    Avocado toast -eggs over medium

Omg! Where do I begin?! This wonderful find is 100% gf and is incredibly delicious. I stopped here over the weekend on a whim....my kids and I had some coffee, hot chocolate and scones. After discovering everything was gf I decided to order the avocado toast. Omg. Finally a bread that doesn't suck!!! It was heaven. To be able to enjoy food out and not have to worry is a miracle. I ended up ordering two loaves of bread for pick up the next day (white and the rosemary focaccia). I returned Sunday for bread pick up. The bread wasn't quite ready so my son and I decided to split a roast beef sandwich (oh darn-twist my arm!). Oh hello heaven on a plate!!! Roast beef, melted Gouda, slaw, pepper jam and horseradish! Best sandwich I've had. When I got home I tried both breads. Total heaven. This is a must try for anyone with celiac but also folks that aren't celiac.

The well café is a delightful and much needed addition to downtown Seville. We stopped in on a Sunday and got the quiche of the day and a couple of lattes. I appreciate that the café is open on Sundays. The food was amazing and super delicious, and a the lattes were excellent. We also got a crumbly, delicious homemade blueberry scone: their baked goods are homemade daily. One of our quiches was a sun-dried tomato, mushroom, artichoke quiche. The other quiche was leek, sausage, potato. I got the orange cardamom latte, and my husband got the vanilla lavender latte. The lattes weren't strongly flavored; I'm not sure I detected much orange cardamom in mine, but my husband's latte definitely had a slight lavender flavor, but it wasn't very strong. I wish the flavors were a bit stronger and more easily detectable. They have a lot of nondairy options like coconut milk, almond milk, soy milk. Much appreciated. The café is very nicely decorated with a comfortable couch and chairs in the big picture window and plenty of seating. They also had an outdoor seating area, which is unusual and much appreciated on a warm sunny Sunday. The only thing that disturbed me was some of their baked goods were displayed on uncovered plates. I noticed the staff reaching over the uncovered baked goods to exchange money and drinks with customers. This seemed a bit unsanitary as you never know what kind of hairs or dander people drop from their sleeves. I hope the café figures out a better flow for their customers: they need a more clearly marked ordering area and maybe an area for the baked goods where people don't have to reach over to receive their drinks or exchange money. Or at least cover the baked goods. For this reason, I knocked off a star. I was also disappointed to learn that they are not open on Fridays or Saturdays, which is typically the most popular days for people to eat out. I really want this business to survive as we tremendously enjoyed our meal, however, I am worried about the fate of the business due to their unusual hours. Their food is obviously homemade with love and care. We will be back!
