KitKat and brownie lrg cookies
Haleh M.

I placed an order on the app for half a dozen mini cookies for my coworkers birthday. Upon entering the store my kids begged me for cookies too so I ended up getting 4 large ones as well. The service was okay. I wasn't greeted or welcomed but she was fast and efficient. This was a smaller store than I've visited before. The two kiosks were down and orders were taken with the cashier.

Delicious Dubai brownie

Crumbl cookies are very sweet in general. And yes, I do realize it's a cookie so it's going to be sweet. I like certain cookies Crumbl makes and I'm glad they only offer it a few times a year because I would get them weekly. I recently ordered the Dubai brownie and OMG it was so good. It was so hard not to order a dozen and tried to remind myself the crazy amount of calories it has. I'll be back in when they have my favorite cookie flavors!!

Wifey neded a fix

My family's go-to spot for Crumbl parking is easy, and most of the time, everything is instock. The girls that work there are all super nice and always ready to help with decisions, especially when you're torn between what you should try. Most times, we order the 4 pack, and that allows everyone to have their own!!! So if you need that sugar fix, you know where to go. Oh, and yes, you can grab milk and icream too!!!

Hazelnut Sea Salt, Nilla Bean Cupcake & Mallow Sandwhich ft. Oreo
Denzel L.

I ordered these on Uber eats. All the cookies were FIRE 10/10 my only note is the Nilla cupcake cookie could've been softer to give off the cupcake vibes, other than that the icing was FIRE OMG. The hazelnut one felt like a different approach to a chocolate chip cookie and the Mallow melted as soon as you picked it up. I'm here for all 3 of these! Keep em comin'!

SUCH A HEAVY COOKIE, VERY DENSE AND SWEET. One bite of the chocolate chip cookie and that was good enough for me. Maybe just not my style of dessert.. The shop inside is clean and simple to the point, just the kitchen and counter to order. Friendly customer service!

Doesn't fill up the box like others lol

THIS LOCATION HAS WAY SMALLER COOKIES, BUT TASTE GOOD AND THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. Food: 4/5 Like others said, the cookies here are drastically smaller. BUT- they were very tasty lol my niece, nephew and I had to get a few and they were great. I really liked the brownie, although it was crazy thick and sweet. Cost 2/5 If they're big, it's honestly worth the 5.00. But, this location may have fallen a little bit short. It was a drastic difference in size compared to other crumbls. All around: I wouldn't go back to this location. Sure, the area is great and the service is good, but you do not get the bang for your buck. Usually the cookie fills the entire box! Here, it doesn't come close lol

Chocolate chip

It's a good and large cookie - soft and chewy on the inside and slight crunch on the outside. Personally, it's just too sweet for us. It's also difficult to finish it in one sitting. Takeout only.

Scary to read the nutrition label! One whole cookie's sugar content is a little less than drinking 2 cans of cola/soda.

Sweet Demi Lune Bakery & Café…read more Sweet Demi Lune Bakery & Café reminded me that we live for the wonderful experiences that remain to be discovered. After a wonderful lunch date with my wife at Raffi's Place (please read my review and thank me later) in Glendale, I decided to look for the perfect dessert. After scouting several nearby locations, I decided I was in the mood for a great cinnamon roll. Sweet Demi Lune Bakery & Café looked like the place that would deliver the experience I was seeking. SDLBC is listed as being in Glendale, but it's located in the historic Old Town of Montrose. That's beside the point; I only mention it because there are additional places to explore just up the street. We arrived around 3:00 p.m. on a Saturday, and there wasn't much of a selection left, including the highly sought-after cinnamon roll. The gentleman behind the counter greeted us warmly, and I immediately asked if that was all the pastries they had. He said yes. I contemplated leaving because of the nonexistent cinnamon roll, but I didn't want to be rude, so I decided to give the bakery a try since we were already there. So, we basically took half of what remained behind the glass display case: a Peach Almond Croissant, a Raspberry Pistachio Croissant, an Almond Croissant, and then my curiosity focused on a few lonely-looking pastries that were unfamiliar to my discerning eyes. I asked the gentleman what they were, and he replied with something that sounded completely foreign to me: Kouign-Amann. Kouign-Amann (pronounced queen ah-MAHN) is a traditional pastry from the region of Brittany, France. It is often considered one of the richest pastries in the world because it is made with just a few simple ingredients in generous proportions: bread dough, butter, and sugar. Figuring we needed a few more sweets for the road, we took all the remaining Kouign-Amanns. Two were the traditional version, and the other two were filled with crème and blueberry jam. We also ordered a Café Americano and a Café Mocha. While we waited for our drinks, I simply couldn't wait any longer. Like a kid on Christmas morning, I eagerly opened my gift and dug right into the Kouign-Amann. Hesitantly, I tore off a tiny piece with my fingers, expecting nothing extraordinary, and instantly gave birth to a brand-new experience that exploded in my mouth. The crisp exterior gave way to the soft, flaky center, followed by waves of what tasted like delicate honey. I tore off another piece and shared it with my wife. One look at her eyes told me she wanted more. By the time our drinks were ready, we had devoured one of the Kouign-Amanns and confessed to the gentleman behind the counter that we had just experienced pure ecstasy in the form of a pastry. Kouign-Amann is, in fact, one of the richest pastries in the world, so don't let the unfamiliar name keep you from trying one. The Café Americano and the Café Mocha were also exceptionally well prepared. With everything that's happening in the world these days, a simple yet profound experience like this reminded me how wonderful life can still be. Like Arnold said... "I'll be back." Enjoy!

