The hollandaise was smooth, velvety and glossy, with a rich, bright, buttery flavor. The biscuit was clearly made from scratch--light and fluffy, but still substantial enough to handle everything piled on top. The poached eggs were little pillows of perfection with beautifully runny yolks, and those home fries? Fluffy inside with that golden fried crunch outside. The sausage patty was the one weak link. I'd gladly pay a couple bucks more for a fresh country sausage patty that matched the quality of everything else on the plate. Very friendly, quick service--and somehow they made me feel like family on my very first visit. Laid back breakfast diner vibes. That's how you earn a return trip.

The eggs were also cooked well. Unfortunately, something about the potatoes and bread tasted a little off. I'm not sure if it was the butter they used or something else, but there was a flavor that I just didn't enjoy. The food was definitely cooked well, and the steak was the highlight of the meal. If they could figure out whatever was causing that unusual flavor, I think this could easily be a better experience.

They were pretty busy today but the 3 of us were seated, got our food and enjoyed it in about 1.25 hours. That was with waiting for a table. Unfortunately no photos. My brother got the omelet of the day, the cowboy I think and it was huge with ham, hash browns and more inside and a sausage gravy over it. He also got a pancake which was as big if not bigger than the dinner plate it was on. My sister got one of the usual omelets which was smaller but looked amazing with French toast on the side. I got the crème brûlée steel cut oats with fruit and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't know what to expect. It was a bit sweeter than expected but they did a slight brûlée of the top which gave it some crunch. The oats were perfectly cooked in a creamy base. The bowl was the perfect size if you're hungry! The only disappointment was the coffee was weak. The server was very pleasant and very attentive!

As a result, my expectations were very low walking in the joint. But that's where the downside ended. The place was very quaint inside, with a Cleveland sports theme on the table we were sitting at. Our server was super friendly and reasonably fast. And the food was incredible! I ordered a patty melt with fries and my daughter had a bacon & cheese omelette. She really enjoyed her eggs, and was particularly impressed with the copious amount of bacon in it. The patty melt far exceeded my expectations. The beef appeared to be a fresh1/4-1/3# burger that was cooked to a perfect medium. That NEVER happens on burgers when I order them anywhere. The onions were also perfectly caramelized and everything was hot and tasty. The fries were a nice surprise, too. Bigger that I prefer, somewhere between McDonald's fries and steak fries, but cooked to a very crisp exterior while maintaining a nice moist potato inside. My granddaughter got the Mickey Mouse pancake with chocolate chips. Nothing really special, just 3 pancakes artfully cooked on the grill to resemble Mickey's head. But she loved it and almost ate the whole thing. We would not hesitate to come back again!

If…read morethe clambake they have is going to be anything like the breakfast we had today you will wait for 55 minutes only to get an attitude when you say anything about how bad the wait was. There was a guy working there that instead of attempting to explain gave an attitude about "someone else will buy the clambake". This place lost $100+ dollars in a matter of minutes. He also said they didnt need us there. Go somewhere else. Did I mention that this was our first and now last visit ever to take place. When we arrived and were seated we told the waitress that it was our first time there. We distinctly came there to get a price on the clambake. As the wait grew on the waitress attempted to smooth things over by saying she couldnt comp our breakfast at check time. We never asked her about a comp. A simple reason or excuse would have been a whole lot better then saying we dont need your business. So folks save your cash and Go somewhere else. If I could give them a less than 1 star I would.

That was novel to me and pretty convenient if you wanted to bundle your grocery shopping with lunch/dinner. I ordered chicken and waffles, BF got his biscuits and gravy, his friend got crab cakes and a Rueben. The crab cakes turned out to be a crab cake for $9.99. It was crispy, yes but filled mostly with the cornmeal and not too much crab. My dish was just okay. The chicken pieces were just tenders, not fried chicken pieces off the bone. The French toast pieces were pretty disappointing. I expected a bit more batter or frying done to the bread. They weren't crispy or cooked enough. The bottom two pieces were extremely undercooked and I ended up leaving them even though I'm a clean plate member, haha. I would've added strawberry pieces, or even just a spot of jam to spice it up. Our server was very friendly and talkative. The space wasn't crowded or cramped. It was fine but definitely didn't wow me. I'm okay with not visiting again.

Delicious! Perfectly prepared to our request EGGS. Home fries were crispy and we discussed the best home fries we've ever had. The value was very very good. Food is served on paper plates, no big deal, still delicious. There was specials that were not on the menu. Dave said he's planning on specials of chicken paprikash and ribs. Yum! We will definitely be back!

I tried the Longmire burger with bbq sauce, thick bacon, smoked cheddar and an onion ring. We all had different sides. I had sweet potato fries and they had onion rings and regular fries. I believe you always have to see for yourself so I said sure let's do it. We had fun walking in looking around and checking out the old bank vault. When we first arrived there were people seated at the table in there but they left right after we were seated so we went in to get a closer look and take a couple pics. Our waitress came over right away and was friendly. She had just started working there a few weeks ago so she was honest when I asked her what her favorite menu item was. She pointed out a couple of sandwiches on their fall seasonal menu. I actually was considering a burger that was close to the Monster Mash burger that was on the seasonal menu so I went with it. I also substituted my fries for the fried pickle chips. (Great choice) It seemed to take a bit for the food to come out after we ordered but that gave us plenty of time to catch up. Our server kept our water glasses full and checked back in with us more than once. The food was hot. The burger was cooked as I had requested. It was a fun twist for the season. I liked that the black pepper aioli wasn't overpowering. The pepper jack cheese was a good choice with the grilled banana peppers. The pastrami with the burger was a good balance. The pickle chips were good. I like that they had a dill dip served with them instead of the ranch you typically get. It was a nice flavor compliment. My friend enjoyed her "it's gonna be good" burger. She said it was very cheesy which I was glad to hear since it's basically a grilled cheese sandwich with a burger added to it. Nothing worse than getting a non cheesy grilled cheese. All in all we enjoyed our lunch and I wouldn't see any reason not to return.
