They truly went above and beyond when my Chrysler 200 wouldn't start. Eric came to my home to jump it, and when that didn't work, he and his associate even pushed the car out of my garage to make it easier for AAA to tow. The next day, they picked up the Cadillac, gave me a clear and honest quote for the brake repair, and thoroughly explained other items I should monitor and address in the future. They also printed out the recall information for the vehicle and, knowing we're new to the area and still learning the local roads, arranged for me to have the recall work done at a convenient nearby location. When I went to pick up the vehicles, both were ready at the same time and I was there alone. Eric immediately offered for one of his office staff to drive one of the cars to my home while I followed with the other and brought her back. The level of care and thoughtfulness made me feel like part of the family. It's so refreshing to find a family-owned business that genuinely values its customers and shows it in every interaction. The Quiet Zone has earned my complete trust and loyalty. I could never go anywhere else for my vehicle service needs. Highly recommend -- give them a try and you'll see the difference for yourself. Thank you to Eric and everyone at The Quiet Zone!

The sale side is absolutely amazing, the service side is completely horrendous. I get a new car every 2-3 years, I ended up with a trail blazer which I loved, 45 days into it there was a leak, it destroyed some of my electrical. They fixed everything no problem told me they couldn't find the leak. Over the past two years I have had issues with water coming in, I have sent videos, spoke to techs. They didn't find anything. Fast forward to this past week, my car wouldn't start, I called got transferred 3x had to re-explain everything 3 times. By the time the third transfer I was annoyed, probably a little rude cause why can't you all communicate amongst each other instead of me repeating myself multiple times with each transfer. I towed the car in, they told me they were booked for weeks, I finally called today to which they told me my warranty will no longer cover this because it's weatherstripping on my sunroof is what they found the issue to be. Which if that was the case, the weatherstripping was the cause three years ago on a brand new vehicle and should've been replaced then.. it's 1600 bucks The part that really pisses me off when I went to pick up my car today, I did not let them do the work cause I'm not paying for it out-of-pocket. My service ticket has none of the issues that I had spoken about.. it said customer says battery is dead.. (no , I never said that, I was very clear and concise) I did tell them I disconnected the battery to try and reset the computer system, and I dropped the nut to the battery which did need to be replaced and I would pay for. Today's call said oh we found part of the problem, the nut was missing off the battery/. NO, I literally told 2 techs and one supervisor about the nut on the battery. Last year, my father, who has also been a loyal customer with them who was told to bring his car in for service and it would only take a couple hours, and it ended up taking a week because guess what they never even looked at it until he actually called pissed off asking for his car back. Avoid getting any work done on your car from this place at all cost.

I am so grateful to have found such reliable, professional and honest mechanics. On top of these incredible traits, they perform the utmost highest quality of work on my vehicle. Their prices are the impossible to beat and is the cherry on top. I bought a car from someone who told me he had always used this place for any work he had ever had to have done on the car I bought from him. He told me to ask for Charlie. That there is no place better, period. I took my 2008 Lincoln MKZ to them in the summer of 2020 for the first time and I was blown away with the way they eased my concerns about my car. They called me every step of the way. They took the time to explain what they found was the problem, then took more time to properly explain exactly what that problem means and then called me first to ask me if I was ok with them going forward to do the work. They went above and beyond to alleviate any stress I was feeling which made all the difference in the world. Before I found Charlie and Bob, my other experiences with mechanics were always very stressful with no communication and I know now after using United Auto that I don't have to worry about any of that anymore. I trust them every step of the way 100%. I trust their whole process and believe with all my heart that they truly look out for their customers. That they value and respect everyone of us and that they take great pride in their work. I have found my mechanics that I will use for the rest of my life. I would never take the chance of ever bringing my vehicle to anyone else but United Auto Sales and Service. I have this overall sense of relief now as well. I know when I drop my car off that it will be an honest assessment that is extremely thorough and that when I pick my car up that it has been worked on by the best in the business. I always have a smile on my face when I first get into my car and start to drive home. I am never disappointed, never. I highly recommend this place for any and everybody out there who are looking for mechanics you can trust, who are courteous, extremely knowledgeable, who take great pride in their work and who perform the absolute best quality of work in the business. There is nobody else and as far as I am concerned, just United auto Sales & Service. I have no idea why my profile says I am from San Francisco, California. Lol.

Strangest experience ever in a car dealership. I've been bringing my used Prius to their service…read moredepartment since moving to this area 16 months ago. In that time I've easily spent over $5000 in their shop and never had a complaint. Today I had an appointment for some computer reset work on a couple of dashboard lights--basic stuff. After dropping the keys at the service desk I went into the small showroom and ask the man at the desk--the only person in there--whether he would mind if I sat in a corner and played the mandolin while waiting. He said, "Fine with me." So I sat in the corner and took out the instrument--an antique Gibson--and checked the tuning. I should say here that I am a professional musician. I've played all over the world--this is not to boast, just to say that I was not about to inflict musical mayhem on the staff. However, I had barely started into one tune when I was faced with a waxen-faced man with a grey pompadour, looming over me and barking, "You can't do that here! This is a showroom, not a music hall. People have to work!" Did I mention that I was the only customer at the time? I told him that I'd asked permission from the man at the desk, and he shouted, "You asked the wrong person! I'm the owner!" I asked, "Well is there anyplace private in the building where I might play?" He jerked his thumb at the parking lot and growled, "Out there!" Where it was all of 35 degrees. I said, "Thank you for your kindness and friendliness," and started to pack up the mandolin. He turned around and started for his office, but in a moment I saw him turn back and head for the service area. Aware that something was afoot, I followed him. The service manager had my keys on the desk and was giving me an apologetic shrug. This hair-trigger tyrant had just cancelled my appointment. I collected my keys and drove the forty minutes home, dashboard lights still shining. Whatever one's feelings about the sound of music in an auto showroom. I would suggest that this man's approach to customer service may leave something to be desired. He needs training, or possibly a therapeutic intervention. In any case, I'll certainly not be darkening their doors again, with or without an instrument in hand.
