Burger love food truck
Melissa B.

Wild ride copies it's great concept started in Redmond with garage style open doors in the summer, tons of outside seating, fire pits, games, TVs for sports and counter service beer and cider options. There are four food truck options for food permanently located outside. I've never had a chance to try the taco spot but the seafood joint, pizza and burgers were great options so everyone could get what sounded good to them. Family friendly and always seems busy. Service is awesome! Worth a stop!

Absolutely recommend!!! There are four food trucks here: Burgers, seafood, Mexican food and pizza. So you order your food and they give you a buzzer for when your food is ready. I highly recommend the burger place, best burger I've ever had and I'm a foody! Do yourself and get the onion rings added to the side; they're bear battered and have such a good seasoning to them. Onion rings are my favorite and these are the best I've ever had hands down! There is covered seating and when it's nice out the roller garage like doors are open so it makes it perfect. Tons and tons of outdoor seating. There is corn hole you can play, card games and Jenga. When you go to order a drink there is beers, seltzers, ciders, sodas the list goes on. The seltzer if ur like me and want a light low calorie drink this hits the spot!!! All the staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is by far one of my all time favorite places! This place is a gem in Prineville!

We love Wild Ride. We go to both Redmond and Prineville ones. Best Fish and Chips around!

After a long day digging for fossils and hiking (mostly skipping lunch and only eating snacks), we…read morewere famished driving into Prineville. We ended up just stopping at the first interesting looking place on the road into town going west, Wild Ride Brewing. Burger Love is one of four food carts parked outside this brewery, and considering we were just listening to a podcast about burgers, I couldn't resist getting one here. I'm not sure if they're normally very slow or if it was just especially busy that night, but the burger took over 25 minutes to come out. At First Sight, Single ($16) - This includes a decent size 6oz patty, cooked all the way though, with the center only being the very slightest bit cooked over pink, remaining tender. The burger is otherwise still very moist, no dryness to be found inside. This means that there isn't any particular char though. The patty is settled on a buttered and toasted bun with plenty of veggies on the bottom, including pickles, tomato, lettuce, and red onion. There's a great balance between the different textures and each bite has plenty of moisture so nothing gets dried out. And of course on top of the patty, there's gooey American cheese that glues on some bacon to give a salty and meaty punch. The burger as a whole is not messy to eat at all due to stellar construction; nothing falls out while biting through. (4/5) The fries, which come with the meal, are fried well done, which makes them extra crispy. The fry interior isn't that fluffy due to the hard fry, but it's pretty good in texture overall. They aren't very generous with the amount of fries the meal comes with. Burger Love also provides a fry sauce which seems to be a commercial mayochup mixture. Nothing special. (4/5) Is Prineville just an expensive place to live? $16 is kind of on the expensive side especially for a place that I assume would be lower cost of living vs. Seattle. There's not really anything technically wrong with the burger, so other than the price and wait time, this food cart isn't a bad visit. The food is certainly better than the current 2/5 rating on Yelp indicates.
