For reference, I didn't try the coffee until almost an hour after it had been made. Even factoring in ice melting, the coffee was super rich, velvety, smooth, very strong, everything one would want in a Vietnamese coffee. I can't place the exact flavor but there was some added dimension to this coffee that I don't recall experiencing in other Vietnamese coffees. The portion is comparable to that of iced coffee/matcha places and possibly a bit better than some. It was $7.19 on Doordash so probably/hopefully a bit cheaper in person. I normally Doordash my orders from the poke place that Milkcow shares space with, but based on the times I've been in person the interior is clean and has some seating spread out.
