Crumbl Cookies Blue Monster Cookie ft. CHIPS AHOY!: Crumbl rotates their flavors on a weekly basis but depending on the flavor some are absolutely amazing. Crumbl's official description is that this is a brown sugar, semi-sweet chocolate chip cookie covered in a creamy blue vanilla flavored frosting decorated with CHIPS AHOHY! cookie pieces as well as a mini-CHIPS AHOY Cookie. The only thing scary about the Blue Monster is how addicting it is. That blue frosting is incredibly thick, creamy, and monstrously sweet. I found the cookie itself had a buttery flavor and hints of chocolate from the chips, which helped to set it apart from some of their more generic (but tasty) frosted cookies. It was slightly crunchy at the periphery and soft and chewy (yay!) towards the middle. Unfortunately, the CHIPS AHOY! pieces are too small to really detect and with the mini being gone in a single bite, it's more for decoration (it made me feel like I was eating two generations of a CHIPS AHOY family though). Some cookies are better than others. The thins--chocolate chip are fantastic! They are chewy and chocolatey. So good! Anything with PB and chocolate is good, too. Some cookies are too thick and doughy for my liking, but that's my personal opinion. They are ready quickly when you order in the app. Unfortunately, it's a very small waiting area so it's not a place you can hang out and eat a cookie. They want people in and out and they do serve you pretty speedily. read more

I was there this Monday. I normally don't go to the Appleton one and never will again. I walked in around 5 and it was packed. I could see 4 workers so I figured it would still be fast. 15 minutes later and I was still waiting. Since only one worker was actually working. The other 3 were talking and laughing more in the pack while the woman was basically running around doing everything. I heard her asking for help and cookie trays and the others did absolutely nothing. It was pathetic and I am amazed she tolerated it, I certainly wouldn't. She was nice as she finally handed me my cookies and even apologized for the wait which I appreciate as I was rather pissed by then. I would love a job where I can just stand around talking, get paid for it while people waited for food. I would not do business with people that did that. As it was truly unprofessional and not a place that deserves my business if they can not find workers that actually work. One worker with probably a dozen people waiting is not a good place. Multiple people left when they got sick of waiting. If I had not already paid I certainly would have. The cookies are good but not that good to deal with the truly incompetent workers and poor customer service. Taste is great! Service is horrible. Prices are very steep. The Appleton Fox River Mall Location .... we were just there within the last hour (4/6/26, about 5:00 pm). Placed our order. Some other customers came in and placed an order at the counter. We were all waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Finally, the young lady who took the counter order but was working on cleaning items, looked at 2 female workers who just stood in back chatting. Both in plain view from the customer area. The first worker, who took the order, had to ask the others if they were going to take care of the orders. She had to ask them twice before they finally moved. They acted as if we were an inconvenience to them. Then, when the one finally went over to start to fulfill the orders, it seemed as if she was just going to take her sweet time and/or had no clue what she was doing. At this point, after waiting another couple minutes, my wife had to finally ask if we get our orders. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! read more

Cookies are inconsistent but mostly good. Bigger concern is the service. You get a half hearted "Welcome to Crumbl " when you walk in that lets you know it's a requirement of the job. Rarely is someone outwardly friendly, majority will quietly give you your order with no 'Thank You'. If your app is going to prompt for a $3.00 tip each time, consider expecting more from the crew that earns the tip. The tip isn't just about the product, but about the experience as a whole, which is lacking. The removal of curbside pickup is also a head scratcher when you see multiple crew inside talking and moving at a snails pace. Unfortunately, if your management doesn't have higher expectations for their crew, there won't be a change anytime soon. read more

Very impressed with the quality of cookies. Tried it for the first time and yes it's spendy, about $3/cookie (6 for ~$20). I think well worth it and I'm usually very frugal. It is a much softer cookie and almost chewy which is the way I love it. Multiple flavors that changes weekly. We tried the Oreo, banana cream, chocolate chip, and the white chocolate chip. No complaints about any of them. Large size, chewy as mentioned above and full of flavor. Surprisingly the banana cream was not overly sweet. This place also sells ice cream that we will eventually have to try. Service was quick, fast, the ordering process was so quick and easy. You can order ahead and get curbside pick up or order on tablet in store and it's done in a couple of minutes too. Big pink boxes! Definitely will be back. Happy eating! read more

This was a place that my kids begged me to take them here due to social media nonsense, let me tell you it's not worth $4 a cookie to eat warm and raw cookie dough. I took a bite and gave one to my wife and the rest is a garbage dump because honestly it was a nasty raw warm patty of over sugary cookie dough. Crumble? More like mushy. Response - this was much more than "gooey" on the inside. The inside was batter. Batter is not gooey it's not chemically mixed. I could still feel the sugar and oil and egg textures unaltered by being cooked to the correct temperatures. In fact two of the other types of cookies were as you described - gooey. This one was not. Was met at the door with many complaints of wait time and poor management. One lady exclaimed of a 45 minute wait! Extremely poor management as workers were shouting at eachother throughout my entire stay. I was screamed at for having the door open for 5 seconds as i was just holding it for an elderly lady. Absolute worst experience ever. I will certainly never be returning. I ordered online today to pick up for a business and my god this was the worst customer service i have ever received. I went to the pick up side and was ignored the entier time. Non of the staff asked to help me while they helped all over guest. They even gave guest thier orders right in front of me at the pick up station and ignored me. I then asked if I could get help. To which the only respons was did you press im here. To which i responded no i did not. I ordered online 2 hours before picking up online. How am i to cilck a button that says im here ?! As a first time customer I definitely wont be going back. Not everyone that walks in that door is going to know what to do. A little kindess and courtesy to make the guest feel welcomed goes a long way. Big giant delicious gourmet cookies! Easy to order ahead or at the store. They also have kiosk ordering for ease as well. They always have chocolate chip and sugar cookies then every week (Sunday I think) they roll out new flavors. The weekly specialty cookies are fun and festive. My only complaint is that the cookies are a little undercooked in the center, because they are so big and thick. But I still go back for more haha. Cookies taste delicious as they always do from Crumbl Cookie! But the staff are always so incredibly busy, and they come off as rude sometimes. I bought cookies for my dads birthday and paid $1 to get the "happy birthday" added with a special message and it was so sloppy I would have rather saved my dollar and taken a sharpie and written it on myself. There was also black smudges along with frosting smeared on the outside, it just is a little embarrassing presenting this as a birthday gift with the appearance of it. I also would just order ahead at this location and have them deliver it to your car at curbside pickup because of how crammed and small the location is. Crumbl Cookies in Appleton, is so great! As I presume all of them are as well. I was shopping at the mall in Appleton with my mom. We decided for fun to try out Crumbl Cookie. Of course, with them just opening up. It was busy there, when we first walked in, there was self order or you go to the register and have an employee make your order. We did self order and it was very simple to do so. After we completed self order, with in 3 minutes they called our name, our order was done. The cookies were so warm and delicious when we go them. Not only do they have cookies, they have ice cream! We didn't get that, but everything there is great! Definitely recommend! read more
