To be honest I only tried one of their cookies to see if they were as bad as people were saying all over the internet. I got a classic chocolate chip cookie and I don't understand how they managed to mess up the most basic cookie. It wasn't inedible, but there was no chewy or crispy texture to it. The chocolate would taste so much better if it was dark chocolate. I hate to be overly critical but the $2 chocolate chip cookie from Costco is hands down way better than this overpriced cookie. The line was long and service was not great. Stuffs were kind of unfriendly..my kids liked the cookies though.

Menu is simple, choose 1 of 4 flavors and can choose chocolate milk, milk or water to drink. Service was fast and it looked clean. The smore didn't have a strong gram cracker flavor (which I prefer) but didn't get much chocolate flavor but the marshmallow is on top and easy to see. Cookie was soft and not overly sweet like a lot of places, but the cookies are big! Flavor to me was ok. You can see in the picture one bite vs my smore cookie. Fri and Sat they are open until midnight. Go get some cold stone and grab a cookie from here for a dessert night! read more

Love the sugar and strawberry cookies. They're always so delish and such a special treat. Also, Ama is the absolute sweetest. I adore her bubbly and friendly personality whenever I stop by to pick up a box of cookies for my family. She always greets me as well as other customers, with a kind smile and a warm greeting. Five stars for Ama and the cookies! When I've stopped by when Ama wasn't working, unfortunately, the other staff aren't as friendly. I've waited at the counter and get tired of waiting for someone to help me. I've had to ask for help even though there are at least 3-4 employees working in the kitchen completely ignoring the customers waiting at the front counter. So, zero stars for them. read more

Honestly one of the worst locations I've been to- and embarrassingly I've been to quite a few How are you sold out of at least 2-3/5 cookies you have each week, only an house after opening? Another place I wanted to love but definitely don't. Store: plenty of parking and easy access. Clean inside. The self-ordering area was a disappointment. I placed an order just to have it say at the end that it wasn't working. Lost my place in line and had to wait longer. I told the staff it wasn't working and they knew. Why not add a sign so people don't try to use it? Lazy and/or lack of professionalism. Staff: the staff were friendly but i couldn't for the life of me figure out how they were "behind on orders" when there were only two customers waiting and six staff there. I don't quite know how the delegate job duties but the cashier was also boxing the orders. Why not have the other staff help out? This created a bigger line and longer wait time. Food: the cookies weren't bad. I appreciate the size but they were overly rich. I love the texture; not crispy, more like an almost fully baked cookie. Worth the $5+? Nope! There are much better places in town for delicious cookies that aren't that expensive. Heck! The Cookie at Bristol Farms is better than this. The thing that really pushed me over the edge was the cashier could not give me a receipt. There was a button for one and the machine didn't work. I asked for it to be sent to me via text. Pulled up the text but led me to a website that said something went wrong and no receipt could be given. I tried it multiple times. My order was for work and now I will not get reimbursed for this. Oh (ginger) snap! Everyone knows cookies are a big deal, (unless you live in the UK, and then biscuits are a big deal). Excitement has been stirring in the neighborhood over the highly anticipated grand opening of the cookiest confectionery in town- Crumbl Cookies. So naturally, I had to get my hands (and then mouth) on one. Their cookie varieties change weekly, offering novelty and new flavors to lure in returning customers. Staff were patient, courteous and helpful as I battled my indecision. At this time, the cookie options ranged from standard chocolate chip, cookies 'n cream or guava, to New York cheesecake or brown sugar. Unfortunately they were out of the Guava, which was my first choice, so I opted for the NY Cheesecake, a batch made in heaven. Unlike the fuzzy blue celebrity puppet, I ate my cookie slowly, savoring every bite- 'cause I'm no Cookie Monster with a big Hollywood paycheck and an infinite cookie budget courtesy of the highfalutin' glitz of Sesame Street. Cookies were $5 each. $25 for a six pack. I found it to be soft, thick and chewy, with a diameter of approximately 4 inches , radius of 2, and a depth of over a 1/2 inch including the cream cheesey icing and expert dusting of graham cracker. This means that the total circumference (C=2 x r) was 12.57 inches, same as the area of said cookie. This review has ventured dangerously close to a geometry lesson. Let's skip calculating density and mass and get to the sweetest part: The flavor was quite good, reminiscent of its cheesecake namesake. (Rhyming points) It was a bit on the sickly-sweet side, enough I had to pace myself and eat a quarter of the cookie at a time with breaks in-between to avoid a sugar overdose. Worth it. The store is fresh and welcoming with a bright, modern design. Despite their name and specialty, there were no crumbs in sight, the store was clean and spotless. The location is fantastic, with a good amount of parking (More ADA spaces please Goleta?) I'll be returning when they have a lemon flavor cookie to satisfy my zest for life (pun), or carrot cake, or perhaps something creative and unexpected like Earl Grey. read more

