On top of it all there is a food cart that's outside called wild caught and let me tell you that might be the best fish and chips/ shrimp I've ever had! Big airy space here, was inside not out, but that looked nice. On happy coincidence visiting Prineville on Wednesday when they have 5 beers for a lower price. Wide selection of styles to choose from. Friendly people working here. The beer's good but not great. And they do have a nice selection of food trucks, just 4, but I could have eaten from any one of them. Don't come here if you have children! I have never been to a food truck lot or beer garden that was less kid friendly than this. Playing in the grass without shoes... asked to stop. Playing in dirt with tractors they provide... asked to stop. Playing with cornhole.. asked to stop. Absolutely insane! I got the carnitas burrito with beans and rice - can't remember the exact name. Asked for extra salsa, which means so much to my personal experience, not a problem. Wild ride copies it's great concept started in Redmond with garage style open doors in the summer, tons of outside seating, fire pits, games, TVs for sports and counter service beer and cider options. There are four food truck options for food permanently located outside. I've never had a chance to try the taco spot but the seafood joint, pizza and burgers were great options so everyone could get what sounded good to them. Family friendly and always seems busy. We were visiting Prineville for a wedding and stumbled on this spot while out exploring. Nice clean and simple establishment. A great selection of drinks on tap and nice outdoor seating. The only thing we didn't love was the location of the food trucks. All of the exhaust was blowing right into the seating area and it would be nice if they put them further out of the way in the parking lot vs having he scent of oil wafting in the air. We stoped in Prineville Oregon to visit my niece. She told us about this place so we decided to stop in. When we arrived the exterior looked really nice outside with seating and fire pits. We were surprised at how spacious the parking area was, even for our truck and trailer. There were four food trucks neatly nestled just outside the building with nice lighting. The interior was inviting and very well done. We were greeted right away by a gentleman who helped us select one of their many choices of different types of beers. The beer selection menu was really well designed and easy to read along the back wall. The food trucks offered several different popular food items. Being from Alaska we to have the Halibut & chips and I was craving a nice juicy burger that came with plenty of fries. The fries were done to perfection. The service was surprisingly fast and presentation was great. The burger and fries were delicious. They had cooked the burger where it was that perfect pink in the middle and nice and juicy, seasoned with great flavor. The Halibut and chips were awesome too. The batter on the fish was beautiful with just the right color and crunch! The fish was cooked just right with great flavors as well. Now to the most important item, the craft beers. We chose the Hefeweizen and it was fantastic and we had to have a couple more. The prices were very fair and the staff were really" great. Definitely worth the stop!! read more

Absolutely recommend!!! There are four food trucks here: Burgers, seafood, Mexican food and pizza. So you order your food and they give you a buzzer for when your food is ready. I highly recommend the burger place, best burger I've ever had and I'm a foody! Do yourself and get the onion rings added to the side; they're bear battered and have such a good seasoning to them. Onion rings are my favorite and these are the best I've ever had hands down! There is covered seating and when it's nice out the roller garage like doors are open so it makes it perfect. Tons and tons of outdoor seating. There is corn hole you can play, card games and Jenga. When you go to order a drink there is beers, seltzers, ciders, sodas the list goes on. The seltzer if ur like me and want a light low calorie drink this hits the spot!!! All the staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is by far one of my all time favorite places! A friend recommended I stop here while visiting. All the food trucks looked amazing (clean, friendly, and delicious) but I landed on Andale Street Tacos. The shrimp salad is better than any I can remember. The shrimp are grilled to perfection and plump and generous. Guacamole equally generous and the staff inside at the bar were welcoming and kind. It's atmosphere is bright and sunny with tons of windows and clean sitting. Easy parking and a little later in the day I expect the beer will meet my pallet as well. I could eat this salad all day every day. Chipotle ranch dressing with just the right spice. It's a little expensive as most things are these days but WELL worth it for the amount of shrimp served. read more
