    Amazing service!!! My wife and I are so happy we chose Crabtree Toyota in Watertown! Gregory and Frank were incredibly helpful and amazingly patient as we browsed different models. We explained that my wife travels for work, so we needed a fuel-efficient vehicle. We also wanted something easy to clean because we have kids and required many upgraded safety features, which could have come in handy before our accident on Mother's Day weekend. Gregory and Frank worked their magic and found us an amazing vehicle that checks all our boxes. We would also like to thank Etnik in Finance. He worked tirelessly to get us a discount and a lower rate, persistently negotiating with the banks to secure the best deals. Additionally, Crabtree Toyota is the only dealership in CT that I know of offering a lifetime warranty on ALL its vehicles, which gives us extra peace of mind. Thank you, Crabtree Toyota! We will definitely refer you to our family and friends.

    How the worker left my car

    Here I can leave my experience with this dealer to prevent this from happening to other users since this is the second time but worse. On 7/31/2025 my car was left for tire service and almost 4 weeks later I had to call Toyota Corporate because Cabtree Toyota had not done anything with my vehicle, then the manager Joe contacts me giving me excuses and promises about my vehicle one more week on 8/15/2025 I call Joe and ask him about my vehicle, he tells me that they will call me soon to pick it up, during the call I ask him if my car was hit or scratched, he answers me no, that everything is perfect. Today 8/18/2025 and when I picked up my car, surprise it is scratched, I do not understand what service they provide starting with the service center (Steve, Glenn, and finally the manager Joe). Apparently this dealer does not like to serve Hispanics because Steve used a very rude manner when leaving my car and manager Joe today. Here is the photo with evidence. Dont take you car to this dealer managment don't care About HISPANIC CUSTOMER

Brad suggested I take a look at the Nissan Rogue Platinum instead--and the moment I stepped inside, I fell in love. After a quick test drive, I knew it was the one. What really surprised me was how fast everything moved--in the best way possible. Within 15-20 minutes, we were already making things happen. Brad made the entire process feel easy and exciting, not overwhelming. He walked me through every feature of the car in detail, helped me download the app, and explained everything it offers. Every question I had, he answered with confidence and patience. Truly, Brad--you are an outstanding salesman! The general manager Francisco was also fantastic--very knowledgeable, friendly, and straight to the point. He made the process feel seamless and even had me ring the bell to celebrate my purchase, which made the moment feel so special. As other people mentioned they took my keys to check my vehicle for trade in and would not give them back for an hour holding me hostage while the team ganged up on me pressuring me to buy today. Tried lowballing my trade and said they were making it up on a tax incentive which is total bull----. Then the finance person was the worst. Would only show me the monthly payment, tried every game known to man to hide the actual cost breakdown which i found they added a warrantee I never asked for. I'm done with this place.

I purchased my car from them, and have been taking my car to them for years, both under the previous ownership of the Longo's, and under their current ownership, and both have always given exceptional customer service. I don't know of any other car places that give you a ride to work while your car is being repaired. If your car needs a repair, but it can wait, they won't rush you to get it done right away. They genuinely care about your safety in your vehicle. They can also get work done for you much cheaper than other mechanics! They are so accommodating. I am so grateful to have found such reliable, professional and honest mechanics. On top of these incredible traits, they perform the utmost highest quality of work on my vehicle. Their prices are the impossible to beat and is the cherry on top. I bought a car from someone who told me he had always used this place for any work he had ever had to have done on the car I bought from him. He told me to ask for Charlie. That there is no place better, period. I took my 2008 Lincoln MKZ to them in the summer of 2020 for the first time and I was blown away with the way they eased my concerns about my car. They called me every step of the way. They took the time to explain what they found was the problem, then took more time to properly explain exactly what that problem means and then called me first to ask me if I was ok with them going forward to do the work. They went above and beyond to alleviate any stress I was feeling which made all the difference in the world. Before I found Charlie and Bob, my other experiences with mechanics were always very stressful with no communication and I know now after using United Auto that I don't have to worry about any of that anymore. I trust them every step of the way 100%. I trust their whole process and believe with all my heart that they truly look out for their customers. That they value and respect everyone of us and that they take great pride in their work. I have found my mechanics that I will use for the rest of my life.
