Who can you trust with your face? That's the question you need to ask yourself as you enter the world of medical aesthetics, aka med spas, or injections and fillers. I went to five med spas in the first quarter of 2022 to determine who I would trust with my face. There is no more important professional to interview and entity to figure out the intention of and feel the vibes for than they who work on the part of you everyone sees the most! There were two spas that were distinctly different than the others I met with, and with more research ANEU is the leader of them all. Did you know injections can cause blindness? Like people didn't tell me any downsides or negatives at three of the spas I went for consults at. ANEU gives balance and isn't just offering filler everywhere. While I was very much stating a desire for a non-noticeable, natural appearance if I were to inject, I didn't start yet. But the sense here is balance versus fill any line. I have tried three other treatments from ANEU and would do them all again as often as recommended (if not for finite funds). There are a lot of services here and I don't know about them all but I believe ANEU staff can get you prepared. See website for lots of education. I appreciate details being available there for reference. I was scheduled with Tara for my first treatment. I have continued to book with her and will stay exclusive to her as long as she is there. She cares, she's calming, she educates, and she takes the time. I hope she works at the newer location that rumor has it will be closer to where I reside! Listen to the free podcasts to get more "behind the scenes" on this space and to "meet" the staff before you book time. ANEU is very busy so do plan accordingly. read more

The injectors here seem inexperienced, and when I raised concerns, the manager was rude and defensive. The owner was even worse - aggressive, dismissive, unprofessional, poor bedside manner. She did not behave like someone who cares about her clients or business. I had been a long-time customer, but after this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to others. There are a few skilled aestheticians, but the quality is extremely inconsistent - you never know what level of experience you're going to get when you book. While the front staff are friendly on the surface, the overall experience lacks substance, professionalism and expertise. This is not a spa I would trust. read more

This place is amazing!!! I wouldn't trust any other place with my face. They helped me clear up some deep acne when I first started going there, and now they do... more. Lol The staff is so friendly and they really do their homework when it comes to the recommendations. Definitely a place that's passionate about their work, and I will continue making the drive back to even after moving to a different city. read more

This was my third appt with Aneu. I've had a BBL twice now with fantastic results from Theresa. I have also had Botox injections with Keely. Lovely staff. I'll be back soon! read more

I went here a few weeks ago for the first time. They had to reschedule my appointment twice, and I ended up with someone I did not originally book with. I understood the cancellations were out of their control, but the person I ended up with was not great. The individual was very rough on my skin. I had the products in my hair which is very frustrating. I just felt gross after the fact, like I needed to shower. This is unfortunate their other reviews are good. I would definitely read up on who you are booking with if you decide to go here. read more

I had a consult scheduled at this place on a Tuesday at 3pm in the afternoon. I called Monday morning at 730 am to get the appointment rescheduled based on my work schedule. Martha told me that I would be charged $50.00 because of their 24 hr cancellation policy. I told her it was more than 24 hr notice she went on to say it is 24 hr business hours, well I was still w/in the 24 hr business hours. She then said if it would make me feel better she could change the fee to $25. Then she tried to explain it was 48 hr cancellation policy. Not impressed at all. I canceled the appointment all together. read more

The best medspa in all of Madison. Rylee was a pleasure to work with and Kayla as well. Both ladies were very knowledgeable and the whole staff made me feel welcome when walking through the door. The clinic is very clean and each room relaxing and beautiful. I can't say enough good things about this place. read more

First-in-class care with an owner and staff who are trained artists - what more could you ask for? I was a filler virgin and Amie took such great care of me, listening to my goals/desired look and then walking me through the filler process, even reviewing the ingredients and how they interact with your body (science!). Her list of credentials are impressive, so no surprise the care and technique was so precise. The filler process was virtually painless (for me, I know it can be different for everyone) and the results were immediate. The aftercare instructions were clear and reviewed with me in-person as well. The spa is beautiful - treatment rooms are clean, large, bright, modern and chic. Truly an exceptional experience - there is no other place to go than ANEU when you want the best for yourself. Do it!! :) read more

