I thought by leaving a good review before the final deal was a good choice, but it wasn't. They agreed with me on the deal the night before, but then said no the next day. they never cleaned the car on the inside only vacuumed, never filled up the gas tank and I end up having to buy 4 new tires even after the ones that were on the vehicle only had 500 miles left and they insisted they were good. I will not recommend anybody going to new millennia again and I learned it the hard way going back the second time never again wouldn't recommend him. The holes situation was horrible. read more

On March 4, 2026 I traded in my vehicle here. Here it is May 14, 2026 and my bank from this vehicles loan has sent a letter of intent to repo. Legally a trade in is to be paid off from 1 to 10 days, this obviously has not been done. I have been leaving messages for the Sales Manager and the Finance Manager since May 7, 2026 and nobody is returning my call in regards to this matter. My credit score has taken a 90 point hit as a result of their incompetence. As someone who has worked in dealerships for 40 years it's situations like this that give our industry a bad name. I went on line, after searching for a while, I found it at Millennium Sales (and at the right price.) I called and spoke with a very nice sales person by the name of Brian. We quickly set up an appointment date. Upon my arrival, I was greeted at the front entrance by Brian. He was very courteous and friendly. We went into his office and got to business. I was sold. Later he showed me the car - A beautiful black 2019 CLS Mercedes suv. The price was right on, yes I was sold. Brian than interdicted me to a group of people from his manager to his supervisor. I was in the process of buying a car with Scott. He was nice at first. But then his manager was not when it came to the price of a trade in, they offered 2,500 for a 2010 bmw convertible, which alone just the parts of that car are worth around 6k and they did not want to budge and we're extremely room arguing with us in a building where everyone in the room can hear. Instead of showing different options, or talking it through the manager came in and he was extremely rude. Everyone here is extremely rude. And make sure to double check ur engine the car we looked at the engine did not run 100% it did not sound how it should. If u have the chance DONT GO HERE!!! I went to J&M auto in Naugatuck they're so nice so easy, and gave over 8,000 for the car. We went and stat with there general manager he did all of our pricing it was a one stop shop!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. On Wednesday I called to make an appointment to see one of their cars and when I arrived on Thursday for my appointment they couldn't find the keys to the car. So we drove 35 minutes and couldn't look inside the car nevermind drive it. We were told they would hold the car for us until they could find the keys and give us "first dibs" on it and that a deposit wasn't necessary because of their screw up. They did call the next day on Friday and I made another appointment to see the car the next day on Saturday. That was this morning when I received a text saying they had sold the car the night before, Friday evening. They didn't even have the decency to call and ask if I wanted to leave a deposit to hold the car and just sold it. I replied to the text saying how unprofessional they are. My husband then called to give his piece of mind and the salesman had the audacity to say "atleast we told you the car was gone, we could have let you drive back here." And also said that my response to their text was rude. I would 1000000% NOT recommend this place! I get money is money and they sold the car. Have some decency and stay true to your word! I have bought several cars and trucks from Stephens Auto mall and Millennium over the last 20 years which made my experience this week so disheartening. We found a used truck that would be a perfect work vehicle for my husband. We couldn't test drive it the first day as it hadn't been safety tested yet, we agreed to wait a few days and went back after the check. We test drove the truck, went inside to fill out the paperwork and were then informed that the price quoted us was no longer the asking price, it would be an additional $1500 because they'd had to put on new brakes, do the ball joints and order an air bag sensor from E-bay. Since when are the customers responsible for routine maintenance expenses after having already been offered a price? Not a great experience going here at all. We test drove a used car that ran so horribly we were confused as to why they would put that out there. We were hoping to not deal with the typical used car salesman attitude, with the aggressive negotiations but that's what you get here. We gave them the amount we were willing to spend on a car, and instead of telling us they can't meet the number they leave the room to discuss some kind of negotiation gameplan. After 20 minutes of waiting, we got impatient. We tell him we have to run and the salesman says "well i'm just going to tell you to leave then". Omg. We did just that. Incredibly unprofessional. I purchased a nearly three weeks ago. Traded my vehicle in, switched plates and got everything squared away with insurance. I dealt with the salesman Michal Stanko. They said the vehicle would be registered the following Monday as a purchased the vehicle on a Saturday, and I would be sent the registration that week. It's been almost three weeks and the only response they give is "we are working on it". Finally, to get a legitimate response, I had to write a review online to receive follow up from the business saying that they were facing issues with the CT registry. None of this was communicated, nor was I kept in the loop. I received a response to the review to contact their manager which goes directly to a voicemail system and he has not responded. They told me they would overnight dealer plates to me, which I still have not received. Now I'm driving an unregistered vehicle just so I can go to work. I have been pulled over three times for driving an unregistered vehicle and now face the potential for loss of insurance on the vehicle because the dealership has not registered the vehicle even though I switched my insurance over to the vehicle and got that squared away. read more
