He said he was owned the restaurant for 8 years. I asked if the hours are consistent weekly. He says d he has been doing some catering from graduation parties and some hours are cut occasionally. I suggest if you are planning on heading to Spencer Twist you call first to make sure they are open. When we walked in, restaurant was 75% full. It seats 30 people. As far as our breakfast food.
