Super affordable, especially in comparison to HHD where 1 croffle is double the price! Service: I ordered through DoorDash but was happy to find each croffle safely boxed up and labeled. My croffles came in 1 big bag that was sealed to ensure they were packed safely! Food: I wish I had eaten them freshly made, but even after a few hours, we ate every bite! The croffles were thick but not dense! Nice and fluffy, and did not harden over time. Delicious batter dusted with powdered sugar! The whipped cream was very light, airy and creamy! Oreo - If you have a sweet tooth, this one is perfect for you! With Oreo cookies/crumbles and chocolate drizzle all over the croffle! Matcha - Earthy and bold, but not bitter Matcha! Worth a try! Price is fair. Wanted something savory and less needing a fork/knife. For $5.50 (~$6 with tax) for ham & cheese, it's fair but prefer with one more slice of ham. I know inflation keeps going up but I'm pretty sure this is Costco's rectangle ham so prob doesn't cost much (expense) for another slice. The croffle is chewy, sweet and savory... yummy!! People will make croissant-anything nowadays with most being overpriced and tasting average. But this croffle is actually so good! Let me explain: It has that crispy flaky outer layer just like a croissant and soft chewy inside just like a croissant/waffle. Perfect texture. It's also reasonably priced (compared to cronuts or spiral croissants). Plain version is about $3 and version with toppings is about $6. Sad they're in NewPark Mall which is even more dead than before. But hey, it means it's easy to find parking and you'll get fast service because they're not crowded. Drove 30 minutes because my son was craving Croffles. This place is in the Newark mall and it was extremely dead, kinda sad really. The food court had 2 restaurants opened and no one was sitting in the food court. Anyway, Croffles was just OK. If you had the Costco frozen one, that one is much better. The one at Croffles & Co wasn't as crispy and almost tasted like a soft croissant. I wasn't too impressed. read more

[[ Location ]] The small amount of reviews is probably due to the fact that it's located in New Park Mall which is kind of dead right now until they get more stores in this area. It's on the 2nd floor near Cold Stone Creamery and Wetzel's Pretzels. [[ Service ]] The staff I thought were pretty nice but since the croffles are made "fresh to order", it can take a while to get your order if a lot of people are also waiting. [[ Food ]] I never had croffles before so I wasn't sure what to expect but I found it to be a pretty good snack. They seem to use a croissant batter and cook it in a waffle iron. Overall, I thought for $4.50 to $5.50, this was a pretty decent deal as the croffles were decently large. We got: 1.) Strawberry Croffle 2.) Biscoff Croffle Both were pretty good in my opinion but my Strawberry Croffle had a chemical taste to it. Maybe I got the first batch of it when they cooked it and it had some leftover spray? It looks like they're making their way over to the Bay Area as more dessert places are starting to serve them. This stand is near the food court in the Newpark Mall. We tried the Oreo croffle ($5.50), which ended up tasting exactly the way I expected. The croissant is carmelized with the sugar and lightly crispy -- the base tasted just like a kouign amann to me. The Oreo topping was pretty good, but slightly on the sweeter side. The stand says that they are made to order and always fresh, but we saw a bunch of croffles sitting out and ours was cold. If this was actually made fresh and warm, it would be amazing. Even though these are considered more of a trendy / fad dessert, I thought they were pretty good and prefer them over waffles since they're less dense and less sweet. read more

I walked in and one of the employees had her hands full with whipped cream but still greeted me and let me know she would be with me shortly. I checked out their menu and she walked up to the register and took my order. I ordered a Nutella Croffle and a Strawberry Croffle. I imagined I would wait about 15 minutes for them to make it fresh but realized the glass display was actually the Croffle they were serving you. She packed both orders and handed me the boxes and walked away. Another employee walked up and asked if I needed a bag and she carefully placed both in the bag. She thanked me and I was on my way. The presentation of each Croffle is beautiful. The Nutella was simple but very sweet. The glaze that each Croffle has is almost like a simple syrup glaze and you add the topping and it is very sweet treat. The texture was very good. The strawberry Croffle also had whipped cream which I was not a fan of. It did not taste good at all. Almost like a chemical taste to it. We are rarely at Newpark Mall now but decided to go to Hot Topic. We are so glad to see that there are still shops inside the mall including Miniso, Pandora, Zumiez and more! Not far from Hot Topic which is upstairs is Croffles. There were around 4 people ahead of us and we decided to try it. The food court with all the seating area is not that far from their shop so it's very convenient for us to order and just take a little walk to sit down and enjoy our little treat. There were so many choices and we decided to get the triple chocolate. It was ready in 5 minutes. There was only one worker. She's taking the order and making your food and she's pretty nice even though she looks overwhelmed. The triple chocolate came warm and it's as good as it looks. We shared one and it was done in under 5 minutes. We definitely would love to try the other flavors including the strawberry and the one with the bananas.
