Walking in, I honestly didn't expect everything to come together so quickly and smoothly--but it truly did. Brad, my sales associate, was absolutely amazing. He took the time to ask all the right questions and really listened to what I was looking for. At first, I was considering a Nissan kick, but I wasn't completely sold on it. Brad suggested I take a look at the Nissan Rogue Platinum instead--and the moment I stepped inside, I fell in love. After a quick test drive, I knew it was the one. What really surprised me was how fast everything moved--in the best way possible. Within 15-20 minutes, we were already making things happen. Brad made the entire process feel easy and exciting, not overwhelming. He walked me through every feature of the car in detail, helped me download the app, and explained everything it offers. Every question I had, he answered with confidence and patience. Truly, Brad--you are an outstanding salesman! The general manager Francisco was also fantastic--very knowledgeable, friendly, and straight to the point. He made the process feel seamless and even had me ring the bell to celebrate my purchase, which made the moment feel so special. Terrible service, terrible experience! Avoid at ALL costs!! I leased a vehicle from them about 2 years ago, and at the time, although it wasn't a great experience, it was the best deal. Fast forward to looking into trading in my vehicle a few months ago...they took my car keys and held us hostage for about a half hour before I got so frustrated and demanded they return them. Via ongoing texts over the next few days, we finally determined that they couldn't meet my needs. Based on that experience, I said I was done with the dealership. Now, it's Memorial Day weekend, and I have been receiving texts and a variety of mail offers from them again, so I figured I'd give them one final shot. BIG mistake! I bought a new car here two years ago and could not believe what a great experience I had. Today I went to buy another new vehicle and wow down right disgusting and in my opinion possibly criminal. As other people mentioned they took my keys to check my vehicle for trade in and would not give them back for an hour holding me hostage while the team ganged up on me pressuring me to buy today. Tried lowballing my trade and said they were making it up on a tax incentive which is total bull----. Then the finance person was the worst. Would only show me the monthly payment, tried every game known to man to hide the actual cost breakdown which i found they added a warrantee I never asked for. I'm done with this place. read more

I got a lousy deal and have called Corporate and started a Case File. I've spoken to the Regional Manager who oversees these dealerships. I've spoken to the lease corporation. Still haven't heard from Bobby or someone named Sarah Crabtree who responded in brief to my last yelp review. So.... To review.... NOTa good deal. NOT a good dealership! read more

Worked with Robert he charged $5000 in extra fees and when I realized he told me to come back the next day to sign a paper and get those fees taken off. I have been leasing cars for 12 years and buying cars for 35 years from this Nissan dealership in Middlebury. After my most recent experience, I will never go back. I was nearing the end of my lease on a Rogue and was strongly considering purchasing a new Rogue. This dealership was not interested in telling me the price I was paying for the car. They only wanted to discuss the amount I was willing to pay per month. When I insisted on knowing the price of the car, they gave me the sticker price and calculated a monthly payment. I left the dealership and rechecked their numbers when I got home. They calculated the numbers incorrectly. I decided not to lease or buy a Rogue again and returned my leased car about a week before the end of my lease. But it gets worse. Upon returning my car, I was told to take a video to document that I was returning the car with no damage. Apparently, there's been problems where people have returned cars in good condition only to be told later that their car had damage. I had already had the vehicle inspected by Nissan before returning the car, but I took video anyway (seems like a good practice just to cover yourself). However, the manager then told me that I had one more payment to make on the car and I could keep it for another month. I had all documentation with me, explained that I had already made 36 payments, my registration on the car was expiring in a few days and I would not take the car home for another month. He told me he thought I was wrong, but I should call Nissan Finance company. I did and he was wrong. I had already made my final payment. That was the last straw. Not only will I not go back to this dealership, but I will never buy a Nissan car again. read more

Bought brand new 2019 rogue sport back in 2019 from them with extra warranty ...Front axle is leaking. They hurried and took it off the lift and told me . " it's bone dry"! I wanted a used manual transmission car. Never bought used but Toyota stopped making a manual Corolla. I called at least 10 dealers back in November. Crabtree in Watertown was the only dealership that has contacted me when they had a manual in stock. I luckily was in a place that I could wait to get the car I wanted at a price I could justify. They came through. Ylli Leti was very responsive to my questions and concerns. I'm buying a car so there were bumps but they made them right. Would recommend and buy from them again. Our dealer was Chris. He was patient, understanding, and humble. He was still pretty new at the dealership so he wasn't too pushy which I appreciate. We were looking for a vehicle that was a little bigger than what we were trading so we looked at the Pathfinder and fell in love. That car is still pretty new to the public so we ALL were learning new features about it and it was surprising. He helped negotiate a pretty good deal on it and we walked away happy customers. My current car at the time of my purchase was just fixed.. but a couple days after I did purchase my car...it was still dying, and no one had a clue as to why. I went to Crabtree Nissan...truthfully to check out prices, and then thanks to Chris went home with a brand new car in my possession. never go there not professional.. try to out smart customers.. won't tell you about incentive.. for any of there cars .. want to check you credit first.. before geving you a total out of Door price .. walk inside there .. fist question what will be the best incentive and the best price for a AWD car or suv .. he come and tells me .. first I have to see what you will like .. I told them for me I like all of them I just want to know what the best deal I can get and a AWD car or SUV .. I will decide what car I will like to see and test drive after you tell me the options on incentive.. for what I am asking for .. he keep pushing on a way ..I feelt.. like he was trying to get me .. stand up and said you I am out not being treated like a customer.. went next door to Toyota everything nice and smooth.. did not buy .. was no new cars available.. at the moment.. not going to say the dealership.. around your areas.. found plenty of new cars .. deal was so great .. was treated like a vip .. wen for one car finish buying two $80,000 one day .. my advice just be clear with ..
