I have been coming to cozy nail spa for 3 months now and I get my nails done around every three weeks. The first time I visited I appreciated how clean and organized the establishment was. Especially when getting nail treatments I am very particular about cleanliness to avoid infections and Cozy Nails & Spa was definitely up to par. Additionally they had cute decorations throughout and always have entertaining shows on in the background. I got a special set done about a month ago for my birthday but this most recent time I was coming in to get it removed and a normal manicure to let my nails breathe. My nail technician was Chia. She was very kind and did a great job checking in with me and making sure she was doing what I wanted. One of my favorite things about Cozy is that every time I have gone, I make an appointment, and they honor that. Lots of other nail spas will take walk ins even with an appointment on the way and you have to wait to get started 30 minutes past your appointment time. This has never been the case for me at Cozy. Chia did a great job and was done within 45 minutes. The total for gel x removal and manicure was $48. Jumping Jimeney! They are the best. I was up here on vacation. Wanted to find a nail place and chose them off of Yelp. When I called with a question, they were very nice and I made an appointment. I am so glad that I did. Tom did my nails. He did a great job! Did a nice job and the cuticles, the length and the shape. Exactly how I like it. When I walked in this was the color I wanted, but they had the color with sparkles. So I got that. If I was up here again I would stop in. My daughter and I made an appointment for 3:30 on Friday for two pedicures and two full sets. We arrived at 3:25 and checked in. My daughter was taken at 3:55 to get a full set. At 4:10, I was asked to sit in a pedicure chair. The gentleman who did my pedicure was rough, cut me twice, trimmed far too much off my big toes, and left nail polish on my skin. I didn't receive several of the items listed on that pedicure type. My daughter finished when I was still having my pedicure, and they directed her to a chair next to mine. After she waited almost 30 minutes, she didn't even want the pedicure anymore. No one ever came over to acknowledge her or start working. There were walk ins after her that received service. I finally sat down to have my nails done at 5:05. I had a picture of the French manicure I wanted. It took an hour and 45 minutes. It looked nothing like the photos; the edges were sharp and I scratched myself. There was so much product under the nails and I asked him to file it, but he did not. My first time at Cozy Nails. They have the most staff I've seen at a nail salon. Because there were many people getting their nails done at once the smell was very strong. It's a great space, well decorated, and clean. I checked in on an ipad and then chose my gel polish. They had 2 huge books of different colors. They had every color you could imagine. Since they were in a book with plastic over the nail colors it was hard to get a good idea of the color because of the glare. I prefer the nail samples that you can hold up to your nail to get a better idea. My gel manicure was efficient and generally well done. I was disappointed, there were some bubbles/dents in the polish so they aren't super smooth but I loved the color. I think their prices are way too high. Much higher than my other go-to nail salons in the area and I don't think they are doing anything different. The gel manicure alone cost $50 not including tip. They do not take AMX and charge for using a credit card. I don't think this gel manicure was worth that much. Note, the parking lot can be busy but I didn't have an issue finding a parking spot on a Saturday afternoon. read more

First let me say they do a good job. Extremely over priced with lots of upselling...a $51 pedicure should include paraffin wax and a decent massage, should not cost more. They are also very rushed as they don't turn anyone away. Many reservations and walk ins and having a reservation made little difference. We were a party of 4 with a reservation and we still waited 25 minutes and we're not able to sit together. I also think it is insanity that these prices don't account for credit card fees. Another 3.5% ton use a card. Cash just isn't a thing these days so they should at least do Venmo. You can Venmo for gratuity but not for the service. Which is because they want you to use their ATM which notifies you that they are making the fee there too. But the actual work is very good, just a lot of greed with the whole process...always a bummer. read more

I have been a regular at cozy nails for 2 years now. Cozy nails has a friendly, large staff and always leaves me feeling satisfied with my nails. They do lean toward the pricier side compared to other nearby nail places. However, every time I have wanted a certain complicated design or needed to make a quick appointment the day of, they have always accommodated and delivered. Yes, it is amazing that they always say yes to appointment requests, However, every time I have gone to cozy nails on time for my appointment, I still usually end up sitting in their small waiting area (that has about 5 seats) for around 45 minutes, sometimes more. Even when I am eventually sat, I will likely wait an additional 15 minutes for an employee to finish another person's nails and then jump straight to mine. This is a huge con that has actually influenced my decision to take my regular business elsewhere to a more affordable option that doesn't make me wait 45 minutes past my appointment time and delivers the same nail satisfaction. Realistically, I can't carve 3 hours of my day to get my nails done during the busy week. A simple nail appointment shouldn't take that long. If I am waiting an hour past my appointment to get my nails done, I shouldn't be paying $75 for simple, short acrylic nails with no design, no chrome, just simple color. Outrageous. If you are going to take appointments but maintain a first come first serve culture, then just get rid of appointments entirely and just be honest about your respect for them. If you are someone with a lot of free time and a lot of extra money to burn on nails, cozy is the place for you and I am glad I could help guide you. read more

