Instead they were honest and said they could fix it for a very fair price. So when I had another incident I went straight there. They checked over the damage and unfortunately it was a bit more tis time but still less than other companies. I dropped off my car and when I picked it up it looked like new. And here is the best part they even cleaned the interior!! I certainly did not expect this. All the dog hair was gone. It's beautiful. I never expected such great service. Anthony explained that parts to repair my car were difficult to find and that it might take a while to complete the job. He stayed in contact with me to advise me of the status of the job to put me at ease and I really do appreciate that. It took 1 day short of 3 months for Superior Auto Body to complete the work and they did an excellent job! My car handles like I just drove it off of the assembly line. The workmanship is excellent! I initially had a mobile service mount and balance the tires. Had some really bad shaking of the wheel so I took it to Middlebury Garage to check out what was happening. They are literally walking distance my house so its rather convenient. They remounted and rebalanced all 4 tires. It was still shaking a bit so I contacted them again and they were more than happy to take another look. It ended up being 3 of the 4 tires that I had were defective and even with the latest and greatest road force elite tire balancing system they were not able to get it to fully balance. They definitely put in their best effort and were honest enough to tell me that an alignment wasn't necessary because everything was already perfectly aligned. After getting new tires from the manufacturer everything has been perfect! Next time Im going to have Middlebury Garage mount and balance my tires from the start.

I get a new car every 2-3 years, I ended up with a trail blazer which I loved, 45 days into it there was a leak, it destroyed some of my electrical. They fixed everything no problem told me they couldn't find the leak. Over the past two years I have had issues with water coming in, I have sent videos, spoke to techs. They didn't find anything. Fast forward to this past week, my car wouldn't start, I called got transferred 3x had to re-explain everything 3 times. By the time the third transfer I was annoyed, probably a little rude cause why can't you all communicate amongst each other instead of me repeating myself multiple times with each transfer. I towed the car in, they told me they were booked for weeks, I finally called today to which they told me my warranty will no longer cover this because it's weatherstripping on my sunroof is what they found the issue to be. Which if that was the case, the weatherstripping was the cause three years ago on a brand new vehicle and should've been replaced then.. it's 1600 bucks The part that really pisses me off when I went to pick up my car today, I did not let them do the work cause I'm not paying for it out-of-pocket. My service ticket has none of the issues that I had spoken about.. it said customer says battery is dead.. (no , I never said that, I was very clear and concise) I did tell them I disconnected the battery to try and reset the computer system, and I dropped the nut to the battery which did need to be replaced and I would pay for. Today's call said oh we found part of the problem, the nut was missing off the battery/. NO, I literally told 2 techs and one supervisor about the nut on the battery. Last year, my father, who has also been a loyal customer with them who was told to bring his car in for service and it would only take a couple hours, and it ended up taking a week because guess what they never even looked at it until he actually called pissed off asking for his car back. Avoid getting any work done on your car from this place at all cost.

Here's what got us to Vive: It was just a pleasant morning trip to the grocery when a driver making a sudden turn hit our passenger door. No one was injured, and we quickly exchanged insurance information. The result was the other driver's insurance took care of our repair after we wisely accepted a recommendation from friends and insurance carriers. Vive did a terrific job on the repairs, everything carefully completed with a flawless result. We were kept apprised of the repair during the time it was in the shop.
