Ivonne was responsive and a clear communicator. She booked my appointment over Yelp and sent me a text and email confirmation. She also called me the day of the appointment to verbally review how to find her location and answer any questions I had. Integrative Health Center is located in the lower floor of its building. Parking was ample. The building was very clean & quiet. Their part of the building was easy to find. If you smell the essential oils - you're headed the right way! The door opens to a quaint front room that is clean & organized with a grow tower in the corner. I booked a massage for two people, and we both filled out a detailed intake form before proceeding with the massage. Ivonne & Seth introduced themselves and we reviewed our intake paperwork and discussed what we were looking for and our lifestyles. Covid precautions were in place and enforced. They sanitized the air and all surfaces and wore two masks. They had contactless check out and hand sanitizer readily available. I felt extremely safe in their location. My massage was with Ivonne and was an hour long aromatherapy/signature massage. Before I changed, Ivonne reviewed exactly what the massage was going to entail. I really appreciated this. I am naturally pretty high strung - so it was quite relaxing for me to have an idea of what was coming during each part of the massage so I never felt surprised. Ivonne provided me with a towel to stand on after changing and a washcloth for washing my hands. There was a chair and table for my belongings. The massage table was VERY comfortable - with super soft cozy sheets that were the perfect temperature! Ivonne has a few salt lamps lighting the room and plays very relaxing music - I was very comfortable and relaxed. Ivonne was just the right amount of chatty - it was like she knew when you wanted to chat but also knew when you wanted to zone out for a second! She seemed to be able to zero in on my trouble spots without me even pointing them out. In addition to the relaxing & effective massage - Ivonne provided some amazing tips that felt personalized & applicable to my lifestyle! She talked through some oils she was using and their benefits to me, she offered restaurant recommendations for dinner, she suggested a tip that may help with she fatigue due to screen time, she gave an idea of a band I may like (Black Violin - check them out!) - it was awesome! After the massage, check out was seamless (and contactless) and Ivonne gave some more tips on best practices post massage. Overall - if you're in the Madison area - get a massage here! Ivonne and Seth are knowledge, personal and professional, and you will leave feeling relaxed and relieved!

Very pleased with my visit to Indulge Spa! I truly can't wait to come back!!…read more I brought a friend of mine here for a mini spa day to celebrate her 30th birthday. It was wonderful from start to finish! We started with facials. Hannah did the facials for us both. She was wonderful. I had never had a facial before, so I didn't really know what to expect. It was so relaxing and felt amazing. My skin is incredibly soft now and I need to have another facial in my life ASAP. I will be back for another soon, I guarantee it. After the facials we each got full body massages. I've had a decent amount of professional massages, and I would say this one definitely ranks among the top. I can't recall the name of the gentleman who did my massage, but he did a great job. I wish I had asked him to do the scalp massage portion longer, that part was probably my favorite! Between services, we waited in a small lounge area which was nice. We were provided with plush comfy robes to wear, as well as slider sandals. We were also given little lockers to keep our belongings, which I appreciated. All in all, I really enjoyed everything about this experience, and I will absolutely be back for more!

I thought it was a little strange having to take off my shoes upon entry (spa sandals were provided). Had I had nicer shoes on, I wouldn't have wanted to just leave them by the front door for anyone to take if they felt so inclined. I learned later (after my massage) that there are lockers in the bathroom. I assume I could have locked my shoes up if I had wanted, but that wasn't offered to me. I was promptly greeted by my massage therapist (Ty) after I filled out some new client paperwork. She showed me to the treatment room, and it was truly the nicest one I had ever been in. I LOVED the up lighting in the room. It added a calming glow to an otherwise dark room. Not only did my therapist read my chart, but she sat down and discussed my wants/needs for my 75 minute session. You don't get that kind of personal interaction at larger day spas. Some of those spas are more like a "one size fits all" quantity over quality places. That is not the case here. My massage was WONDERFUL. It was the right amount of therapeutic and relaxing, and the use of warm towels was the cherry on top. Ty addressed my areas of concern and took the time after my massage to tell me her findings. I have definitely found my new place to go to for massage. I see no reason to go anywhere else now unless I'm out of town. I wish I would have stopped in sooner! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The massage therapist was kind and welcoming but I noticed that she had on an earbuds-type headset that she wore around the back of her neck. OK, maybe she listens to something that gets her into her groove but several times during the massage she seemed to drift her focus away from me: only one hand on my body that seemed to just stop in mid stroke or repeated massaging the same area over and over and over again, each time getting deeper than the medium touch we had discussed. I even could hear another sound in the room other than the soothing music that was playing. Was that coming from her earpieces? She also spent so much time on my back side that by the time she asked me to flip over the massage was almost done. She just seemed distracted. I will go back but to my usual therapist who has always kept me 100% the focus of her attention.