Unfortunately, the past few times I've been to Cozy have been super disappointing. I always feel rushed despite having an appointment, don't always quite get what I want or have just a generally unpleasant experience. My last appointment was at 4:45, and by 5:20 we still hadn't been seated and there were 3 people ahead of us. I did change a service last minute from gel to dip, and was willing to wait, but none of the techs were even halfway done with their current appointment. The waiting area has room for 4 or so people to sit (all seats were taken) and we just weren't comfortable sitting in a pedicure chair to wait for a manicure. My friend and I did end up leaving and found somewhere a little farther away and had a polar opposite experience -- I felt calm, my nails were done in 30 mins with no wait time (and look great!!), and were far cheaper than the typical $70+ bill I usually end up paying at Cozy. I'm super disappointed how much things have changed since my first experience, but the anxiety caused by a late appointment in combination with the generally frantic atmosphere just isn't worth it anymore. When I think of going to get my nails done, I just want to be relaxed, and this is not the experience I get at Cozy at all. read more

I got a gel manicure here, and I was satisfied with the entire experience! The salon is clean and bright, and they have a LOT of gel colors. I especially liked how they put the colors in binders as opposed to the nail polish swatch sticks that can be awkward to parse through (in my opinion). The manicure was very straightforward with a very brief hand massage at the end. I would've liked a little more of that (always feels so nice!) but I didn't get the vibe that this was where you go to feel suuuuper pampered. My nail technician was not super chatty, but polite. Unfortunately, my more recent experiences here have been disappointing. First, it's important to say that there is an upcharge of at least 3% on credit card purchases and an upcharge to use their ATM machine. Bring your own cash before arriving here. Additionally, when you pay with a card, there is no option to select a tip from your end. The employee who did your services will ask if you want to tip, and how much. I think this is unprofessional, and makes me feel uncomfortable. I would encourage Cozy Nails to add a tip option to their card reader (like most other businesses) so that customers can choose a tip from their end. Update: We are almost seven months after the MMA set that lifted, was painful, and I had such a hard time removing. My nails have almost outgrown the damage, but it's very visible. You can see exactly where my nails were damaged at the salon. It was painful for a few weeks, and they are still growing wonky. STRAIGHT FORWARD MANI & NICE PEDICURES. I have gone here twice so far and they do a pretty good job on their dip manicures. Nice clean salon with beverage options (water, wine, etc.) and a fun movie or tv show playing. All of the attendants are super friendly. They have a TON of dip and gel color options (very limited regular nail polish colors). Their manicures are also very quick sometimes too quick as both times I have not received any treatment to my cuticles...no cuticle clipping or even pushing back of cuticles and no hand massage or lotion, so I would say it's a very utility manicure. My first time I got a pedicure and loved every minute, you get to pick your own bath bomb and lotion sent at the front desk which was super cute and the pedicure chairs are very nice. We had appointments for 12:30, showed up 5 minutes late and were seated at 12:45 (not docking a star for that, our fault for being late). Very covid safe and even puts dividers in between groups that are seated. The woman who did my nails was so kind and explained what she was doing and why she was doing it throughout the whole manicure. I showed her a picture on pinterest and she recreated it quickly and perfectly! The only thing I was surprised by was the price, it was $45 for an acrylic fill which is the most i've ever paid. For $100 you would think that I would get a good mail service but I got cut 3 different times and was bleeding for 10 minutes. The new owners... very unfriendly and unprofessional. So I started looking for a new place. Cozy Nails was recommended to me by a colleague. I'm so happy I found them. Trish who seems to be managing the salon is sweet, professional and very nice. Lucy does my manicure and she's a true artist. She can do any design I request exceeding my expectations. Trish was so helpful in figuring out how to match my short nails on my left hand to my longer ones on my right (struggles of nails and guitar!). She informed me of the price of what I originally wanted before continuing and I did not have enough cash. She was receptive to me finding a different option and nonjudgmental.
