Ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and sausage. The sides were the baked beans, red beans and rice, greens, fried mushrooms, and the mac n cheese. The ribs were cooked nice, some smoke on them, and when you bite into them you left teeth marks which is a good sign for ribs. Maybe just a little more cooking them but either way they were still good. The brisket was good, tender, but they could use some more smoke on them, and I don't know if they have the fatty brisket since they didn't ask us and there was none in there. The fatty brisket is always tender and flavorful if cooked right. The pulled pork could use some more smoke and were a little dry. The sausage tasted really good but they had no smoke flavor and they looked like they were grilled. The mac n cheese looked and tasted like box mac n cheese, not very good or close to it at all. The baked beans tasted really good and the meat in it was flavorful. The red beans and rice was not good at all. The flavor on them was something that I couldn't figure out. Beans should have some souther flavor to them. The greens were just okay as well, they needed some seasiong to them. The fried mushrooms were really good as well.

There are only 5 or 6 tables and I got one that seated 2 people. I tasted the sauces that were on the table. The original was a thick molasses forward sauce with a finish that tastes like liquid smoke. The Sara's Spicy sauce was the same as the original with some cayenne added so you get a bit of heat at the end. The mustard sauce was very sweet with a mustard flavor. There was quite a bit of vinegar tang to it as well. The Slap Yo Mama sauce was a thin tomato vinegar forward sauce with a touch of heat to the finish. I got pulled pork, brisket, and smoked chicken. The pulled pork was stringy, crispy, and dry. The brisket was cut into pieces that reminds me of burnt ends. Was also very dry. I used a ton of sauce on the pork and brisket to make up for the dryness in the meat. When I ordered smoked chicken I didn't know it was going to be pulled chicken. That should be spelled out on the menu. The chicken was cooked perfect. Tender, moist and well seasoned. The smoke on all the meat has a burnt smoke taste. In a bad way. Green beans were fresh and were completely plain. I got the baked beans and those were very enjoyable. It's their own recipe and its actually very good. Mustard and brown sugar with some fresh veggies mixed in. I really liked it. The cornbread was also dry. My only advice to this place would be to figure out a way to cook your meats so they don't dry out. And smoke the food so it doesn't have a burnt ash tray taste and it would be much better.

I stopped in with some colleagues for lunch, not really sure what to expect, and whatever expectations I had were easily surpassed. It's a tiny little shop, and when we went there was just one person working, so a busy guy for sure, but there was not much of a line when we went. We parked and waited as he helped someone at the drive through, and then he came over and took our orders. Both colleagues got the Brisket Mac and Cheese bowls and I got a two meat platter. The two meat platter comes with your choice of pulled pork, brisket, smoked sausage, smoked chicken, and my understanding is on Friday through Sunday you can get three ribs. I opted for the pulled pork and brisket. It also comes with a beverage, two sides and a piece of cornbread. So after paying it took maybe 4-5 minutes for our food to come out and we chose to eat at a picnic table there. I was impressed by the heft of the bag, but honestly didn't fully appreciate the portion sizes until we were seated. Where to begin? I guess I'll start with the star of the show, the brisket. I only got one piece of brisket, but man was it a giant chunk of meat. Fatty on top, nice black bark on it, and as tender as can be. I did use a knife on it, but it took no effort, that's just because I wanted bite sized pieces rather than how it naturally shredded with my fork. Absolutely delicious, smoky but not overpowering, salty in the best way possible, and just so much juicy goodness. The pork was nicely shredded with bits of its bark still interspersed throughout, and my what a pile of porky goodness. Even the sides were massive! I am a big guy, I eat a lot, I didn't even come close to finishing my meal. The Mac and cheese was also delicious, soft, but baked so there were crispy bits, cheesy, ooey gooey perfection. The beans were fine, nothing wrong with them either, and the cornbread was soft and sweet too, just what you want to offset all the richness from the meats. I ordered both their housemade bbq sauces too, and they were very good, but I really didn't need them, everything was great on its own. Boy do I wish I found this place sooner. Wow, what a meal!
