I use to come here, but not anymore. They continue to hire younger teens/adults that do not know anything about customer service. When I go inside, they're always talking and standing around. They never have my size of shoes so their selection is limited. I went in specifically to replace my crocs because washing them SHRUNK them, I got an offer from crocs for 15% off and went to use the barcode there in store. The cashier didn't know what he was doing, he was claiming it wouldn't take, so he got the "manager" and she too didn't know was she was doing. She was young and ignorant as well. Didn't know anything about customer service neither- it was only obvious that I had an offer from crocs for 15% off and could've manually entered it but chose not to. I will not go here again, definitely will take my business elsewhere. read more

On October 10, 2025 Friday, There was a female worker there who assisted my family member yesterday and had a very unprofessional, hostile attitude. She rolled her eyes frequently. The worker accidentally took one of the items that my relative bought for an exchange. The employee took the box to the back. We bought another item and we didn't realize that our other box was left inside with the employee until we were outside of the store. Within one minute, we went back and asked for the box back and the female employee rolled her eyes and refused to help us. She was dismissive and stated, "well if you lost it, it's not my problem". We only walked out to the front of the store, even the guard noticed that our box was gone from inside of the store and the employee did not bring it back. She misplaced the item that was already paid for and refused to help us out. read more

I absolutely love Crocks !!! I love them because they're so comfortable! I love them because, there is such a great variety ! They come in many colors ! You can get glittery ones, furry ones, Grinch ones ( my favorite ) . You can get debits to put on them of whatever you love in life such as cat's & dogs. You can even get some made of your grandchildren !!! I'm 77 yrs old & they make me feel like a kid again!!! The person who waited on me was having as much fun as I was and so kind . My pink glitter ones actually say " Mean Girls " which is far from me ! I love to laugh & smile all the time & these shoes help other people around me to smile. They are a good value and I can't wait to get some more in different colors . I just need to get my daughter to take me cause I don't drive anymore. Please go & get some. You will be delighted!!!! My Grinch crocks have little green hands hanging on the backs of them. They are smile makers !!!!! Great gifts for birthdays or Christmas but make sure you get them for yourself also. I went to the Crocs store at the Gilroy outlets today. There were 4 people working. They were all completely rude. I asked if they had one of the colors in my size and you would have thought I'd asked the salesperson to give me her kidney. All of them gave a big sigh when we asked for help. Our son's feet grow fast and we ended up purchasing crocs clogs at Disneyland because they had cool designs and we have a discount with our Disneyland Signature Plus Annual Pass. I noticed our son's crocs clogs we purchased not too long ago at Disneyland California Adventure's Sarge's Surplus were becoming small on our son, so we headed here for new crocs clogs. We purchased: one pair of Lightening McQueen Crocs Clogs $49.99 one pair of r2d2 Crocs Clogs for $49.99 We would have purchased two more pairs but they didn't have his size in the ones he liked, the selection seemed low. Customer service was friendly and helpful. We used a Retail Me Not coupon for $10 off a $60 purchase. The special characters like Cars, Disney or Star Wars - are items that never qualify for the buy one get the second half off. It's hard to believe that in a matter of two years the price jumped $15 dollars. It's cringeworthy how the prices have gone up. This store is literally Croc heaven. As soon as you walk in you see a colorful array of Crocs, they have all of the colors you can think of - green, blue, teal, purple, pink!!! Since the holidays are coming up they also have some neat limited edition Crocs in stock :) In the center of the store they have a display dedicated to Jibbitz! I love that they actually have a good variety of them too, such as letters, zodiac signs, and cute characters like llamas and hearts. This location stocks men's, women's, and toddler Crocs - they also have other designs besides the traditional clogs like platforms and sandals. The staff is very friendly and notify you of any current deals or promotions they have going on. Super organized store, only downside is that they don't have any baskets or bags to carry your items and the store is a bit small so it can feel a little crowded at times, but honestly other than that I love this store. Super convenient that they're in the outlets! read more

I have to say up front, I don't wear crocs!!!! Ok, now that I have that off my chest, this is a GREAT store. The service is above and beyond awesome. A friend was in town from Washington state and she can't find a place to buy Crocs. She's got health issues and can't walk easily. And she has bad edema. Crocs are the only thing she can easily wear that are comfortable with her knees. Thank you to the wonderful staffer who helped find three pairs of Crocs that my friend could wear (and who threw out her old pair). You went above and beyond to make my friend feel like an important customer and a normal person. read more

Came here to the Crocs Outlet, to return toddler Marvel FunLab multi crocs bought on the actual Crocs website (they were too small). I paid $34.99 (reg price) for them on the website. I get to the OUTLET store and they do not have the same style and nothing at all like it. But they did have a pair Darth Vader toddler Crocs in his size. No price tags on these shoes, mind you. I get to the checkout and they want $49.99 for a pair of size 6 toddler Crocs. UNBELIEVABLE price gouging here. This store is a RIP OFF!! Never shopping here again. Who knew Crocs would come into style with a vengeance? I have been a closeted Croc wearer for about 12 years. On a whim my beau and I ventured to the outlets and this was the first store we hit on 8/17/19. The store so very organized, well stocked, and clean. Rainbows of crocs line the wall. Sale items aren't bottom of the barrel, but rather top notch stuff that is going out of season... we live in Cali so fall doesn't start till November. The staff waits on you hand and Croc. We asked to try on multiple sizes that could have been in the back many times and there were no hesitations in getting them for us. The selection is vast for all. They have charms too. I found some chic slip on wedges that looked high end, so I'm catfishing out here in my Crocs. My man got some great black and white rainbowed Crocs that rock his world. The cashier applied a AA discount and we handed over a $10 off $65, I only spend 70 bucks for two pairs, and mine were 54 originally and not on sale. These are excellent house shoes or street wear. They are antimicrobial and comfy AF. read more

I think Crocs are super cute for little kids, and never thought I'd own a pair, but went with the madre, and ended up buying a pair for myself! They're not the big old honkers, but they look exactly like Vans slip ons, and super comfortable! And on sale for $20! They were having a sale for buy one get second one 1/2 off, and we bought a total of 4 for a really good deal. I'm surprised at how their styles have become more modern, but of course, super comfy! I ended up getting a pair of the flip flops as my mom didn't want them, and they are by far, the most comfy ever! Store is open and bright, employees are very friendly and helpful. read more
