Margarita Pizza
Cassie B.

The largest selection of beer taps I've found in town! Great open environment for gatherings and outdoor covered and heated seating areas as well! Even pints to go options and growler fills available! All house made pizzas with a variety of flavors! Also gluten free options in mind for customers as well! You can also try one of their house salads or nachos if you aren't feeling like pizza. They even have their "pint size theater" where groups can reserve for free to have parties, watch movies and enjoy some food and drinks!

Mac n cheese pizza ~ Their best I think!!!

Great food 15-20, we always ask them to cook a lil less so crust isn't hard. Mac n cheese THE BEST PIZZA EVER

CR camp coffee stout and Breakside white

The food was ok and the service was ok. Went there on a Saturday evening expecting it to be crowded but it wasn't. Ordered Bbq chicken pizza and a couple of beers. The pizza was okay but not something I would order again, the crust was burnt and it had way too much cheese for my liking. Had to look hard to find the chicken and not much bbq sauce. The beer was good. The server taking the order was attentive but another server that brought out the pizza stated that if we wanted plates that we had to go get them ourselves rather then just bringing plates with our pizza. I feel plates should have arrived at our table with the pizza. I was capable of getting the plates myself, just feel like that was a lack of customer service.

Patio area.

This is a great venue. The owner was very nice and friendly. They place has a patio that is dog friendly. The place itself is huge. The service is lacking, but it COVID time. The pizza is just okay. The crust is weird. It is crispy, but it has a cornmeal consistency that is off putting. I ordered the Margarita pizza. It was lacking cheese. The staff person told my husband when he ordered that they were out of fresh basil. So what I got was a crispy crust with a smear of pizza sauce, a pittance of cheese, under ripe tomatoes and dry basil, not good eats. My husband's meat pizza was better...same weird crust. I like the place so much, I gave it 3 stars because if the owner can improve the crust and hire some folks; this place would be awesome

I love the garage doors that can open for bringing outdoor inside.

We came here during COVID and had to do curb side. We can't wait to come back and enjoy the environment. It looks so fun! The food was wonderful. We loaded up with a huge fabulous salad, a yummy pizza and some BBQ. Go get some take out!

As a celiac, I made so that they have a dedicated fryer for their fries/tater tots, and they did, so naturally I had to get those. I decided on the sweet potato tots and they were just delectable. I was also craving something fresh, so I got the BBQ Chicken bacon ranch salad. Perfect meal after driving for hours on end. We even came back the next day and I got the exact same meal. The servers were also very patient and knowledgeable. I don't live anywhere near here, but whenever I come back to the area I'll be sure to return to this restaurant.

Once you step inside you are transported to a killer brew pub dimension. The place was moderately busy for 1:30 on a Wednesday and we were immediately greeted by the bartender. We analyzed the tap list and narrowed it down quickly to the 3 IPAs brewed by these guys. We ended up trying all 3 and overall I would give the beer an 8 out of 10. I love a Boneyard RPM or Ft. George 3-way. I have been away from Oregon Craft for about a year so I am a little off my game but I didn't leave a drop in those pint glasses. We both ordered the smash burger and fries with some jalapeño aioli sauce. The fries were maybe the best fries I've ever had. I literally put my head down and chowed through them all before realizing I had a burger too. Smash burger is true to form dressed with melted cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomato. The bun had been fried in magic sauce to a crispy texture before they built the burger. We were blown away at how good it was!! We went to Sunriver Brewing on Wednesday night and think Initiative won our personal award for that day!! Highly recommend you check it out and I want to go again before I have to leave town!!

I will get to the beers first. We tasted several different ones and unfortunately we didn't feel very impressed. Some of the beers had an odd aftertaste to them. But in the end we settled on the Tokyo Chad. This was a Japanese Rice Lager and we liked this beer relatively well. Not the best Japanese Lager we have ever come across but it was okay. Flavor features in this beer is biscuity and grainy. What we liked best about Tiger Town was the food. I got their cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese and their Sidewinder Fries (similar to French Fries only curvy) were excellent. Everything with the meal tasted good and fresh. The atmosphere is fun and has some quirks going on with it mainly with the pictures they have hung up in the dining area. Staff was very good. They were attentive and very friendly and cheerful to interact with. If we are back in the area we would certainly come here for the food again as we were very impressed with it. We just weren't too terribly wild about the beer.

The 7th Street location in Redmond looks like an older log cabin, with a large patio out front. It's conveniently located to downtown Redmond, easily walkable from other restaurants, bars, and breweries if you're staying nearby. Going inside, I quickly realized this was a friendly local place where people come and the bartender knows your name and order. I ordered two flights on my visit; all the beer was great. They have a number of core staples, plus a bunch of small batch beers you can read about on the chalkboard near the door. The bartender was immediately friendly and welcoming; I said it was my first time there and she told me it's the oldest not-for-profit brewery in Oregon, donating all their post-bill/payroll profits to local charities. I was also here at lunch time and ordered maybe the best tuna melt I've ever had - rich, buttery, and delicious. They have lots of beers packaged to go as well. If you're doing the Bend Ale Trail, this is a fun stop and worth venturing to Redmond for if staying in Bend.
