Best cookies for customer visits. They are always a big huge hut with my customers. I think I spend more on cookies then lunches.

The workers are never speaking to you, always look and then just call the name.... The cookies never look like the cookies online, you order them because you want to try the ones you see in the picture. Every time I have ordered from this store it feels like they are rationing the toppings.. I have gone to the one in rancho the people are so nice and warm there and the cookies are always as described ... in Santee the workers are cold and the cookies never look right it's kinda disappointing. And if they run out of a cookie and "forget to put sold out" they don't tell you until you come to pick up the cookies... just super disorganized and frustrating. read more

I really like Crumbl. I have been twice & always liked my soft chewy cookies. They are oversized unique cookies. The flavors are always changing. I keep mine in the refrigerator. You can order on the app & pick them up, order off the IPad or order at the register. Then they will call you name. read more

Routinely poor service. I've honestly never seen employees go out of their way more to NOT address the customers in the room. It's beyond bizarre. Never an update on why it takes sooooo long (every time) and when you have a question about where your order is (also every time) and they're forced to interact with you they're rude and unhelpful. read more

The cookies are very sweet but the different flavors are fun. I like that they have smaller ones now as well. They used to offer curbside pickup which fit really well into an errand run but they seem to have disabled that on their app and I wish they'd bring that back. I've tried the Key Lime, Cookie Monster, Cornbread, Nutella, Chocolate Chip, Lemon, Mother's and maybe some others. All of them are unique, my favorite so far is the Key Lime and the corn bread. The app is wonderful. You get 1 point for every $1 spent. After 100 points you get a $10 credit. If you follow them on the various platforms you can earn about 50-60 more points. read more

So I've heard mixed reviews about Crumbl cookies in general but thought I'd give it a try for myself. Cookies are my favorite sweet treat so it doesn't take much to impress me. All I ask is that cookies are chewy in the center, crispy at the edges, and bonus points if they're warm. The cookies here checked all those boxes for me! My fiancé is not a cookie person (weird but more for me I guess lol) and he even thought these were 5/5. We got a 4-pack box for $16. The flavors we tried were blueberry muffin, cornbread, milk chocolate chip, and Oreo birthday cookie. The moment we stepped into the shop, it smelled like a blueberry muffin and I just had to get that cookie. That was my favorite of the 4. Coming in at a very close second was the cornbread which had like a honey butter icing on top. It made me laugh how enthusiastic the girl at the counter was about this one but she wasn't wrong! Milk chocolate was a solid cookie and I was too full to try the Oreo one. These are on the pricey side but I would try again if we're in the area and wanted to treat ourselves! read more

Yes, the cookies are pricey but they are sooooo good! Some cookies are served warm, others cold. They have a display of the cookies available at the front so you see exactly what you are getting. The options change weekly, you can check online to see what's available. The staff was super friendly, answered all my questions and put my order together really quick. I had ordered a cookie for my friends who don't live near me as a little pick me up. Since they work they were going to be unable to pick it up until 10pm so I set up the pick up time accordingly. But around 8pm my app suddenly alerts me to enjoy my cookie that I had pick up so I was a bit confused and asked my friends if they had go early but they did not since they were still at work. So I try to call the store on their behalf to try and figure out what is going on but get no answer. I proceed to attempt a call about 15 TIMES without a single response on the other line so I attempt to contact customer support that also tries to instruct me to call the store for faster assistance (straight up BS). I left a voice mail hoping to get a call back or something but have not received anything yet. Please do better at answering the phone, I understand it can get busy but if it is recommended by the app and customer service to CALL the store for any questions or concerns I would assume that implies that the phone would get answered. read more

Never order delivery from here if you actually want your cookies! It should be simple enough, to click delivery from their website. They charge $12 for delivery which is insane, and they failed to mention that they are not the ones delivering it, they use a third-party delivery service. I waited over an hour and a half for my 4 cookies to be delivered to work and after going back-and-forth with them on the phone, they told me no driver ever showed up to pick them up . Not my problem, I paid for delivery. They said they would reach out to the delivery service "for me." But it's not actually doing it "for me," it's a service they offer on their website and I paid for it... and I didn't order the cookies through a DoorDash or Uber delivery service, I used only their website. Then I get a text message saying that Crumbl canceled my order. I call back and just ask for a refund and they said they would give me the refund. I thought the charge would just fall off, but nope, it actually posted to my account, and 3 days later no refund. I opened a claim with my bank to get my money back. Man, am I happy this place is here. I have been coming at random intervals for cookies here and it is worth it every single time. One day I will have self-control but until then I will continue to buy 6 cookies every time I come (about $25). I love trying every single cookie I can and I do. I have done sugar, strawberry lemonade, PB, chocolate, chocolate chip, and more cookies. I have loved every single bit of all of them. We call this place the frosted cookie place because they almost all have frosting. The frosting is amazing and flavorful but not too rich that your cheeks start to tingle from the sugar. The cookies are always warm and perfectly gooey in the middle when we get them. They are large cookies so I always cut them in pieces so we can easily split them between family members. I do know they also sell a cutter that will cut the cookies in 4. In the future when my kids are older and will care about equal serving sizes, I will likely buy this but for now I can get away with just doing it on my own. The store front is very small with just enough space for a couple of people to order at their kiosk and one at the main register as well as a spot on the side of a couple of people to wait for their cookies. When I have my kids with me we are a bit too much in the small place but thankfully the staff moves very quickly and we are generally in and out in about 3 minutes. When your cookies are ready the bring the box over for you to view your cookies and then close it up and you can head on out. The pick up counter also has paper towels and plasticware so you can go to some of the tables outside to dig into your cookies (which I always do when with my kids). In addition to going in to order you can order through their app for pick up in the store or drive up and the staff will bring your cookies right out to you. Overall, I just love these cookies so much and suggest you try them so you can love them too. read more

This is ridiculous. I understand that it is busy and you are not properly prepared for this huge rush. But to take payment then decide to let me know it will be a 1 hour wait. I return for after the 1 hour wait and I am ignored by staff, they didn't greet me so I could ask for my order. The order is still not ready and it's been over 2 hours now. You won't supply me a refund after you didn't fulfill you end of the purchase. I did by paying crumbl but you lied about wait times, staff ignored customer, no one at the front counter. read more
