Meanwhile, a competitor I've tried has been on time 100% of the time, so it's clearly possible. The delays here cost me extra parking fees, push back other commitments, and cause anxiety when I can't make work meetings. With no Wi-Fi and terrible reception, I can't even do anything productive while waiting. Time is money. During my last visit on 8/8, I was told Sesha would be 5 minutes late... then 10... then maybe another 5, before being told I should consider another specialist or reschedule. REALLY? EWC cancels my appointment if I'm 5 minutes late, yet doesn't hold itself accountable for being on time. How is that customer-centric?

I highly recommend visiting the Haven Spa! This was my very first spa experience ever! I do have to admit I was pretty nervous, but I informed everyone and they made me feel extremely comfortable. Before anything was done they would talk to me first and go over what they where going to and allowed for any questions. This really helped me feel welcomed and comfortable. I received a spa package as a Christmas gift and decided to use it now since I currently am pregnant. I started off with a massage which was wonderful. They placed extra pillows down for me to lay on and not once was I uncomfortable laying on my stomach. She did such an amazing job and taking precautions due to my pregnancy. I next had my facial and foot massage done by Ericka. Ericka did an amazing job! Altho due to being pregnant and COVID I was not able to have some things completed, but they still did a great job by making it up in other areas. I was so relaxed I kept falling asleep and do not really remember my foot massage. But my feet definitely felt amazing the next day. Mask was worn at all times besides during the facial. She went above and beyond to make sure I was educated about the process, knew what to expect, and was completely comfortable with everything. She went out of her way to research what specific skin care products would be best for me to use post-peel to establish a daily skin care maintenance routine. I've been here twice. Both experience were awesome. The therapist was spot on with the massage hitting all the target areas without me saying much. Go see Hannah. She is great! I like the fact they provide the actual hands on time for what it is advertised for. I've been to other places where 5 minutes is taken from the massage time before and after. I had a great facial with Erica last week. I barely ever get to have facials so I thoroughly enjoyed it. I felt she definitely knew how to give a great facial and she made me very comfortable with the toasty warm heated bed. I have noticed my skin is softer and not as dry since I was in. She listened to my needs and applied enough pressure to really relax my muscles. If you work all day at a desk and need some relaxation I highly recommend adding hot stones to your massage.
