I let him use my garden hose and when I came back with the hose he bypass the water supply but I did not notice that he also disconnected the gas line. I called back Firat American Home Warranty about the gas line expose because it was disconnected by Cris of Blue Diamond plumbing. He suppose to ask first the water heater replacement approval before touching the water ( disconnecting the gas line and bypassing the water supply to the water heater).
