They were thorough, and timely. The cost of the repair was under warranty, and I was out in about 3 hours. It was a longer wait than I expected, but I am okay with that if they fix what was wrong and I don't have to come back. They also did my fluids, and now I'm good to go for another six months. Thanks for taking good care of my car. My wife is a KIA Niro customer now, and you have solid ownership loyalty.

If you're considering buying here, just remember: The real test of a dealership isn't how they treat you before the sale--it's how they treat you when something goes wrong afterward. The sales experience is great. The after-sales service is where everything falls apart. And God forbid you ever have an issue with your tires. You'll quickly discover that you're left to figure it out on your own while being bounced back and forth between the dealership, Kia, and the tire manufacturer, with no one willing to take ownership of the problem. We purchased a brand-new 2025 Kia K4 from Crowley Kia May, 2025, believing that buying a new vehicle meant peace of mind and dependable customer support. Unfortunately, our experience has been the complete opposite. Here's what happened: Day after purchase: We noticed an unusual tire/road noise and immediately returned to the dealership. We were told everything was normal. 6-month service: Tires were rotated. Again, we were told everything was fine. No mention of abnormal tire wear, alignment issues, or feathering. We kept hearing the noise still. 1-year service: We picked up the vehicle after its scheduled maintenance, and once again, no concerns were communicated to us. After driving home, WE noticed the tire noise had become significantly worse. Thinking it might be an alignment issue, we drove another 30 minutes back to the dealership to have them inspect it. Only after we returned and questioned the noise ourselves were we finally told that all four tires had feathered and needed replacement at a cost of around $750. (Yes within a year!!!) Let that sink in. At no point during any scheduled maintenance did anyone tell us there was abnormal tire wear. We had to notice every issue ourselves. We had to ask the questions. We had to make the extra trips back to the dealership. If the feathering was severe enough to recommend replacing all four tires, why wasn't it identified during the scheduled inspection? Why wasn't it communicated before we left the service center? And here's what frustrates us the most. Kia's response is essentially, "We don't warranty tires." But how does that make sense from a customer's perspective? We didn't walk into a tire manufacturer and buy four tires. We bought a brand-new Kia. The tires came installed on the vehicle that Kia designed, assembled, inspected, and sold. If a major safety component wears abnormally within just one year, why is the customer expected to chase multiple companies looking for answers? Whether Kia is reimbursed by the tire manufacturer should be an internal process--not something customers have to manage. It's now been over a month since this issue was identified, and we're still driving a vehicle that continues to get louder because we rely on it every day for work. Instead of receiving a solution, we've received finger-pointing. Buying a new car isn't just about the day you sign the paperwork. It's about knowing the company will stand behind its product when something goes wrong. Sadly, that has not been our experience with Crowley Kia or Kia's after-sales support.

As crooked as a 3 dollar bill. Keep a careful eye on exactly what they write in your contract…read more When they say it's "close enough" or "it doesn't have to be exact", you know they are acting extremely specific and intentional. All the "close enough" numbers will all work out in their favor.... odometer, sales price, tax, especially trade-in, and DEFINITELY the pay-off amount of any loan you might have. Looking back at all the numbers and notes, not a single set of numbers matched, not one. The salesman stripped all the screws that hold the license plate, when I ask for a folder they didn't have one so he went and got a very old, very used and worn out manilla folder that was prob taken from the garbage can. Anything they need to "go check on" will take all day, so you're left triddling your thumbs literally all day (6-8 hours, both times, for me), with no amenities whatsoever, even the bathroom was locked. After this experience, I wouldn't buy a pencil from them.

I shouldn't feel like I need to have my parents or a significant other to come with me to buy a car. I specifically said I was there to test drive the car and feel it out as it was my first time purchasing an SUV. Multiple times he repeatedly asked if I was ready to put down a deposit. I said no and they didn't even want to show me what the financing options would be. Not only that- they are partnered with Costco's car program and offer the price without us having to do the negotiating. Because I was going down this route- I feel like I was also low balled on a trade in offer. I also felt insulted with comments about my driving skills. This has nothing to do COVID- it was the smart ass comments your sales person made when I was bringing the car back into the lot from the test drive. Just a tip- if you want a sale you might want to think how you address all of the above. Not stepping foot there ever again
