My…read morephysicians office left a message for a prescription refill at 10am, and when I called 3 hours later to confirm receipt, they said they had not received anything. I called my doctor back and was told that a message was left with the Verona Walgreens, and the doctor called the prescription in AGAIN. It is now nearly 4PM, and it took 15 minutes to find out if they were filling the prescription. Finally, they are, but there is no reason why a prescription refill should be SO-O-O-O difficult! I long for the days when we got our prescriptions at Target. We never had these problems. Unfortunately, our insurance will not allow us to use Target anymore and we are stuck with Walgreens. If I could move my prescriptions somewhere else, I would jump at the opportunity!

She became very snooty and apprehensive explaining that she would only take back the product if manufactured by the Walgreens store itself. This is clearly untrue and incorrect because I have returned multiple products in multiple Walgreens in the past by producing the credit card I purchased the item with. Maybe she was having a bad day. Not sure why she is telling customers incorrect information regarding the return policy for the Walgreens chain of stores. Will return the product at another more reputable Walgreens that does not hold contempt against their customers!

This Walgreens is fine…read more + Open 24 hours + Large, you can find almost anything you'd need in a pinch + Fairly clean and bright and well organized + Some good sales in line with the chain + Some nice checkout staff - Pricy, also in line with the chain overall - Poorly laid out parking lot with spaces that are very close together - Sometimes sketchy feeling at night with carts barricaded around the entrance - Pharmacy staff is often short and annoyed if you ask questions, lines are long for the pharmacy, and they vary which window they want you to go to depending on staffing (and if you go to the wrong one, they scold you instead of being helpful) I went to this Walgreens with some frequency while living on the west side, and I'd probably choose it over the Stoughton Rd. location if I needed a middle-of-the-night prescription/medication, but it isn't the most pleasant place to shop if you don't have to.
