Retail beans have a stellar variety for roast level and bean origin-- everything I've tried has a unique flavor profile and is roasted to compliment each bean for what it is. Most recent bean I took home was a light roast Colombia Juan Puerta mango co-ferment, and it was perfect for a Chemex pour over. Upon speaking with one of the co-owners, I was told that I would be shipped some of that yummy coffee as a Christmas gift! People just don't do that kind of stuff anymore-especially during these difficult times. I received my decaf coffee today.
