He told me that he would send me a check I asked if he had the address he said yes. He also refunded the charge for what they did fix as part of a good faith gesture which I appreciate very much. The reasons for changing the review to 4 stars are clearly about the integrity of Aaron the owner of Anchor Plumbing. First, not to go into personal details, he shared the reasons he was not available to his team during the repair visit. If he had been available I am positive we would have achieved a much better result. Emergencies are just that. It doesn't excuse the issue. What it does is more important.
