    Strawberry Biscoff cookie
    Lily P.

I've been to this crumbl a couple times and most of the time they do pretty well. They get a lot of orders so it's a long wait sometimes though. Just ordered the strawberry Biscoff cookie today to get delivered to me and they forgot the strawberry :( so I'm pretty sad about it. Otherwise they are pretty good

This Crumbl is in the same plaza as HomeGoods, Marshalls, and Fresh Market, in Avon. They have a patio in front with tables. The store looked like the other store I went to in West Hartford; I'm guessing they all have the same look. I ordered through the app and picked up. The cookies were hot and fresh when I got there. The service was friendly and the store was clean. As you probably know, they have new flavors that come out weekly. This time I got: Coconut Cream Pie: buttery cookie filled with coconut pie filling, whipped cream, and coconut flakes. I like this because of the coconut flavor, also the pie filling was decadent. Brookie: half chocolate cookie and half semi-sweet chocolate chip cookie; a very good combo. Chocolate Milkshake: chocolate cookie with chocolate sprinkles, chocolate mousse, and whipped cream. I loved this one, the mousse was so creamy. Milk Chocolate Chip: a classic cookie. Can't go wrong with it, batter was great. It's very similar to the semi-sweet chocolate chunk cookie but with smaller milk chocolate chips. Overall, the cookies were large and tasted delicious; service was great. I'm definitely a fan of Crumbl.

4.5 inches in diameter & weighing in at a hefty 5 and a half ounces

"If the sky that we look upon Should tumble and fall Or the mountain should crumble to the sea" (King / Leiber / Stoller) Crumbl's cookies are not your average cookie. They are monstrous sized cookies. We picked up four today, and I measured and weighed one of them at random. It tipped the scale at five and a half ounces and measured four and a half inches in diameter. Crumbl sells their cookies via a touch screen kiosk where you can pick from their available types and pay. Today's choices were Milk Chocolate Chip, Cookie Dough, Lemon Bar, Cinnamon Scone, Chocolate Cupcake, and Monster. The four we settled on were Chocolate Chip, Cookie Dough, Cinnamon Scone, and Monster (M&Ms). They ran $22 after tax. They were still warm when boxed up for us, and we'll bring them over when we visited the grandkids today. We targeted our Chocolate lover with the Chocolate Chip and Monster, and our non-chocolate fan with the Cookie Dough and Cinnamon Scone. We've had Crumbl Cookies from the West Hartford location and already know they taste amazing. PRO TIP (Know your nutritionals) Active kids don't care about calories as much as you might, so here's a look at the nutritionals. Our cookies ranged between 700 and 900 calories each, and you should also know that a serving suggestion is 4 servings per cookie. So, if you can limit yourself to a quarter of a cookie, your intake will be between 175 and 225 calories.

4-pack of Chocolate Chip and Brownie cookies

Crumble opened a new store in a town near me so I thought I would give it a try on a rainy Saturday afternoon. From among the 16 or so cookies that were available today I chose two chocolate chip and two brownie cookies. These cookies are huge! About 4 inches across. When you order your cookies in store they come boxed and warm. I bought a 4-pack that cost $16. Expensive, yes but given their size and fabulous taste, worth it as a treat. Definitely a must-try

First off, it's definitely one of those small, tucked-away spots you could easily miss if you didn't know it was there, but once you walk in, the decor is so cute. Think cozy, shabby chic vibes that make it feel warm and welcoming right away. The standout for me? The dinner roll. Honestly, one of the best I've ever had. It was dense, rich, and satisfying, not your typical light, airy Kaiser roll. It reminded me more of a Jamaican hard dough bread in texture and weight, which I personally loved. Super flavorful and filling. I was also really happy about their buy three, get one free promotion. It made it easy to try a few different things without feeling like I was overdoing it. As for the pastries, I tried the cinnamon roll and carrot cake. I didn't finish either, but the carrot cake definitely gave true homemade vibes. It had coconut mixed in, wasn't overly sweet, and felt more traditional than indulgent. If you like a less sugary, more classic-style carrot cake, you'll probably appreciate it. Overall, this bakery is worth a stop, especially if you're exploring the pastry trail. Not everything wowed me, but there were definitely some highlights that made it a good visit.

This one in Avon is super cute and whimsical; love the decor with the picture frames on the wall. There was a table and some chairs to enjoy your treats. I decided to get a few macarons, bars, and a cupcake. All were so good but my favorite were the macarons. They were the perfect texture, lightly crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. The employee was very kind and friendly, and the shop seems smoothly run. The shop seems to be in two plazas, and have designated parking on either side next to the building. Watch carefully for the signs, because the plaza is a little nondescript from the road.

I've always preferred the whipped cream frosting or cream cheese frosting but their buttercream is something that even I enjoy. They keep their peanut butter options completely separate from the other flavors and even asked if I wanted my peanut butter cupcake in a separate box for allergy purposes. They offer dietary accommodations including gluten free and vegan as well and they have a table of delicious chocolate dipped Oreos and beautiful hot cocoa bombs. There's also an ice cream counter. Love the atmosphere, pastries and mission of this spot: "inclusive coffee café employing people…read morewith and without intellectual and developmental disabilities and demonstrates the possibilities in all of us." Their mission is imbued in their staff, products, how they set up their space, and how you order. We came here for breakfast on a weekday and had a lovely experience. They have breakfast and lunch cafe menus (+catering), yummy pastries (cookies, muffins and scones) and various coffees and drinks. We enjoyed the omelette (if you order more than 3 ingredients there's a charge) and the village breakfast which was eggs, potatoes (slightly blackened), sourdough toast (or wheat) and bacon. Prices are fairly standard ($11-14) and portions not very large. The panetonne, toasted coconut, and chocolate chip scones ($5 each) were all good and baked well. The honey latte and hot chocolate (most drinks are $4-8) were also very creamy and delicious, though slightly too sweet for our tastes (made it taste good though!) You order at the counter and then take a table and place a marker with nice words like "love" and then your food is brought to you. The actual space is very inviting, with lots of nooks and crannies (tables with chairs, couches, a fireplace). They also sell t-shirts ($30) and sweatshirts ($40-50?) which are pretty soft material, as well as ground coffee, cards, granola, etc. The other half of their space is their homemade pasta place so it's a unique layout and looked fun as well. There were plenty of customers cycling in and out, many sitting down with a warm drink and a pastry. Parking isn't huge but was not super super small but could be an issue if they got an influx of folks hanging out. Wouldn't blame them though because it's a comfortable place with free wifi. Looking forward to returning! Shopping like Whole Foods, walmart, and Shop Rite are all within a few miles.
