Everything is amazing!!!! I haves ordered my so. Bday cake , bought a cake last minute, even walked in to get some perashkye and lamaju and everything made fresh and delicious. I'm not originally from Armenia but our guests who are said that it tasted just like the homeland ! Perfection . Aside from the food being great , the staff is friendly and kind and always willing to help. It's very clean and always has so many fresh options from deserts to meals with so much variety. So I had a craving for baklava, and just moved to this town a couple months ago. Walked in for the first time, woman behind counter was so cheerful and kind. I didn't have enough money for the baklava tray so she asked me how much I had and then she decided to give me a smaller portion of the tray! Got the Dubai chocolate bar for $25! Biggest waste of money. I need my refund. It was disgusting to say the least. If you are charging that much add a decent amount of pistachio cream. The place looks very pretty. It caught my eye, i live near by. I needed a last minute cake for going over to celebrate his birthday. I walked in and no one greeted me. I was looking for someone and couldn't see them. Finally saw someone behind the counter and i said hi. I asked for cakes. Service wasn't great. The price of the smallest cake was $42. Its overpriced as well. The box was cute that the cake went into. But i asked her to wrote happy birthday and she wrote it on the back side of the cake. Smh. I was so happy to see the Grand Opening signs on La Mia Bakery Cafe. I was on my way to another local bakery and turned the car around to try it out. Such a cute place, the customer service is great, and the baked goods are fantastic! I ordered quite a bit because I was taking it to a function, and everything I ordered was wonderful. They even have lahmajune! Fresh and not spicy, very delicious and presentable. I had ordered a couple dozen and my family thought it was great. I also ordered nazooks - both with and without nuts. The dough is flaky, buttery and the fillings are delicious. The cheese borek and spinach borek, as well as an assortment of beautiful decorative cookies were enjoyed by everyone. They also have an array of beautifully artistic cakes and a cream pastries, and Cici (the sweet woman behind the counter) said they will be expanding their menu.
