    While visiting a good friend in Madison, we made our way to Verona for a quick bite and decided to…read moreswing by this convenience store on the way back home for a fill up on gas and drinks. The station sits on the corner of a fairly busy intersection, so be careful when coming in or out. The pumps, 4 to each area, are separated in two areas and then there are a few spaces to park not at the pumps. The inside is packed with goods and has your average convenience store selection. They were out of several things in the cooler section, which was slightly annoying, but not the end of the world. The interior and exterior were fairly clean, but worn. Based off of what I saw while in town, gas here seemed to be a few cents higher on average than other gas stations. Overall, standard convenience store. It served its purpose and when needed, I am sure I would be fine to swing back through.

When I went to get back in my car it was locked, with the keys on the driver's seat inside the car. Everything, my purse, glasses, walker, etc., was locked in the car. When I went into the Mart to try to get help the attendant was very kind and reassuring. He made phone calls for me and went to a back room to bring out a chair so I could sit down for the forty-five minute wait for someone to come unlock my car. He even offered me coffee. His name is Abdul (I hope I've spelled it right). I would like for his supervisor to know about his patience and kindness and how much I appreciated his looking out for me. Marilyn Unruh

    I canceled several prescriptions through Walgreens online service, as I had plenty and did not…read moreneed them. Another person picked up what was supposed to be only what I needed, as I am disabled. What I got was ALL thr prescriptions, including the ones I canceled. It cost me $700, which I can't afford because I only have SSDI. I contacted Walgreens and was told too bad, they don't take back prescriptions, they don't know why the prescriptions didn't get canceled, and offered no other solutions or apology. They've officially lost my business and I will spread my story.

After an insurance issue left us frustrated and aggravated, pharmacy tech Brandon aggressively yelled at my husband, escalating the situation from simple frustration to a yelling match. When my husband tried calmly filing a complaint with the pharmacy manager, Lora, she defended her employee and continued to berate my husband. My husband called me upset on the phone and I could hear the staff screaming at him unapologetically in the background. While my husband sat and waited for the situation to be resolved the staff continued to antagonize him, by giving him dirty looks, muttering under their breaths, and openly laughing at him. As he walked away Brandon muttered, "get the hell out of here buddy" while laughing. After my husband left, feeling anxious and humiliated, I called in to see what was going on with the insurance. Brandon answered the phone and after giving my name and birthday he said "I will not be servicing anyone in your family" and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. Lora proceeded to accuse my husband and wouldn't take accountability for the fact her staff YELLED at the customer. She told me I could come and pick up my prescriptions myself, but 10 minutes later someone on the staff had canceled my prescriptions. My husband feels horrible for raising his voice, however they should NEVER yell at a customer and should be working to de-escalate instead of escalate the situation. He felt like he was being provoked and never helped. Further more, hanging up on me and refusing to serve my family is not okay. I will be reporting their staff for refusal to fill my prescription. From the reviews I have read here on Google, I am not the first one who has been yelled at by this pharmacy staff. I have already moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy and they have been so kind and were able to get the insurance issue resolved quickly. Fish Hatchery didn't even attempt to remedy the situation. The fact that Brandon was not reprimanded for his cussing at my husband, just shows this pharmacy's priorities. Do yourself a favor and fill your prescriptions anywhere but here!
