The sale side is absolutely amazing, the service side is completely horrendous. I get a new car every 2-3 years, I ended up with a trail blazer which I loved, 45 days into it there was a leak, it destroyed some of my electrical. They fixed everything no problem told me they couldn't find the leak. Over the past two years I have had issues with water coming in, I have sent videos, spoke to techs. They didn't find anything. Fast forward to this past week, my car wouldn't start, I called got transferred 3x had to re-explain everything 3 times. By the time the third transfer I was annoyed, probably a little rude cause why can't you all communicate amongst each other instead of me repeating myself multiple times with each transfer. I towed the car in, they told me they were booked for weeks, I finally called today to which they told me my warranty will no longer cover this because it's weatherstripping on my sunroof is what they found the issue to be. Which if that was the case, the weatherstripping was the cause three years ago on a brand new vehicle and should've been replaced then.. it's 1600 bucks The part that really pisses me off when I went to pick up my car today, I did not let them do the work cause I'm not paying for it out-of-pocket. My service ticket has none of the issues that I had spoken about.. it said customer says battery is dead.. (no , I never said that, I was very clear and concise) I did tell them I disconnected the battery to try and reset the computer system, and I dropped the nut to the battery which did need to be replaced and I would pay for. Today's call said oh we found part of the problem, the nut was missing off the battery/. NO, I literally told 2 techs and one supervisor about the nut on the battery. Last year, my father, who has also been a loyal customer with them who was told to bring his car in for service and it would only take a couple hours, and it ended up taking a week because guess what they never even looked at it until he actually called pissed off asking for his car back. Avoid getting any work done on your car from this place at all cost.

He diagnosed the problem when I thought that I was gonna have to make another appointment for him to come back and he said no, I'm gonna fix it right now which totally took me back. I was like wonderful so let me explain. I have a 2010 Nissan Altima beautiful vehicle the problem that he diagnosed was a swaybar. He got right to work went and picked up. The part came back. Fix my vehicle the whole thing from starting to finish was roughly 2 hours. He made sure he took it for a test drive then he made me get it with him and we went for a test drive. Know The knowledge that he has as a mechanic at 21 years old was pretty amazing this gentleman I will be calling anytime there is something wrong with one of my vehicles. He did not up charge me on the parts . His labor rate was amazing and obviously from reading my post there isn't a negative thing that I could say about this young man. He organized and guided me with the order of importance to make sure I had a safe vehicle to drive! My first delt with a repair in relation to a loud noise from what I was explained was a bearing issue in the rear. Along with a new alignment and other services, the repairs were made at a very high cost. There was no noice and the car was in good shape. In a few months, the same exact noise returned. I returned it to Saf T Auto only to discover that the caliper was "frozen" and I needed more repairs that would cost $1,300 +. It was explained that the bearing was not the issue this time around. It was the caliper. I decided that alone should be fixed because I simply could not afford to pay the larger cost. I was assured the caliper replacement would fix the issue with the noise. After the repairs, I picked up my vehicle and drove off and immediately my alert AWD light came on. I returned back to the Saf T Auto where they fixed the alert light. After traveling less than two minutes, the same exact noise that was the issue to begin with returned. I contacted Neil. He said that the bearings will have to be changed after all. I refused to pay for additional services because the part was under warranty by Saf T Auto. Neil concede that it was and explained that it will be fixed at all cost in three more days. What troubled me the most was that the underlined issue of the noise conming from the rear was never repaired after I was assured that the caliper was the issue. And to insinuate that the bearings needed to be changed at an additional cost intially then to confirm that they were under warranty after I refused to pay the cost is severely suspect. No apologies we're given. No "we will repair as soon as possible." I was told it was safe to drive around with damaged bearings. Somehow, I believe that is not an accurate statement. I'd give no stars if I could to reflect this second visit.

Something didn't feel right, so I contacted Ken at Safe Auto Service and made an appointment. I brought the car to Safe Auto. They did a test drive and pulled the wheels apart for inspection. Ken informed me my brake pads were good and did NOT need service. He could have just as easily confirmed I needed work and charged me. An HONEST man! I now have a new repair shop going forward.
