Not the nicest or fanciest looking sandals, but by far, one of the MOST COMFORTABLE sandals I've ever wore! My very 1st experience wearing Crocs was in the early 2000's, as my sister gave me a pair of lime green Crocs. The design of the sandal was rather odd looking (it kinda looked like clogs), but as strange as it looked, as soon as I put on those clogs, it was like I was floating on pillows! I can see why folks love these sandals, as it's very comfortable, durable, and if the sandals get wet, it dries quickly without any smelly oder. The Croc sandals are pretty pricy, but worth every penny, as its truly a quality footwear. I have purchased a generic "Croc" type sandal from Daiso, but comparing the two sandals side by side, hands down the original Crocs will always get the nod, as it's truly a quality product. read more

I normally go to waikele crocs but since we took the ohana to alamoana I figured we'd just get what we needed at the Alamoana location and save a trip. I walked over with the intention to purchase new footwear. The store was completely empty and the three employees were blocking the entrance wiping the doors making it seem like they were closed so I just stood in front of the door trying to figure out if they were in fact closed or not. When they finally moved out of the way, not even bothering to open the door or welcome us in, they walked to the counter and proceeded to talk stories. Not one of them asked me if I needed help. I kept shouting out to ask for prices, sizes, and even asked about what kind of deals they had. All 3 of them completely ignored me and the entire time unless I shouted out to them. I asked for a specific size and one of them said they can't go back into their stock room because they already locked it up. I walked out. Didn't purchase anything. The employees need better customer service. I would never go back to this location. read more

Shopping in Honolulu, Hawaii... We actually went to Ala Moana Center to visit the new Huff 'n Puff (okoshi AKA toong mai AKA puffed rice) kiosk. However... Passing by the Crocs store on the lower level of the mall, near Center Stage, we had to go inside... Right away, Irene M. showed me a set of Line Friends Jibbitz. OMG... That Cony bunny... I HAD to get her... and Brown, Choco, and Sally... Malia is another "bad influence". She is the very friendly, helpful cashier. She encouraged me to get the Line Friends Jibbitz. LOL... lemme think about it... But, in my mind, I was planning to put the Cony Jibbitz on my pair of Crocs at home! Gosh... I like the Crocs brand in general. Honestly I'm not a Crocs person and thanks to a super cute Hello Kitty collaboration is a proud owner of a single pair that I've gotten at the Waikele Outlet and have since seen so many other collaboration that's super adorable though still have my doubts of owning an actual pair to wear. I do know many other that love and wear theirs on a daily basis though I think fits strange on my horrible feet as it's gone though so many horrific issues which isa shame as I really enjoyed this store in Ala Moana Center which you can find on the Street Level near the Makai Market Food Court. The staff here was nice didn't really interact much as I browsed and looked through this super tiny store, just loved how clean and organized it was and the suggested way to display the jibbitz is just so creative...and is probably why I love and wished that I could wear a pair especially wish a deal that they're currently including a clearance section. I've been getting into Crocs lately, especially all of their collabs. It's seems like they have a new collab coming out every two to three weeks. They get some collabs in store, but not all. Sometimes, you'll need to stalk the website like a crazy person. So far I have three pairs. I have the Sza, NBA, and Hello Kitty. I was stalking the website to get the metal Hello Kitty jibz, but they were always sold out. I almost gave up on getting them. I stop by this store every so often to see what they have. The employees need to be better trained by management when it comes to customer service. Especially working in a place where locals as well as tourists are always shopping around. We were looking around the store. We noticed a retail worker, Aileen had the knowledge about what she was selling and that shows she has potential. However, when we asked her simple questions about the store policies, her unapproachable attitude made it very uncomfortable to want to speak to her any further. When retail workers communicate poorly towards their customers, the business suffers because the workers are poorly representing the store they work for. I can simply express myself by those charms coz it all reflects on what you are or what you love in this life. Pretty awesome! Owning two pairs of them, I feel good & comfortable. The best buy ever, coz I'm wearing them everyday! I really did buy something that I know I will use daily. This store ain't that big but they have pretty good selection in here. It is SO crowded in this small store. There was a worker in every possible empty space - I swear there were 7 workers and maybe 5 customers and we all were waiting for the employees to move so that we can go and pick out the sizes and colors we wanted. You can see the irritation on people's faces as they tried to navigate this store. I heard 2 people say that they'll wait outside or order online because it was too crowded. Sometimes you just put off buying that thing you need because it's more of a chore than a fun experience. Thankfully the Crocs store at Ala Moana is small, making it a quick in and out experience. I prefer Crocs for my slippah needs; you can't live here without a sturdy good quality pair. I headed over to try some one and selected pretty much the same style I always buy. As is typical, they were running a BOGO 40% off promotion, so I opted for excitement and got two of the same style. They only had one of my size on the racks, so a nice store employee helpfully looked up in the system to see what was in the store room. They had plenty, and after a moderately long wait for him to far from the store to "the back" he returned with what I needed. This was a great store- all the colors in classic crocs, lots of the newest styles, and several displays of great deals on sale crocs in a lot of sizes. They also have jibbitz, the little pop on decorations, including special designs only in Hawaii. If you don't already have/wear crocs I feel sorry for you. And knockoff fake crocs (or "Frocs" as we call them in our family) don't count. They're just not as comfy and definitely don't hold up well at all. I think they're cute. Public service announcement: when your crocs get old, stop wearing them in public and use them as your garden shoes. Or as emergency shoes for the car. Hey, you get a flat tire wearing stilettos and you'll thank me for telling you to do this. Car crisis + comfy crocs = manageable problem. When I was in LA, my friend had a pair of orange clogs which made me itch for a pair. Then, when I saw JayChan in an exact pair of orange ones, I KNEW I had to have them. Went to crocs on Thursday around 5:00 pm to look what they had and while looking around found some items but the 3 sales clerks on the floor was busy talking story 2 were trying to put up some crocs on a peg board while the other one stood there and joined in on the conversation. Even with customers in the store they continued to talk story ignoring customers in the store I asked 1 if they had a shoe horn twice she finally answers no we do not have a shoe horn and continue to talk story. If I was the owner I feel sorry a lot of customers left because no one wanted to help customers in the store what a waste of money paying 3 workers I they could have sold items to help cover their wages. After reading bad reviews about this location, decided id still give it a chance. I was wrong in doing so. The store is extremely small with 5 employees working at once and not once of them greeted me or offered to help me in finding what I needed. They laughed and just stared at me when I couldn't fit my baby stroller through any of the isles because its just that small. Came in 15 min till closing and they already had the gate half way down and they turned down some lights. We walk in with other customers and the girl employee tells everyone they are closing in 5 min in an annoyed attitude. You could clearly tell they were annoyed that customers were still shopping and still coming in. One of the nurse practitioners that I see for my prenatal appointments ALWAYS scolds me for the footwear that I use and always suggested me to get better footwear. One day, my back was totally KILLIN' me so I finally told myself that it was time to make a trip to Ala Moana. They're located right by the food court, I believe if not right next to - then it's near Jamba Juice. It's a pretty small store, like I don't think they have a back stock cause whenever I asked an associate if they had a certain style in my size, they said that whatever they have out on is whatever they have in the store. And yes, Crocs doesn't just have those clogs that theyre known for. They have many different styles to choose from, and some that are quite cute as well! I mean, cute to the point where you wouldn't even think that they were Crocs. Can be pricey, but they may have some kind of promotion going on. When we went in yesterday, they had a special where you get 40% off pair if you purchase 2 or more pairs. 3/5 stars being the fact that they have VERY limited stock and it gets pretty crowded in the store, being that there's only one bench where you could sit down to try on their footwear. Got super busy with Japanese tourist who would push you out of the way to get what they wanted, which of course isn't the associates' fault. Croc-a-doodle-doo! I love CROCS! YAY! I have been to this Croc store a few times but only purchased something once. I bought my husband some red Crocbands here. I don't think that their wares are as good as their Maui store or their Waikiki store. I even preferred their kiosk compared to this one. It's too cramped and there's no room to move with all of their Crocs on display. I don't really buy anything at this store because there's never a sale compared to the Crocs website and if the website offers free shipping to Waikiki with a much wider selection, why not? I am a Crocs lover but a savvy shopper too! I like to just browse and see what their stuff looks like in person without actually buying anything here. CRAMPED...Yup this location is tight (small space + plenty merchandise + full house of customers = CRAMPED). Environment: My son loves Crocs footwear and we come to this location a lot due to the fact of how convenient the location is and we can continue shopping or grab a bite to eat afterwards. BUT this place is always busy. Many Japanese tourist frequent this Crocs location or like Crocs in general. But for some reason when I come here to shop around I get overwhelmed with how close I am to the customer and the lack of seating to try anything on. Merchandise: Like I said my son loves Crocs so it is disappointing when most of the sizes are not available. For the children section they have an entire wall to the left of the store but little selection of sizes (well at least for my son's size). They have cute little accessories that you can add on to the Crocs to give it a little diversity. You can get creative and make it your own. Customer Service: Where are the people that work here? I feel like there is only one person working on the sales floor (sometimes two). No one greeted us when we walked in, or assited us. I guess I might have looked like a frustrated parent looking through the different sizes (making a mess), when an employee came up to me to ask if I need help. Umm yes I do! After letting the sales person know what that I was looking for a paritcular size in a certain color, she later told me that they are low on inventory and they don't have that size in any color. This store is tiny (compared to the Kalakaua store) and difficult to walk around when the aisles are crowded with people- I wanted to see an aqua pair but got frustrated since another person was blocking them. Also, does not carry the latest styles of Crocs.
