    I'm going to start by saying that I am an Auto Damage Appraiser by trade. I am trained in all body, mechanical, steering, suspension, etc. components of cars. My 17 Grand Cherokee recently began making a clunking noise from the front suspension. Mark at Crowley reported back advising that the stabilizer bar and end links needed replacement as well as the front lower control arms. Anyone who is mechanically-inclined will confirm that any suspension component change will require an alignment to be completed after installation. Upon picking my vehicle up, I immediately noticed that the vehicle was pulling. I turned around, and dropped the vehicle back off at the dealership; the dealer agreed to perform another alignment. Fast forward to the next day. I drove the vehicle off of their lot. THERE WAS NO CHANGE. I turned back around and spoke with Mark. Mark immediately became defensive, advising that the vehicle alignment was perfect, tossing the alignment spec sheet across his desk. When I asked if he would test drive the vehicle himself, he refused, but offered to get a technician to go on a test drive with me.  I will call this technician Technician X. We were able to drive from the dealership up to Walmart; Technician X's exact words were "wow, that's way off." Technician X and I arrived back at the dealership, where I requested that he explain what he had found to Mark (in my presence so that there was no further dispute). Technician X and I went in to the service manager's office, where both Mark, and the service manager were sitting, and Technician X stated clearly "the alignment is way off." Mark advised they would take it back in and attempt to align it again. (He made no effort to hide his feelings, throwing his arms in the air and taking an agitated tone). The next day I received a text noting the car was ready. Having lost faith in their work, I took my spare key to my car before entering the dealer, and reviewed my dash camera footage. I was able to confirm that the shop did perform yet another alignment. Unfortunately, I did hear the technician saying aloud (while driving my car) "I don't know why the alignment is off." When I went to find Mark to advise that the alignment was still off, I calmly explained that I knew they completed an alignment, and I was not accusing them of not doing it. I calmly advised that it needs a slight adjustment, and proposed that it could potentially be that the alignment machine was slightly off. The responses he gave over the next minute (paired with his tone and hand/arm movements) were angry, aggressive, and down-right illogical: "Well, fine, we'll just put the specs back to what they were when you brought the car to us" (The specs wouldn't have been the same after the control arms were changed) "Well, it must be the crown in the road" (I tested the car in the middle of the road where the crown is the least noticeable, and your tech still confirmed the alignment was off). "Well, I don't know what we're going to be able to do for you. We're already eating multiple alignments. I'm going to have to see if we can even get authorization, and we'll maybe have to bring it to Monroe or Firestone, but there's nothing wrong with our alignment machine." At that point, I knew that allowing the car to stay in Crowley's / Mark's hands would not be in my best interest. I made some calls, and was able to work with my local Firestone to get the car in for an alignment immediately. Within minutes, they determined why the car was pulling; the toe angles were off significantly. While I had hoped for a quick call and reimbursement check for Firestone's alignment, I never received any word back from Mark. Living nearby, I decided to stop in and spoke with Mark in-person. These were some his responses: "Well, I don't know what you want me to do. You took the car on your own and had an alignment done (mind you, at a location which he said he was going to take it to on his own ANYWAY)" "Well, we just had our alignment machine calibrated the other day, and it was perfect" (Convenient? And he never provided documentation or proof of it) "Well, when Technician X came in, he didn't say it was off or out of alignment" (I responded asking if he remembered that I WAS THERE IN THE ROOM WHEN TECHNICIAN X SAID IT WAS OFF) "Well, he said that, but then after you left, he said otherwise." "Well, I can talk to the service manager, but I don't think he's going to pay it." Long/short: upon being reminded that their own employee (Technician X) noted the alignment was off, I received a reimbursement check for the alignment. If dealership personnel is willing to attempt to tell an informed and mechanically-savy person all of these excuses and lies, (all the while, making them appear to be the delusional ones), I can only imagine what they might do to someone who knows nothing about cars. I used to praise Crowley's service department, body shop, and staff, and would regularly refer them to clients. NO MORE!

    I always feel like family. I'm on my second vehicle from Crowley and I have to say it has been such a wonderful experience. All the employees are welcoming, do everything they can to accommodate your needs, work for you to make it a perfect experience, are happy to be there, get excited for you, eager to show you the ins and outs of the vehicles (thanks Donny), and really work to get you great deals so you drive away happy (thanks Mark Carlone). I have recommended Crowley and will continue to recommend them. You will not be disappointed...

    Service is dishonest and sloppy. Get everything in writing before buying. You can do much better with other dealers. Buyer beware!!!

    While the sales support was fine the service area is the worst ever. Tried calling them for a week and nobody answers the phone.

All the "close enough" numbers will all work out in their favor.... odometer, sales price, tax, especially trade-in, and DEFINITELY the pay-off amount of any loan you might have. Looking back at all the numbers and notes, not a single set of numbers matched, not one. The salesman stripped all the screws that hold the license plate, when I ask for a folder they didn't have one so he went and got a very old, very used and worn out manilla folder that was prob taken from the garbage can. Anything they need to "go check on" will take all day, so you're left triddling your thumbs literally all day (6-8 hours, both times, for me), with no amenities whatsoever, even the bathroom was locked. I shouldn't feel like I need to have my parents or a significant other to come with me to buy a car. I specifically said I was there to test drive the car and feel it out as it was my first time purchasing an SUV. Multiple times he repeatedly asked if I was ready to put down a deposit. I said no and they didn't even want to show me what the financing options would be. Not only that- they are partnered with Costco's car program and offer the price without us having to do the negotiating. Because I was going down this route- I feel like I was also low balled on a trade in offer. I also felt insulted with comments about my driving skills. This has nothing to do COVID- it was the smart ass comments your sales person made when I was bringing the car back into the lot from the test drive. Just a tip- if you want a sale you might want to think how you address all of the above. Not stepping foot there ever again

Technically, Choice Motor was not responsible for ordering the part and installing it FREE OF CHARGE, but they did! I love my 2020 Kona and I haven't had any mechanical problems! So here we are, I WILL NEVER RENT AGAIN (and I did ALOT of repeat business). The last straw was, at reservation time, the office was closed. Another person was already swearing up a blue streak with the national number, but she asked my name and my car was ready and in the 24/7 spot. GREAT.... the keys were in it for god knows how long and anyone could have taken it, maybe I should work that scam! The car was absolutely filthy... I routinely take photos with my phone of any issues, so the EXIF data has time, lat and lon.... It was never an issue till this time. I returned the car early, and, with no notice, no warning, was charged $50 for "interior cleaning" of the already filthy car. I called the 800 number but they were unimpressed and simply told me to "contest it with your credit card company". I recommend you shame these companies on social media, Twitter in this case. In about 5 minutes I had 1/2 of the charges reversed, and after posting the photos to my blog, the other half and a healthy discount. The social media people have the real power! But... too little, too late... NEVER EVER returning.

They have conflicting information on their website versus what they tell you in person. They tried to tell is we'd have to have the car for an extra day because they're not open on sundays. The insurance was supposed to be $11.00 a day when I booked online but when I arrived it was $33.00 per day. The site had allowed me to purchase the rental for another driver but then wouldn't allow that when I arrived. Only one person was working. Never again.
