For being off a busy road/highway, this is one of the best starbucks I've been to. The staff was incredibly nice and everyone greeted me when I walked in. It wasn't too busy, so there was still areas to sit. The staff answered my questions and assisted me right away. It was clean and so were the bathrooms! They still sell drinks with straws but that will be phased out. Overall, the only "negative" is there is no drivethru but the inside is clean and worth walking into! read more

I was here before 8am on a Thursday morning, and the service was incredible. A gentleman greeted me right away. The gentleman making my drinks was very friendly and chatted with me while I was waiting. He mistakenly made the wrong size, so he made me another one and told me to keep the first one anyway. I personally love that he didn't ask if I wanted it fixed, because I would have said not to worry about it, but I did pay for the larger size. You don't always get 5-star customer service. I never thought I would really enjoy a Starbucks because I'm not a coffee drinker but with the help of the baristas there, I found my go to drink! I get a frozen Chi latte made with 2% milk and topped with whipped cream. Totally delicious and worth the splurge. It's especially delicious on a hot day drinking an ice cold drink, blended with the ice and everything they put in it. I have enjoyed it so much, I have ordered two, but that's our secret. read more

We stood in line for 8-10 minutes before we got to the counter. Then when it was our turn to order the barista, without saying anything to us, turned around and started doing stuff in as slow and lackadaisical manner as humanly possible. My coffee is always consistent at this Starbucks. The Starbucks in Belden is always a hit or miss. I highly recommend the Starbucks on the strip. Grande coffee in a Venti cup? Sure, normal. Howabout that unknown substance called LOWFAT MILK? I've called it LOWFAT, TWO PERCENT, 1 PERCENT, BLENDED but it doesn't matter. It's never made right. Seriously, I've had many a coffee at Starbucks... San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, Orange County, Maui, Tokyo, Mexico City, London, O' Hare Airport, Berlin... Why the fuck can't the folks in the CANTON STRIP MALL SHOPPING CENTER figure out that there is a milk option in between FULL FAT and NON FAT? It's the "grande" of milk options, right? The MIDDLE option? If I were going to some small, independent coffeeshop, I'd just get whatever, but dude. Seriously. This is $4 we're talking about. A good Starbucks for a friendly staff in a laid back atmosphere. This place is usually pretty busy but the staff is always mellow and takes good care of their customers. The other morning when i was there I think the worker had a few too many espressos but that was nice to see. This is not the best place to plan a long conversation as their are not a lot of seating options and it is not good for a big group. A good place to stop in quickly and grab something hot and head on to somewhere else. read more

Your typical Starbucks experience - it is right off the highway on the Strip, so it's a nice place to pull off and grab a quick cup of coffee. If you want to sit down, however, that's another story! Very, VERY limited seating. Not the kind of place you can go and sit down for a long while to work, have a conversation, etc. read more

Located right next door to an Einstein Bagels. Not a ton of parking in front, which is problematic when it's snowing or raining, since parking is around the other side. Staff is friendly. Bathroom is clean. read more

I picked up a chia latte yesterday. The cashier asked if I was doing anything fun and I shared that I was headed to visit a friend in the hospital and the drink was for her. Well, an edit was required...just a number now. My order was messed up three times. My birthday reward was not scanned so they used my normal reward available, even after confirming twice. This led me to downgrade my vote. This is now a once in a great while spot. This spot does have a nice overlooking view. Perhaps the Starbucks opening on Applegrove made a difference in service? This is my go to morning spot, for sometime now. The staff is friendly and one specific barista took notice of my routine order and asks while I'm in line if I'm getting the same, then has it ready to go! Another nice thing is they make sure to not hear up your item if you say not to hear it up! read more

Never had a bad experience here. Great location (near The Strip) so it's a great place to stop by for coffee when you're out and about. It's a little on the small side, though. The biggest table sits 4 people and there is no comfortable seating like couches. read more

Am a regular here. Love that they know me by name and my drink. Can't beat that type of hospitality! Only complaint is that they are slow and at times I'm waiting 5 min or so for my drink even when it's not crowed. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. read more
