coming to this location. I read the reviews and was skeptical about coming here but, I did anyway because I didn't want that to affect my first experience. When walking in, there were already two people waiting for their order which is normal. But, there were around 4-6 employees and my friend and I got stared at instead of a greeting, not even a hi. I have worked customer service at countless places so, I didn't care as much because it can be busy and sometimes you just don't see but, they all did. We waited in the pickup zone and the guy announced the name, stared at us, said it again and asked us in a tone if it was ours. We said no, then he proceeded to ask us our name in a more rudeish tone. We had separate orders so my friend got theirs and I was waiting on mine. He proceeded to call my name, and when I walked up to grab it he just set it hard on the counter and walked off. Other Crumbls, they open the box, show you and HAND IT to you. I don't expect them to do that all the time but, I quite literally had my hand out as I was walking up and when I got to him he just set it down very rudely. He then proceeded to ask our other friends to give him the name (they didnt order so they told him) and he just proceeds to walk off again. I have never experienced such rude customer service before, including my friends who did not even get anything. My friends and I won't be coming back to this location. read more

Very overpriced for cookies... a single cookie would cost you about $5 We got the four pack and paid about 16. BUT... they're pretty good. I would say check the flavors of the week before going in. I didn't like the cinnamon swirl or frozen hot chocolate ones much, but the milk chocolate chip cookies were fantastic. I would come back depending on the flavors they have for the week. read more

I waited about 40 minutes even though I had placed my order online. The employees don't make eye contact with you. One of the workers was touching her hair with gloves on and didn't change her glove nor wash her hands. The store was full with a 40 minute wait time. The store was dirty. My order was wrong even after waiting all that I waited. read more

So yummy. Thick, soft and flavorful. A little pricey but Don't mind the splurge. The are very quick too.

The ladies had great customer service!! My Baby Girl turned 5 today and got a chocolate Reese cookie. She said it was delicious and yummy