I was leaving for a vacation and was worried about my newly diagnosed rosacea. I talked to Danielle from Aneu Med Spa over the phone and decided to stop in right before leaving. She asked lots of questions and based on my answers, suggested a few products that would help calm and protect my skin from the redness and stinging. Her knowledgeable and compassionate guidance made me feel confident that I (we) can get this under control. I've been using the products for almost 2 weeks and with the advice from Amie, had my first BBL with Shantelle (just as amazing) this week. I'm already experiencing less pain and redness. Amie and her entire team at Aneu Med Spa takes the time to truly understand skin goals and concerns. And, I cant recommend them enough! Dream Team for the Win! read more

So happy with my results. I got facial fillers from Deanna in a pretty difficult area. I had previously researched this procedure & it is one of the more tricky areas so I was a tiny bit Nervous but the results make me feel so refreshed & I'm just overall much happier with the way I look right now. Thanks!! Edit: 24 hours after the treatment & I still LOVE the results. I tend to bruise a little easily but there's only a small pinprick bruise on one side and it is already fading. Thank you DEANNA! Edit: it's been a few weeks and still loving it read more

This team and med spa are amazing and I've seen a huge improvement with my skin since I started working with these wonderful people!

I highly recommend this business I've been to Aneu twice and have been very impressed. The staff is so welcoming and my esthetician, Missy, was very knowledgeable. She explained each step of the treatment process. She put me at ease and made me feel like I'd known her for a long time. The environment was beautifully designed, very clean and inviting from the waiting room to treatment rooms. read more

Everyone was so friendly. Tara, the lady I was assigned, was very knowledgeable and helpful and knew exactly what I needed. She helped me decide when would be the best time to have treatment because of the necessity of staying out of the sun while being treated. She was very honest and forthright. I also bought a couple of products, a skin cleaner and a sun screen that I love. read more

I was worried about getting filler and Botox from a place I haven't been before. But DeAnna made me feel right at ease. I have one eyebrow that is a bit higher then the other and I have never had an injector get it right. The results were exactly what I was wanting. I also wanted lip filler but I was afraid of looking too fake. DeAnna put just enough to fill in the lines and I absolutely loved the final product. She was not trying to sell me on products or on getting too many injections. And I even left with some awesome mask samples! Highly recommend this place. read more

ANEU MED SPA is sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and reasonably priced. I was especially impressed with, and appreciated, the comprehensive knowledge shown by my technician.... something I did not experience at previous spas I had attended. This, above all, has earned my future patronage. I also want to mention the welcoming, friendly front desk employees... they add to the entire delightful experience. read more

I set up a consult appt and upon calling for more details they didn't actually set up the appt and offered it to someone else. Do not do business at this spa if you want an actual appt set up. Go elsewhere. Very unprofessional. I wish I didn't even have to give them one star. read more

Libby is fantastic. Very caring, easy to talk to, knowledgeable and does a great job on my skin.

Beautiful facility. Love my results with my Botox injections. Shawn was personable and honestly fantastic. One week later and my results are the best results I've gotten in 13 years. I'm older, the results are better. Highly recommend. read more

The entire experience from being greeted at the door, to my procedure was excellent. The estheticians and nurses are all very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about my procedure. They took their time with me and knew exactly how to ease all my worries, as this was my first time getting anything done at a med spa. I highly recommend ANEU to anybody who has apprehensions to cosmetic procedures. This staff will make you feel at home and go above and beyond to make their customer happy. read more

Very nice facility with great staff. The staff explained all the various products and procedures that might work for me very clearly. They were also very upfront up what would not work and what results I could realistically expect. They were forthcoming about the pricing as well. Definitely recommend this bright and immaculately clean facility. read more

The employees are very nice and the clinic is clean but I wasted a lot of money (in the thousands) on fillers and my face looks worse than when I first walked in. First visit I paid for fillers around my mouth, puppet lines. Immediately afterward I had a ton of bruises that were under my skin and wouldn't heal so they had me go back several times for laser to break up the bruising. After that healed the puppet lines were deep and solid and were 100 times worse than what I originally had. Once again I went in and they did a different procedure after agreeing they looked worse. After that procedure I again went in for another check up and told them it looked better but worse than when I originally started. Once again they agreed and added more fillers. That was weeks ago and the deep creases I never had before my first procedure are not gone. I'm done. I'm going to take the huge loss of money, time, gas money spent driving there and back at least a dozen times and I'm going to go to a different clinic and pay for them to hopefully correct the damage this clinic did. read more
