"given the situation" read corona virus, he "did not want to have to handle my phone". ???? there was no need for him to handle my phone. Period. He could plainly see the coupon as well as the part stating that the discount "did not need to be printed - just 'show' or 'mention' discount/coupon to pharmacy". So, to recap, he did not want to handle my phone so badly that that he made me drive back to stoughton (he was aware of where/how far I had to go), open my printer/turn it on, load paper and print the page containing the discount, then carry that piece of paper back to him in McFarland, hand it to him for his perusal, at which point he filled my script. I won't harp on about how stupid his actions were. If he were truly acting out of concern about 'contact', the above paragraph detailing his actions says all that needs to be said about his grasp of the definition of theword"contact". Also, just to be clear I called the people who are running the discount just to make absolutely sure I did not need to print the coupon. I didn't. End of story. So yeah, the guy is a complete dick. They accept most major insurers. I'm a huge fan of Hoey, as in addition to having the meds I need, their customer service is top-notch. Their staff is friendly and always happy to answer your questions. In addition to being licensed pharmacists, their pharmacy staff also have specialized training in compounding techniques, hormone replacement therapy, and veterinary compounding. This has been a particular boon due to my food allergies (some of which end up in traditional medications, so I can't take them!) They also offer a mail-order service for the cost of shipping, which is really handy when I can't always drive across town to pick up my meds in a timely manner, and can just make a phone call instead!

I was told to just deal with these issues because that I am not eligible for a replacement until January 2027. This is not very customer friendly or helpful!!! This was not the only time that I have issues with them, I once needed a new strap for my head gear and again I told that I was not eligible, so I asked for help on how do they suggest that I secure my head gear in place ? Again they were not helpful, so I jury rigged a band until I was eligible! So you see these people are NOT very customer useful!