I love the indoor seating, but they also have outdoor seating. I washed it down with a short Americano, two shots and I threw in some extra cream. It's delicious. The coffee has a nice mild flavor, but nothing beats the sweets. I have to tell you this chocolate mousse cake is the right portion otherwise I would eat the whole thing in this case the powers that be more wise and gave me a slice and Man was it delicious.

Both ladies were very nice, sweet, (just like the bakery), and eager to help me. There was a line, but not too long. They were about to close in an hour and both ladies cleared that line so fast. Great job!! Prices were also very affordable according to whatever they had in their displays. I had a major sweet tooth, and their delectable, decadent, aroma of their pastries was very hard to resist. They also have hot and cold beverages of every kind and a cute sitting area inside the bakery. I bought us some Gata, (an Armenian pastry). They had 2 different kinds. One with nuts in them, and one without. I got the one that had no nuts and was semisweet. I also got box of variety of sweets, that included: 2 Chocolate Eclairs, 3 Cream Puffs, & 2 Strawberry Shortcake topped with pieces of almonds. Let's not forget their beautiful, yummy cupcakes. I got 6 (variety pack). They can customize your cakes to your liking for any one of your special occasions. The place was very chic, classy and elegant. Bakery was very clean, with some Armenian/Russian music playing overhead. They can even make beautiful baskets for you to give away to someone you love, on their special occasions. They have cakes, cupcakes, chocolates, candy, variety of cookies, full cases of pastries, a platter of nuts, included various nuts. Parking, also street and metered parking. The only downside was that I wish they had an outdoor/patio seating. Next time I am in Glendale, I will definitely visit this lovely, beautiful bakery. Thank you all very much!

Thank you for your response. I appreciate that you took the time to reply, but I believe your…read moreresponse misses the main issue. Good business etiquette is simple: when a business makes a mistake, it should acknowledge it, correct it immediately, sincerely apologize to the customer, and ensure the customer leaves satisfied. That builds trust and demonstrates accountability. Instead, much of your response focuses on explaining that the price tag may have been moved accidentally by staff or customers. Those are explanations, not accountability. This was one of the last two pieces left in the display, and the incorrect price tag should have been noticed well before my purchase. As I also stated in my response to the Agricultural Commissioner of Weights & Measures Inspector, I am almost certain that after I shared my experience and reviews on social media, the pricing discrepancies would have been already corrected. If that is the case, I genuinely hope those changes help make sure future customers are charged accurately and fairly. Regarding the Kyiv cake, my concern is relatively minimal compared to the pricing issue. It simply did not taste as good as it used to. It lacked the freshness and flavor we had previously enjoyed, and it tasted somewhat stale. This is the least of my concern. What concerns me most is the lack of accountability. Businesses earn customer loyalty by owning their mistakes, not by offering explanations for why they may have happened. A sincere apology, immediate correction and a commitment to making things right would have been a much more appropriate response.

Always a pleasant experience at these bakeries. This Glendale bakery café was clean, bright, and beautifully organized with a large variety of pastries, cakes, and drinks on display. The pastries were soft and flavorful without being overly sweet, and the cakes looked just as good as they tasted. The curry croquette wasn't a favorite of mine. It was my first time trying and the spices didn't amaze my palette. I will have to try their garlic bread next time if I feel like getting something savory. Their sweets are always a hit for me! Most of the items I've tried have been average at best, especially considering the premium prices. The pastel de nata was disappointing--I've had much better versions at local dim sum restaurants. The black coffee was also a letdown. It was so bitter that I needed to add milk to make it drinkable, and I'm someone who normally enjoys black coffee. Service was quick and on point and the lahmajun did take about 10-15 minutes as they make them fresh. They have a pretty expansive patio where you can enjoy your goodies and hang out. Parking can be a bit of a challenge as it is mostly street parking, but I managed to snag a spot a few blocks away. As for the food, the nazook is amazing and better than a few other bakeries I've tried in Glendale. The lahmajun was also amazing and very flavorful with a good amount of meat. And lastly, the beef khachapuri kabob was amazing! It had that nice smoky charcoal flavor in the meat and worked well with the surrounding pastry. It's constantly the rude customized they push you around they cut you in line they do not say excuse me. None of the staff is inviting at all and simple things like I'm ordering a chicken Gyro right above. It is a beef shawarma... I think Papillon is Armenian which I believe has European cuisine, as Armenia is considered geographically to be within Western Asia (the Middle East) and the South Caucasus region. Sitting within the mountainous Armenian Highland, it acts as a transcontinental bridge between Eastern Europe and Asia. Their Piroshki is long and thin, whereas I'm accustomed to them being robust short stocky and round almost resembling a giant baked potato in size and shape. So these look like a "Chinese Donut" a.k.a. Youtiao (油条) in size and shape, same girth but length maybe 6"-8" long. What I liked is the filling of the Beef was minced ground beef with sauteed onion bits mixed into a blend and seasoned with a bit of spice but overall was very moist and juicy and the fried dough was very good. So, I'd recommend that. Oddly, I tried the Beef and Potato reluctantly thinking the pure beef option was going to be better... and the Potato was soft and perfect so I'm thinking they're equally good depending on your mood. I tried the beef empanada, and it was very good, similar flavor of the beef empanada to the piroshki but not exactly the same, otherwise I might say the empanada is bigger and gives more protein of the ground beef. The desert shaped like a peach fruit was very good. It reminded me of Asian style deserts where they're not overly sweet and has a healthy refreshing taste more so than being too overwhelming with thick sugary creams. I found out they have multiple locations. It feels maybe the Armenian and Russian community in So Cal are more toward this area and The Valley, so I do have to take what could be a 60-90 minute journey to come here, and even longer of a commute to their other locations. I think they'd do well in the SBBC (South Bay Beach Cities) down South past Santa Monica but before Long Beach and Orange County. I'd recommend this place for the food and service.
