The pumps, 4 to each area, are separated in two areas and then there are a few spaces to park not at the pumps. The inside is packed with goods and has your average convenience store selection. They were out of several things in the cooler section, which was slightly annoying, but not the end of the world. The interior and exterior were fairly clean, but worn. Based off of what I saw while in town, gas here seemed to be a few cents higher on average than other gas stations. Overall, standard convenience store. It served its purpose and when needed, I am sure I would be fine to swing back through.

When I went to get back in my car it was locked, with the keys on the driver's seat inside the car. Everything, my purse, glasses, walker, etc., was locked in the car. When I went into the Mart to try to get help the attendant was very kind and reassuring. He made phone calls for me and went to a back room to bring out a chair so I could sit down for the forty-five minute wait for someone to come unlock my car. He even offered me coffee. When I first came in and filled out the transfer form inside Walgreens, I was told Walgreens would handle it. Now I'm being told from this pharmacy tech to call and do it myself because they can't transfer prescriptions. The pharmacy tech raised her voice through the phone at the drive-thru window and showed no patience or respect. There needs to be better training for these pharmacy techs on how to communicate with clients, especially when dealing with patients who depend on these medications. This is an imperative prescription, and the delay in transferring it has caused unnecessary stress and potential risk to my mother's health, who is a cancer patient. This pharmacy tech and disrespectful behavior was completely unacceptable and a waste of over an hour wait. I'll be moving all our prescriptions elsewhere.

We felt bad leaving the entire mess for them to clean so I did what I could and they offered us gloves and plastic bags to make things easier. A kind woman (customer) also purchased him a unicorn hooded blanket since his clothes were dirty. Never before has it been so easy to answer the survey question around what made for a good visit - the sincerity of employees showing that I mattered, as another human individual beyond just a paying customer. I'm forever grateful. It's the way we show up for our loved ones that lets them know they're loved. And it's the way that Brett, Jacob, and Muhammad showed up that shows me they (and ultimately, Walgreens) cares.
