Employees are rude, unqualified and have no idea what they are talking about. Go elsewhere if you can! Overpriced no value !

I've had a very positive experience. Parts for my car don't come cheap and Quiet Zone has made solid recommendations to save me money.

Great service, friendly employees, average cost of what you'd pay for repairs, definitely would go back.

I did my emmissions there and the group of young men are very polite and professional. I recommend them to anyone for a good job.

Tender Car Care

For 25 of the last 33 years, out of necessity I did almost all my own automotive work. About eight…read moreyears ago the clutch in my truck went and I had neither the time nor tools to fix it. Needing the truck fixed, I asked a neighbor if he knew of a trustworthy mechanic, and he recommended Tender Car Care. Vehicles are now complex enough that no garage is cheap. A really good garage is honest and does quality work for a reasonable price, and Tender Car Care checks off all those boxes. Knowing about automobiles and parts costs allowed me to understand when I had been gouged in the past. I used to always ask a lot of questions about the expected repair work, costs and parts, and inspected the final work to try avoid getting hosed. Over the past eight years I stopped asking those questions or inspecting the work because I knew Jodie and his team would do the work right and charge me what it costs. There were a couple times when he could have charged me more and I wouldn't have thought twice about it, so I am confident in trusting him. It is a lot easier writing the check when you know you got what you paid for. And if you are on a budget they will give you honest answers about what it might or will cost so you know what you're getting in to.. Even if I was rich I would still work on my own cars where possible, but it has been nice having a garage I trust. I definitely recommend Tender Car Care. We are moving out of state, and I already miss having trustworthy mechanic just down the road. Thanks Jodie. Take care!

Our 2009 Subaru had gotten into a confrontation with a large rock and I thought it was the end of the vehicle as there was significant damage to a number of systems in the vehicle. Jody fixed it!!! ... and charged us much less than I anticipated. Plus I expected he would need a ton of time to fix it ... and he called in 3 days to say it's all fixed. Kudos to Jody and crew!!

I have been a customer for about twenty years. On my first visit, the estimate was actually less…read morethan quoted. Well, that was a first. They now service all of my cars (4). They use genuine factory parts, or top level equivalents. All the parts in my car are OEM spec, and I know. I am a ''gear head." Recently I learned that another shop uses the worst and cheapest parts available, and people love them and their clean shop. Well, save yourself heartache down the road, and buy yourself fresh flowers for your home. A mechanic's shop is a shop, not a restaurant. Sorry to go on and one, but I live in a small town, and hope to assist those who don't know, they are being fleeced by the other popular shop.

It's hard to find an affordable mechanic who specializes in German brands. Rarer still is finding a reliable, reasonable and honest auto repair shop than BENNETT MOTOR WERKS in Litchfield, CT. I've trusted them with maintaining my 1999 Mercedes-Benz SLK230 since I became its second owner 20 years ago. Bennett Motor Werks has serviced, maintained and performed ONLY necessary repairs at a very fair price, especially when compared to Mercedes dealers. My car runs as well as when I bought it in 2006 thanks largely to Bennett Motor Werks, which has kept my M-B SLK 230 AMG hardtop roadster affordable to own and operate. For Mercedes and other German cars, it would be difficult to find a more experienced, reliable and reasonable auto shop than Bennett Motor Werks.

We had a very good vehicle service experience at Take 5 Stratford. We had two vehicles serviced -…read moreone GM full size van, and a Honda sedan - and we were very pleased and impressed with the experience. They are a LOT more reasonable price-wise on oil changes and the associated service items, as compared to car dealerships, by around a factor of 3x, which is remarkable. I'd say they are pretty comparable price-wise to the other places that specialize in basic service items such as oil changes, but they come in at around 1/3 the price of dealerships - which is unbelievable but true. It's a very clean and pleasant facility. They give you several choices of the grade of oil you want to buy, and explain them clearly - although the price signage could be a little more clear. The staff is knowledgeable, very professional, and friendly. Overall, excellent.

I appreciate that they worked to resolve the issue, even though it took longer than I had hoped. After my daughter's oil change, her car started leaking oil. We brought it back and within five minutes we were told everything had been checked, everything was fine, and the car was safe to drive. Unfortunately, because the car wasn't parked in one place for very long, we had no idea it was still leaking. It wasn't until the car sat in our driveway for three days that we discovered it was continuing to leak oil. By then, she had already driven the vehicle all the way from Connecticut to North Carolina with the leak. Brand-new driveway covered with a big oil stains. We took the car to our local Take 5 in North Carolina, where they found the problem almost immediately: the Connecticut location had failed to install the gasket on the drain plug during the oil change. Mistakes happen, but what is unacceptable is that we recognized there was a problem, brought the car back, and were reassured that everything was fine after only a few minutes. That reassurance led to a 600+ mile drive with an active oil leak. This could have caused catastrophic engine damage, and instead it left us with a damaged brand-new driveway. This wasn't just an honest mistake it was a failure to properly diagnose and correct a problem that they created after we specifically returned because the car was leaking oil. Extremely disappointing service and a preventable situation that never should have happened.