Ordered 200 cookies for a company event. Requested pick up today at 11 am. I arrived at 10:53 and they were still preparing the order. I was told it would be ready in 5 minutes so I waited in my car until 11:00. I came in at 11 and she told me it would be "a few secs." About 10 minutes later she told me that they had two more trays to frost. I finally received my cookies at 11:28 after I had waited for 35 minutes. They were scheduled to be picked up at 11 am. I don't think the employee had bad intent. However, if she had just told me they were running 30 minutes behind, I could have come back. It is probably just a customer service training issue. The cookies look good and I'm excited to see how they go over at our event. read more

Not worth the hype! The process of waiting in line to order and paying followed by waiting for your order to be assembled does not make any sense. These cookies are not made to order and after we paid, we were told that they were out of one of the cookies we ordered. We had seen the good reviews and had enjoyed the cookies from Cookie Puck so we were anticipating a new and better "next cookie". We looked at the 6 cookies listed on the menu without descriptions and asked the customer service person what topping was on the pancake cookie? She just took orders and money and could only reply that it was a buttercream frosting. She wasn't really sure. The interior of the shop was very sparse and clean and looked like a bakery with young adults who knew their one job. None of them were particularly knowledgeable or friendly but all were focusing on their tasks. There are no chairs so you order, pay and wait until your name comes up like the DMV. This business model works if you're Bob's Well Bread but is not sustainable if your cookies don't compare to Bristol Farms fresh baked cookies up the road! We ended up with 2 chocolate chip cookies, 1 pancake cookie and 1 chocolate pumpkin brownie so it was $16+ for 4 cookies. We tried them fresh seated comfortably in our car and the warm chocolate chip was such a disappointment. It was warm and had the perfect texture and mouthfeel but was the blandest cookie. The Pancake cookie had a good texture and was sweet like a sweet pancake but wasn't anything we would order again. The chocolate pumpkin brownie was chilled and good but the pumpkin icing was just reminiscent of pumpkin pie but not right and the chocolate brownie and frosting on top was a suggestion of what could have been great. I realize that some cookies in their rotating menu might be amazing but I'm satisfied with our experience and don't have to go back. read more

I come here a lot and I really want to continue but I don't think I can with how consistent they are being sold out of mostly everything no matter what time of day it is. I called @ 9:02am (opens at 9am) once and already they were sold out of 3 different cookies. 2 minutes after opening and I came back twice (as I was told by the employee when it would be done) and still they didn't have it. Their employees seem to really love standing around chit chatting.... which idk maybe that time could be used making the actual cookies? Just a thought. I had my gf call on a different day to see when some of the sold outs would be back on the menu and all she was told was " it depends on who wants to make it that comes in to close ". So that was awesome. This location sucks... the employees suck.... you're lucky if you're able to get the full line up. That's all I gotta say. read more

Everyone was so excited to have a cookie shop in Goleta - we were too! The shop is nice and light and the workers are sweet. But I haven't been thrilled by the actual cookies. I've been here a couple of times, but this time was just the worst. I understand wanting a soft cookie, but these are RAW! They left grease on my hands and I actually had to put them back into the oven before we could eat them. They are barely cooked - especially the Honey Bun cookie.
