Five stars aren't enough! My experience at Crabtree Nissan was truly exceptional, and I wanted to share why I had such an incredible experience at Crabtree Nissan from start to finish. Walking in, I honestly didn't expect everything to come together so quickly and smoothly--but it truly did. Brad, my sales associate, was absolutely amazing. He took the time to ask all the right questions and really listened to what I was looking for. At first, I was considering a Nissan kick, but I wasn't completely sold on it. Brad suggested I take a look at the Nissan Rogue Platinum instead--and the moment I stepped inside, I fell in love. After a quick test drive, I knew it was the one. What really surprised me was how fast everything moved--in the best way possible. Within 15-20 minutes, we were already making things happen. Brad made the entire process feel easy and exciting, not overwhelming. He walked me through every feature of the car in detail, helped me download the app, and explained everything it offers. Every question I had, he answered with confidence and patience. Truly, Brad--you are an outstanding salesman! The general manager Francisco was also fantastic--very knowledgeable, friendly, and straight to the point. He made the process feel seamless and even had me ring the bell to celebrate my purchase, which made the moment feel so special. And I can't forget in the finance department Jonathan wow he was the icing on the cake. Professional, welcoming, and incredibly thorough. He explained every detail of the paperwork clearly and made me feel completely comfortable, like I'd known him for years. As a first-time car owner, this experience meant everything to me. The entire team made me feel at home--not like I was at a dealership, but like I was surrounded by people who genuinely cared. Hands down, the Crabtree Nissan team--you all rock. Thank you for making this such a memorable and joyful experience! read more

Thank you to Adam, Eddie, and Jonathan, at Crabtree Nissan. Professional service, great and friendly service! Mr. Crabtree, you have a great staff there in Middlebury! You have my wife, and myself new customers for life! Thanks to you all! read more

The staff is nice, however, when it comes to actually doing something for your vehicle, there is a lot of runaround. Their prices are based on their own opinions when it comes to service. An employee told me that some services are free. Some services are not it all depends who you talk to. I had a major issue that I needed to fix before I ever signed the contract and it was never fixed. The place itself is clean and the staff itself is friendly, but not very resourceful. read more

Terrible service, terrible experience! Avoid at ALL costs!! I leased a vehicle from them about 2 years ago, and at the time, although it wasn't a great experience, it was the best deal. Fast forward to looking into trading in my vehicle a few months ago...they took my car keys and held us hostage for about a half hour before I got so frustrated and demanded they return them. Via ongoing texts over the next few days, we finally determined that they couldn't meet my needs. Based on that experience, I said I was done with the dealership. Now, it's Memorial Day weekend, and I have been receiving texts and a variety of mail offers from them again, so I figured I'd give them one final shot. BIG mistake! Once again they wasted my time and energy. I will NEVER go back and recommend working with any other local dealership! read more

I bought a new car here two years ago and could not believe what a great experience I had. Today I went to buy another new vehicle and wow down right disgusting and in my opinion possibly criminal. As other people mentioned they took my keys to check my vehicle for trade in and would not give them back for an hour holding me hostage while the team ganged up on me pressuring me to buy today. Tried lowballing my trade and said they were making it up on a tax incentive which is total bull----. Then the finance person was the worst. Would only show me the monthly payment, tried every game known to man to hide the actual cost breakdown which i found they added a warrantee I never asked for. I'm done with this place. read more

Now Bobby Crabtree ads say... "great deals from a great dealership." The " I wanna hear about it" part is being phased out cuz he DOESN'T want to hear from you. I got a lousy deal and have called Corporate and started a Case File. I've spoken to the Regional Manager who oversees these dealerships. I've spoken to the lease corporation. Still haven't heard from Bobby or someone named Sarah Crabtree who responded in brief to my last yelp review. So.... To review.... NOTa good deal. NOT a good dealership! read more

I have been leasing cars for 12 years and buying cars for 35 years from this Nissan dealership in Middlebury. After my most recent experience, I will never go back. I was nearing the end of my lease on a Rogue and was strongly considering purchasing a new Rogue. This dealership was not interested in telling me the price I was paying for the car. They only wanted to discuss the amount I was willing to pay per month. When I insisted on knowing the price of the car, they gave me the sticker price and calculated a monthly payment. I left the dealership and rechecked their numbers when I got home. They calculated the numbers incorrectly. I decided not to lease or buy a Rogue again and returned my leased car about a week before the end of my lease. But it gets worse. Upon returning my car, I was told to take a video to document that I was returning the car with no damage. Apparently, there's been problems where people have returned cars in good condition only to be told later that their car had damage. I had already had the vehicle inspected by Nissan before returning the car, but I took video anyway (seems like a good practice just to cover yourself). However, the manager then told me that I had one more payment to make on the car and I could keep it for another month. I had all documentation with me, explained that I had already made 36 payments, my registration on the car was expiring in a few days and I would not take the car home for another month. He told me he thought I was wrong, but I should call Nissan Finance company. I did and he was wrong. I had already made my final payment. That was the last straw. Not only will I not go back to this dealership, but I will never buy a Nissan car again. read more

I just leased a beautiful Murano through Crabtree Nissan. The experience was very positive. My salesman Ammar Sahloul was helpful and informative. The manager Kasey Curran was more than fair. He enabled me to get the deal I wanted. Highly recommend this dealership. read more

Bought brand new 2019 rogue sport back in 2019 from them with extra warranty ...Front axle is leaking. They hurried and took it off the lift and told me . " it's bone dry"! I had them put it back on the lift and this time said ," it's sweating",,, what a joke. They lied to me. Watch out for this place read more

I wanted a used manual transmission car. Never bought used but Toyota stopped making a manual Corolla. I called at least 10 dealers back in November. Crabtree in Watertown was the only dealership that has contacted me when they had a manual in stock. I luckily was in a place that I could wait to get the car I wanted at a price I could justify. They came through. Ylli Leti was very responsive to my questions and concerns. I'm buying a car so there were bumps but they made them right. Would recommend and buy from them again. They did not use pressure tactics. Overall a very good experience. read more

Dealership was helpful and honest with my car needs. We moved from NY and I had so many questions and the sales team did a fabulous job informing me of the changes and what the dealership in town had to offer. I would recommend them if you need help and want a honest team. read more

Our dealer was Chris. He was patient, understanding, and humble. He was still pretty new at the dealership so he wasn't too pushy which I appreciate. We were looking for a vehicle that was a little bigger than what we were trading so we looked at the Pathfinder and fell in love. That car is still pretty new to the public so we ALL were learning new features about it and it was surprising. He helped negotiate a pretty good deal on it and we walked away happy customers. If I was to recommend anyone, it would be him. Everyone at the dealership was nice, especially the finance guy (Robert) . Super easy transition and great experience. Thanks Chris! read more

My current car at the time of my purchase was just fixed.. but a couple days after I did purchase my car...it was still dying, and no one had a clue as to why. I went to Crabtree Nissan...truthfully to check out prices, and then thanks to Chris went home with a brand new car in my possession. Everyone...not only Chris was patient and good with me...they understood where I was coming from and didn't pressure me...but also helped me see that my purchase would be essential and in dier need. I thank all the staff at Crabtree Nissan...especially Chris...thank you all. read more

I was in the market for a new car about a month ago. I came to Crabtree Nissan and was immediately greeted and helped. I walked the lot with Jesse and he showed me several different cars. He asked me questions so that he could find the right car for me. Once I found the car I liked the process of getting the car was so easy! Everyone in the shop was so nice and congratulated me. Such a friendly experience! Even after having the car for over a month, they check in to make sure everything is going great! Best car buying experience ever! read more
