They truly went above and beyond when my Chrysler 200 wouldn't start. Eric came to my home to jump it, and when that didn't work, he and his associate even pushed the car out of my garage to make it easier for AAA to tow. The next day, they picked up the Cadillac, gave me a clear and honest quote for the brake repair, and thoroughly explained other items I should monitor and address in the future. They also printed out the recall information for the vehicle and, knowing we're new to the area and still learning the local roads, arranged for me to have the recall work done at a convenient nearby location. When I went to pick up the vehicles, both were ready at the same time and I was there alone. Eric immediately offered for one of his office staff to drive one of the cars to my home while I followed with the other and brought her back. I brought my car in for exhaust inspection. In addition to diagnosing and fixing the exhaust problem they let me know that I had valve cover gasket issues that would cause the car to burn oil. I usually have the car maintained at the dealer so I did bring it to the dealer to confirm. I am greatly appreciative that Quiet Zone picked up an issue that was not detected in the oil change at the dealer. read more

I wrote this review and am happy to revise it in the aftermath. I was not a happy camper paying $2k for a brake job to get my car back with the TPMS light and a clicking in the rear brakes. I was also not happy that every time I called I got repeated message of our computers are down, someone called out, etc. However, they have since called back and told me to come on down and they'll squeeze me in. THAT is what I would expect of a good qualify business so I've changed my rating as they changed their flexibility and willingness to prioritize a loyal customer. read more

Don't go here. A number of years back, I brought my car here to be fixed. When I came back that evening to pick it up, there was a giant dent in the door. They said, "Sorry, we don't have cameras in our parking lot, so there's nothing we can do." I should've thrown a fit and staged a sit-in, but as a young person with no experience on how to handle your repair shop putting a huge dent in your car, I called my insurance company instead and filed a claim, which then was on my insurance, of course. Frank's should have paid for the damage or fixed it since the dent happened while the car was in their care. It should have gone on their insurance, not mine. I never went back, but if I had any money, I would have sued them in small claims court. read more

I actually downloaded Yelp just so I could make people aware of this incident. I've been bringing my cars here for years but this one incident really crossed the line. I got my car towed there and my father drove by at night after they closed to find my car sitting there, windows down, doors unlocked, with the keys left in the ignition. My father then checked his car which was also there for service to find it also unlocked and filled with all of his work gear. Not good quiet zone, you can do better. I came in for an emissions test today. Chris was very pleasant and got me right in. The emissions testing equipment wouldn't communicate with my vehicle, Chris went above and beyond by checking what he thought might be the issue (a blown fuse in my case) and replacing it so I didn't have to return for a retest. This past summer 2017 I came in for a minor repair job. I leave after paying like $600. for what should have been at most a $250. job. (You can google the prices for these parts and labor costs online afterwards. But when you drive in you're not sure what the problem is so it's hard to prep yourself beforehand). And what can you do after they do the work, you want your car right?! After a week of driving the car I realize the job was not done right. The item is not running at its full potential. So I go back in, asking them to look at the job they did, maybe a wire wasn't reconnected. They come out to tell me, no the job they did was premo. What I have is a NEW problem attached to the very same system and THIS job will be $900. to repair. I said thank you but no thank you and left. Wouldn't you know it, the item that brought me in the second time, was NOW working just fine and has been since then months ago. Makes you wonder doesn't it? They seem to be a milking station to me, as in milking your wallet. That's how I feel about it. I don't want to be exact about it because I don't want them calling me up.
