This has got to be some of the BEST chicken in all of San Diego. First and foremost, the spicy Seoul chicken sandwich made MASSIVE and absolutely delicious. Perfect chicken to bread ratio. The chicken wings themselves were also fantastic, loaded with their own unique flavors from the sauces. The jalapeño poppers were perfectly crispy with just the right proportions. Even ordering this from DoorDash, the food was still hot and crispy. I'm excited to eventually check out this place in person and try more off the menu.

Service was quick and staff were nice. The fries were so nice and crispy. The bulgogi rice bowl was one of the best I've tried so far. Definitely recommend this place.

Amazing food and service. We went on a Monday and it was very quiet and calm. We got 90 minutes of free parking. We ordered 20 original wings with the Seoul spicy and soy garlic sauces on the side. The chicken to batter ratio was perfect and the seasoning was great. I could've eaten the wings without the sauce but the sauces just elevated the taste even more! 10/10, will definitely be back. The service was also great, our waitress was extremely attentive and sweet.

They no longer have the chicken and waffle on their menu. I tried their chicken sandwich and it was not too bad. The chicken was moist and juicy.

It's been a while since I've been to Cross Street so I was surprised to see their menu had changed. They no longer have the larger servings of wings and they have more entree options. I came here on a Sunday evening for dinner with some friends. The lot wasn't too crowded at dinner time and they offer free 90 minutes of parking when you eat at a restaurant. Cross Street has a handful of indoor tables and there is also an outdoor seating area. It wasn't too crowded when we got here so we got a table right away. We ordered some mixed drinks and soju for the table. The mixed drinks were so cute as they were Pokemon themed. I ordered the bulgogi pepper corn dish. It was a lot smaller than I imagined but packed with flavor. It came with a sauce that I poured over the top that was really delicious. There wasn't too much corn or bulgogi on the dish and it was mostly rice but the sauce helped jazz up the dish. I also shared a garlic Parmesan wings plate with some tots on the side. The wings are still so good. They're perfectly crispy and still juicy on the inside. The flavor was really delicious too and not too saucy or overpowering. The tots were regular tots but I appreciate that they gave us plenty of ranch to dip them in. I think the food can get pretty expensive here for the portion sizes but it's all so delicious. I do miss the larger offerings of wings but I'm sure I'll be back for even just the 5 piece plate.

This place usually warrants 4 stars or more from me. My most recent visit however was a bit lackluster. Still good, solid food, just nothing noteworthy like they usually serve. I did take my food to go so maybe that has something to do with the quality. Kimchi Fried Rice was ok, corn cheese was good, chicken tenders were tough.

Cross Street is a great fried chicken spot located in Convoy. I would highly recommend going here on Mondays for their $1 wings! It is a great deal! Also, the portions are also pretty decent as well! They give plenty of food! The tater tots are always really good, and one thing that I love about this place is that they give unlimited ranch and spicy mayo! The service is also great. They are very attentive and refill water! The restaurant is also quite clean as well and there is both an inside and an outside dining area. Parking is also pretty difficult to find, but it is doable! Overall, I would recommend going here! If I were to come back, I would make sure that I come back on Mondays for their $1 plain wings deal since I really enjoyed that!

Came here for the first time for Happy Hour and we ordered the: -Cajun tator tots (good) -buffalo tenders (love the flavor) -spicy popcorn chicken (it was fine, a bit dry. I like the cole slaw to help break up the other food flavors up) Service was good. I would come back here again to try out other foods. Parking lot is free but theirs is a limit of 90 minutes for parking.

When Cross Street first opened several years ago, it was one of the early dedicated KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) places in town. The business took over a former local chain taco shop on Convoy Street. The owner (Tommy) and his extended family run at least three of the other eateries in the same small plaza. Unfortunately, parking was very difficult in this lot, and it was free for up to 90 minutes. After that period, you have to scan a QR code and pay, otherwise your vehicle could be ticketed. I liked the ambiance of this location better than the newer venue in Del Mar because it felt more like a bar and grill with available outdoor patio seating. The menu has evolved to more than just KFC with various Asian fusion offerings added. KFC, daily lunch specials, and drinks were on one side of the laminated menu sheet. Entrees, shareables, and sandwiches made up the other side. There were now 13 different flavors to choose from for the wings or tenders. A separate catering menu with party tray quantities was also featured. I came by to place an order to go even though I could have dined in without a wait for a table. That was unusual for a weekend evening as it's normally packed. The wings now cost more than $2.50 per piece which was a turnoff. My selection was the Popcorn Chicken Fried Rice. Peas, carrots, and onions were mixed in with the rice that was topped with a fried egg. Several pieces of popcorn chicken were added to the dish. There was a heavy use of garlic in the fried rice. The chicken was overcooked and dry which was disappointing. This trip for takeout at Cross Street was a three star experience.

We got this food to go on Friday... it tasted soooo good! I am gonna have to have a dine in experience with my husband. We got the Classy Chicken Cluck Sandwich, Cross Street Tots, Honey Butter Chicken and the Jalapeño Poppers. They all were delicious! Definitely a try if you haven't check them out. Appreciate the young lady that took my order on the phone, super friendly and helpful.

After reading a review from a fellow Yelper who allowed 3 stars. I should have listened more carefully. The rice is good, the popcorn chicken is dry and hard to chew. Mostly breading. I was the only one there, and still no goodbye when leaving. Unfortunately, I was not permitted to get the rice without the horrible chicken. Can't just buy the rice by itself, Bumper. Too bad, so sad, can not return.

Excellent service from staff, delicious food and drinks. A nice chill vibe here. They have an outside patio with oversized games. Limited parking. There is street parking available but it's hard to find parking as well.

Came in for a quick bite before our flight. Lights were dimmed and they are playing football on the screens. Food came out quick and are fresh. They have 3-6pm happy hour with some menu items $1-2 off.

And I could tell that they had just poached the egg and they were keeping it in warm water because it was really firm. Texture wise the bread was tasty. I wasn't a fan of the egg or sauce. The ambience it seems like there's a lot of seating once you walk in. It was pretty empty when I got there, but by the time I received my food, it filled up pretty quickly.
