I've had nothing but great experiences here with ANY of the technicians that have worked with me. They've honestly all been for some important events such as engagement photos, bachelorette, and even my wedding. Every time, they deliver. I haven't worked with the same technician twice, but each has been fantastic and nails what I am looking for. I love the space and the fact that parking is covered for free within the building. They always have availability and their prices are honestly really reasonable! Nails in general are expensive to maintain now, so expect it to cost at least $60 with tip for gel. first time getting nails done in Madison and I was not impressed. I received a pedicure with gel nail polish. The polish wasnt put on the full nail, my cuticles were cut till they bled, she didn't shaped the nails right, my heels are still rough. I honestly could have done a better job at home. First time doing a review. I never complained before but it's so annoying lately. Last 4 times I had hannah and Logan. She nice but she always cuts me and doesn't clean it properly. It hurts when I go home. Logan both time was absolutely terrible and sloppy. He always rushes my nails and it looks like I did them myself. They're uneven and fat looking. Their nail art and application of builder gel is usually fine, depending on the nail tech. But their application of gel-x tips is awful. I went there today to get a simple french tip with chrome and paid $100 . There are gaps between my natural nail and the tip, the application of the tips was crooked, and the nail tech never filed underneath the nail to remove some of the thickness. Definitely do not recommend coming here unless you want a basic gel manicure. read more

My parents call this place a "fake luxury" salon, and I can see why. The chairs are hard to access and don't recline or move at all. There's literally a wall in front of the table, so I have nowhere to put my legs comfortably. The only reason we still come here is for the convenience and a couple of good technicians. Outside of maybe five people, I usually end up with a bad (and expensive) job. The front area is always a disorganized mess. For a long time, I thought I was doing something wrong because whenever I requested a specific technician, someone else would end up doing my nails instead. I assumed they just didn't want to take me. But after going to a different salon, I was told that the management here is disorganized, often messes up scheduling, and then blames the staff. Apparently, I'm not the first person this has happened to. I never do reviews in general but I always felt terrible because of them. read more

I have had a few concerning and disappointing experiences here. Appointment times are never respected, I have been made to wait over 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before. I had one particularly bad experience with nail tech Johnny: he cut the tips of my fingers with the electric file in multiple places, and did not sanitize any of the equipment tools before using them on me (they were visibly covered with powder and nail remnants from the last client). After I pointed this out to him multiple times, he picked the dirty tools up with a dry paper towel and then continued to use them on my nails. I was very uncomfortable as he continued to use the un-sanitized tools on me after I expressed my concern for hygiene and for the risk of potential infection. read more

I got right in for a manicure without an appointment, and it's very large inside with many color choices and options, so that was nice. All the employees I spoke with were friendly. I was dismayed that I had several polish chips before I even went to bed that night. Also, they did not do anything to moisturize my cuticles which were very dry. They do sell cuticle products, so I thought that was a little odd they did not use it on me. When I went back to show the chipped polish the next morning, the lady was trying to tell me I can't do dishes or anything with my manicure and I should not expect to get a whole day. I was trying to explain that I was on vacation, I have not been doing anything strenuous, and I have not cleaned anything. After my manicure, I just went to my hotel to sit and read a book? I think it is reasonable to get one nice-looking day out of it. If they would have done a more careful job getting the polish all the way to the end, plus under the edge, and all the way to the edges on the sides it would last at least 24 hours. see pictures, where it did not go to the edges. read more

I had Nina do a mani pedi and was extremely satisfied, she was lovely as well! They didn't try to upsell or push you into more expensive things without you knowing which I really appreciated. Nice vibe in there too the lights are very fun. My only deduction was that the manicure polish didn't go all the way to my nail beds and the shaping is just a tad uneven but nothing bad I would def go again read more

I've been here twice, both times I waited 30 mins past my appointment time to be seen. The location is convenient but I would rather go somewhere that is respectful of customers' time. The first time I went, I got a gel pedi that was good. They don't have massage chairs so the pedi experience is less relaxing than what I'm used to. Very weird experience. I'm a flight attendant and was just in town for one night and wanted polish until I could get back home to my regular salon. I requested a manicure with regular polish and was pressured to get gel or tips put on. After saying again that I just wanted to polish the technician made me get up and pay 25$ before she even put the polish on. This place is so hit or miss. They charged me $80 for a full and sent me off with gel all over my fingers, and all the acrylics came off within a week and a half. The first time I came in they only charged me $55 for a full set of acrylics and did a great job. Don't go here while they're busy they will just go as fast and they can and up charge you read more

This was my first time visiting this nail salon and unfortunately I will not be returning. I only get my nails done every year or so and the staff was super friendly and prompt to greet me and even offered and gave me bottled water. My nail tech was very nice, but then it started to go down hill. I noticed the tools she was using were not clean and were already dirty (the brush, file and clippers) and the gloves she had on were not changed out before starting my set. I asked for dip nails and when she was cutting my cuticles several of them bled since she was working fast and cutting too close. After she stopped one of my nails from bleeding she quickly applied the second layer of top coat but it ended up drying bumpy. She did apologize, which I appreciated. She told me to wait five minutes to dry, which I did, but she then proceeded to start on a new customer's pedicure leaving me alone wondering if I was suppose to wait for her or go up to pay myself. I decided I wasn't going to waste time and went up to pay since another person was being checked out by her technician. The women asked who I had and I let her know Sandy and helped me and she then flagged her over to check me out. Sandy then proceeded to try to urge me twice to pay with cash instead of card even though the woman before me was not pressured to pay cash (she paid card with no questions asked) and then I was asked to say out loud how much I wanted to put for tip since they have to add it in the machine. I did end up tipping but feel silly after the fact considering my fiancé and mom both would have asked for a refund in full for the bleeding and poor quality. After I left the lounge and was able to move my hands around a bit more my other cuticles started to bleed and my hands were covered in blood! After getting home and washing my hands from the blood and dip that was still on the edges of my nails they don't look bad, but I've certainly have had better (but my cuticles still hurt). My first time there and Johnny was so sweet and did a great job with my french tip. It was very clean and calm inside.

They are so friendly and managed to do my dip manicure in about 40 mins! It feels clean inside also. I really enjoy coming here.

The one of two male "tech" possibly an owner used drill on my gel nails, burning me twice. I exclaimed "Ouch" and he just continued and didn't say anything. Never got hand massage either for the five times in row over two and half months that I have gotten gels here. He was in a rush and the other male tech who witnessed this gave me a 10% discount at end which doesn't make up for damage. My index finger nail broke next day from getting burned, when I cut it short you could see huge area of burned off skin affected by him burning my first nail. DO NOT go here.
